The staff is amazing. They are so helpful and always go out of there way to help. The lady in the front and the lady in the office next to the gentleman are always smiling and greeting me when I walk in. I had an issue and they both did so much to help and stuck with me until it was finished. The office is busy so I am grateful that they take the time to help. The property is quiet and clean. The maintenance men are professional and get the work done. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend living here. Very Happy!

Hailey is the Best. Always smiling and helpful. Maintenance team is prompt with any issues. They are old apartments so stuff happens, the important thing is things get fixed very fast. No major issues to note so far living here.

I have lived in this community for three years and have enjoyed the experience. The pool is open year round, the gym is always clean, the parcel locker box is a secure way for the community to get delivery with peace of mind. The maintenance response is always timely as well as the office staff. I would definitely spend another three years here with ease.

AMAZING! AMAZING! Apartment! Staff is compassionate and caring and are always helpful!. The grounds are kept clean and it’s quiet. Maintenance is always on time and fixes the issue. A perfect place to live! You will love it here!

They are very nice receptionist! They go above and beyond to help get you what you need! The neighbors are friendly and helpful! It’s a peaceful environment! The apartments are very spacious! The community is well kept.

It will soon be a year that I moved in. And will renew my lease. The management and maintanence crew are fantastic. I am happy with all the improvements done since I move here. I am probably one of the managements team biggest pest, but they are always polite, and helpful on getting my issues resolved.Great apartment complex, great location, so if looking for a complex that cares and is reasonably priced do not hesitate to check Huntcliff out!

Ive been in contact with Huntcliff for some time now due to me looking for a nice, quiet place for my elderly father. Terri was amazing during our tour and makes you feel right at home. I mainly had the pleasure of working with Nelly though, who blew me out of the water with her customer service. She never made me feel like I was a bother even though everything has always been up in the air and she even reached out to multiple sister properties to try and help find the right fit for my father. We are going through a lot right now with his health so to have someone helping you every which way through something like this and making it as easy as possible, really makes all of the difference. I have been blown off by so many leasing agents so Nelly is a breath of fresh air. Even though timing wasnt on our side and we wont be leasing with Huntcliff, (no availability for time frame) I will forever recommend this property just based on the staff alone. I also work in property management and I know that employees like this are incredibly hard to find. Thanks so much again, Terri and Nelly. You guys are awesome!!!!

Honestly, I would give more than 5 stars if that were an option! Ive lived here about 5 months now and this is the first time Ive ever gotten an apartment on my own. Staff was over the top helpful, answered all of my questions in the beginning and walked me through the process with so much patience and kindness. Stayed late some days so I could get paperwork to them and go on a second tour of the place. Since then any time I have needed something theyve been just as helpful and patient. Since Ive been here theyve made so many positive changes to the community and I believe there are more to come! The few times Ive needed maintenance to be done they would coordinate with my schedule because of my fur baby. The only thing negative thing I can think of about the property is how bad the water is when it rains. Smallest amount of rain and seems like you walk through puddles for days! Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone!

NEW MANAGEMENT via Greystar. We were residents through the former management company and during the first few months of the new management acquisition of the property, and I must say there is a HUGE, positive, and immediate difference in service quality. Weve recently moved into a home, but noticed how ultimately professional and personable the new front office staff were. They immediately swooped in and started making beneficial changes and updates to the property, implementing community events to bring residents together, and communicating much more effectively with residents. The new staff members always greeted us with a smile, and I never felt like just another number when speaking with them about anything. Any possible concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

I love living here! The staff members really feel like family. When they learned I was seriously injured in a car accident and would not be able to stay in my 2nd floor apartment they found a first floor apartment in the same building for me to move into before I was even out of the hospital. They offered to bring my mail and packages to my apartment when I was unable to walk and emailed often to find out how I was recovering. My dogs are so happy with all the sidewalks and area within the complex they can be walked. The screened patio lets me enjoy being outside without bugs bothering me. My apartment is so perfect for me and I’m so grateful to the staff here for making it feel like home!

