Chris is amazing! Pays attention to detail, very knowledgeable, and extremely personable. I had some trouble with getting approved on my own but Chris was able to talk to the property in their terminology so that they understood my situation and ended up getting the management review I needed to get approved. Definitely recommend Houston High Rise Apartments for all walks of life!

Chris is a very trustworthy, punctual and knowledgeable agent. Not only does he seem to know everything about the high rise industry in Houston, but he helped me find a lot of properties that were exactly what I was looking for when I was trying to buy my first investment property.If you are looking for someone that genuinely has your best interests in mind and wont pressure you AT ALL to close a deal, ask Chris to help you, he will not let you sign into a bad deal. Ive worked with numerous other agents but its hard to tell who you can trust because agents get paid on commission. Chris was the only agent Ive had that analyzed the properties alongside me, pointed out flaws in the properties that I didnt initially see, and in some cases even warned me not to buy a couple properties that we saw due to his experience with certain neighborhoods and personal knowledge of which parts of Houston flooded back in 2017. It was obvious to me that Chris puts himself in his clients shoes when finding them properties; I no longer have to worry about finding an agent I can trust.Ill be recommending Chris to everyone I know.

This service is amazing. Chris help me find a few properties and after the second property we fell In love. Prior he ask me a few questions I could tell he really understood our needs. We found the right apartment, in the right area for the right price. My wife wanted us to meet a deadline and we met it. We were able to have all of our friends over for her bday at the club house (picture attached) He even help get us an amazing deal with the apartment company. Thanks Chris
