    My agent Jay Song was beyond helpful throughout my leasing process! He asked me what we were looking for in an apartment, then he researched and created a list of affordable apartments with all of our interests which really narrowed it down. He drove my roommate and I to and from several properties to tour. He made signing a lease in west campus less stressful and easy. Definitely recommend Jay to anyone interested in signing a lease!     Its always hard trying to find a place in West Campus, but Jay made the process much easier!     Jay Song was my housing scout and I could not recommend him enough. I am typically the kind of person to do the leg work myself, but with Jay I never had the opportunity to! Jay provided my roommates and I with ample floor plans to look at, and was able to answer nearly every question we had. The questions he couldn’t answer, he directed to apartment management before we could even ask him to. Jay made the annual housing process a breeze, I only wish I had found him last year!

    I made the right decision choosing Housing Scout. Charles Igwe, my agent, did a tremendous job finding the perfect apartments that fit my budget. Charles managed to find multiple great deals!     My (future) roommate and I had no clue where to even start looking for apartments in Austin when one day Kevin Tran, with housing scout, reached out to my roommate and offered to help us with our apartment search. He wasn’t trying to sell us anything, or promote a specific apartment complex, which we appreciated. When we drove up to Austin to tour places, we met with Kevin and he brought us to many apartments within our budget and location. He had a detailed list regarding each locations number of bedroom/bathrooms, rate and price. He made this entire process of comparing and touring apartments a million times easier and I would honestly recommend reaching out to him if your apartment hunting in Austin!

    Was recommended this service by a friend and they did not disappoint. My roommates and I were assigned to the realtor Charles, and he was very helpful. He provided a list of apartments that fit our criteria, and came with us whenever we toured the apartment.     Matt Ornstein from Housing Scout was incredibly helpful in helping my roommates and I find a suitable West Campus Apartment. He was available whenever we needed his help, and he led us to our current place at Texan 26, which we have all loved, after only a few apartment visits. Matt was super friendly and evidently knew his stuff, which made a stressful situation much, much easier!     Cassandra Perez was one of the most helpful realtors Ive ever had. After being incredibly frustrated with other leasing agencies I was about to just give up and renew my old lease which was my last resort.     Juliet is the name of the agent assigned to me. I have so many criterias for the apartment i want. A pool, laundry facility, specific sqft, specific area etc. Juliet works with me patiently, making sure i have everything i want or mostly at least. And also because i do not have SSN nor a credit score yet (i am an incoming international student to UT), she is working very hard for me so i can get approved for the lease (using my bank statements as proof, using a friend as a guarantor etc). The numerous videos/pics uploaded to google drive, back and forth emails trying to secure the lease, visiting the apartment management office to work out my securing the lease, guiding me in filling out the application, everything is proving that Juliet is really a good agent. She works painstakingly and patiently. And best of all their service is totally free for prospective tenant, since it is being paid by the apartment management. If you are an incoming international student to Austin, i strongly recommend you to use Housing Scout service.

    Ryan Gomillion is an excellent housing scout. He responds quickly and is informative and thorough. Few people know the UT off-campus housing market like him.     If you are trying to find an apartment, housing scout its the right place!! When I had a question, he was right there with the answer. Hes extremely knowledgable of the area and took me to a bunch of properties that suited exactly what I was looking for. He sat me down and asked exactly what I was looking for (kind of like a questionnaire). Not too long after that he came to me with properties he narrowed down all in or below my price range which was surprising that he took the time to research 6-8 properties to show me within my criteria; then we went and toured each of them. He helped me with the lease documents and close the deal completely. I appreciate everything Kamyab. Everyone knows how stressful looking for a new place is but you went above and beyond to get me settled in so I could continue studying and focusing on school rather than get swamped with apartment leases. Dont choose anyone else!