Moved in yesterday. Will start an honest assessment of our time here so far.The biggest issue is the roaches. We have been in here less than 24 hours and have seen 40 roaches. This should be dealt with before new tenants move in. They are outside our door when we open it and inside all of the walls (in our bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, closets etc) We aren’t going to unpack until / if it’s solved.The apartment its self is very damaged with lots of dents and terrible drywall patching.Savanna at the front desk is VERY kind, but we have yet to present our issues as the office staff is off on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.I will update when / if the problems are remedied and give an honest report on these apartments.9:30am 8-19-18Update: one star. found the AC unit wasnt cleaned and covered in dust, mold and roaches / roach feces. This is unsanitary and causes great concern. I have been coughing all night.9:30am 8-21-18Update: 3 stars. After finding more roaches and the apartment being unsanitary to live in, they have moved us out into a newer, updated unit at our current rent. Thank you to Savanna and Melissa for doing the right thing.Update & final: 2 stars8:00pm 8-27-18This new and improved unit was installed by unskilled contract laborers at a cheap price tag. We currently have 8 work orders in for amenities that don’t work... such as both bathtub drains, flooding in second bathroom, main shower didn’t work, dishwasher flooded cabinets, dryer vent not installed properly or to code, two doors don’t shut, couldn’t fit our couch through entry way, oven hood can’t be plugged in, and half the outlets don’t work.I promise we aren’t high maintenance. We chose this place for its decent look and low rent... but we regret coming here. We would rather have paid more for a nice apartment and not worried about health code / fire code / sanitation than deal with what we have with two moves and two kids, new job, new state. Save yourself the time and really make sure the low rent is worth the trouble.2-6-19 updateSo far the new management is awesome. I really appreciate the front office staff who are very kind and helpful. They know your name and do an excellent job responding to your requests. Unfortunately they have a big undertaking in improving the broken down community buildings here. If you’re looking for a lease for 2+ years, I know this management will help you out and make it better... but all that said it’s run down. All of the renovations the previous management put in place were without licensure and poorly done, which new management is constantly having to fix.2-3-2020Cathy and the team really did their best to handle our massive flea problem over 8 months. I appreciated the attention they gave it. They even went as far as to call the owner of the pest control company. She has been extremely generous with us and kind when we interact. She knows your needs and is constantly working to improve your residency. Was it the best experience over all? No, but Cathy and her management team took it from 2 stars a year and a half ago to 4 because they do care.

I have lived at Huntcliff Apts since 2017. I love this complex. It is peaceful, family oriented, and just a nice place to call home. The office staff is always at your disposal and are quick to process your requests. Maintenance is above reproach and always are out within 24 hrs or less to fix any requests I have. I would highly recommend this complex to any future residents. This is your place to call HOME.

I moved in February 2012 I love that I constantly have been noticing improvements. They painted the stairs and added beautiful tables and potted plants to the sitting area by my building. Charles and the girls are always quick to.respond and fix things. I also love the effort they make to join us as a community like raising money for breast cancer and having community pool parties keep it up guys!!!

Moved out june 29th 2018, forgot to write a review.They always were quick to fix any problems i had. Love love love Savannah the manager. She would always go over and beyond. If i werent there for a package, she would put it in my apt. For me. Yes, i trusted her that much. My deposit i was to get back got lost in the mail and she was on top of the situation, updating me. She really took care of business.I moved to Houston and hate the apt associates and manager here....i want Savannah back!!! :( the best apt manager ever!!!!!

The three Ps of apartment living? Price...Property...Personnel. And Huntcliff has them all. If you are looking for an apartment community that is reasonably priced, is secure and nicely finished and landscaped, and is managed and maintained by staff who are prompt and know just what they are doing, then your search is over. I have lived here for a number of years and wouldnt want to live in any other apartment community in the area. If you are still looking, you gotta visit this place!

Neighbors get too loud meaning they have thin wall structure. Parking is always full. Not everyone has a permit for parking in reserved spots and they dont seem to care to do anything about it. Other than that its a good location.
