Exuberant place to reside. Management makes tenants their number one priority. Maintenance goes above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend. Close to down town yet doesn’t feel like you live in the city. Gated apartment complex. They’re accommodating and helpful.

Ive been living here 6 months now and I really enjoy it. I have never been anywhere that the maintenance is so prompt and helpful. More than that I feel like they really look out for my husband and I. Donovan is wonderful and does everything he can to make this a safe, clean, friendly place to live. Mrs.Blanca is a wonderful lady as well and she keeps things running smoothly. The complex itself needs a few repairs (the gate breaks sometimes), but overall I couldnt ask for a better spot to be, especially at the price point in this neighborhood.

Maintenance at this property is always so fast and efficient. Whatever concerns I have are attended to in a very timely manner! The property is very clean and well kept! Management does a wonderful job as well with communicating with the residents here and taking care of any issues and concerns we may have! I enjoy living in this community. I recently had the pleasure of working with the maintenance, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment he arrived at the apt , I could tell that he was a true professional who takes pride in his work.Throughout the maintenance process, he demonstrated an incredible level of skill and expertise. He meticulously assessed the situation, thoroughly explaining the necessary repairs and outlining the steps involved. I was impressed by his deep knowledge of the equipment and his ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.What truly stood out to me was his attention to detail. He left no stone unturned, carefully inspecting every component and ensuring that everything was in optimal condition. His commitment to quality was evident in every task he performed.Not only was he technically proficient, but he also had excellent communication skills. He did patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable advice on how to maintain the equipment properly(washer machine). His friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.Furthermore, he consistently arrived on time, well-prepared with the necessary tools and equipment. Honestly when I first moved here it was rocky!!!!…. But then Mrs. Blanca came along and the complex has changed tremendously! The manager before was rude and blew you off. Mrs. Blanca is very sweet and inviting, she listens without interruptions of concerns and she gets on it ASAP! If it’s not in her reach at that time she definitely handles it immediately. She’s very attentive she walks the property, always has a smile and she goes above and beyond to help you out regardless of the issue. The complex is very well kept and I enjoy living here. She has definitely made a difference here at Hollister Oaks!Thank you Mrs. Blanca for all you do!

Moved here in July! Really love this place. It’s Quiet. The apartments are really beautiful and well kept. The complex is very clean as well. Demarcus is extremely attentive and responds quickly. All maintenance request are handled in a timely manner. Love that we have Functions for the Residents here often. They do things for the kids as well. I enjoy having Valet trash pickup! This is a very safe place. Highly recommend if you’re in search of a Luxury Apartment and place to call home.

Mr.Demarcus has been such a doll. It’s rare you meet or get a leasing manager who’s very active and informative with his residents. I’m not from here but he make me feel very welcomed. I’ve only had to call maintenance once since I’ve moved 3 months ago. He’s throws comped parties with nice gift cards, i won a $50 gift card at the last one.

We had a great experience staying here, location is ideal and the apartments are nice and modern. Edith was very helpful with both the signing and ending of my 13 month lease I would definitely recommend moving here. No major issues and stress free.

Edith, the property manager is as sweet as pie! She made my long distance move easier by making herself and a view of the property accessible. She also assured me that the property hasn’t flooded. The property is only 15 minutes from downtown which is also a plus and I like the neighbors that I have met so far.I was immediately warned about the possibility of being towed when I moved onto the property. I also had pest concerns that Edith took car of right away. I do wish this complex had additional amenities like a pool, fitness room, and gas grills. However, I failed to conduct further research and to inquire about those things before moving in.

First and foremost I just want to say that I am a very difficult person to please, but Edith went above and beyond, my goodness I cant even explain how great she was. I applied for the apartment on Friday and by Wednesday I was already approved. The apartments are so beautiful I am so excited to move in. I am so thankful for Edith I called her a million times a day and not once did she lose her patience or complain. She was extremely professional, helpful, understanding and never missed a call. Thank you Edith for all your help!!!!

I moved in to this complex at the beginning of July and have LOVED it! Edith in the office is always super friendly and helpful and follows through on what she says she will do. The property is safe and close to I-10 and the Beltway, so getting anywhere is quick. Parking is never a problem. Valet trash is included in the rent and about a third of the price I paid for it at my last place. I have recommended Hollister Oaks to a lot of my friends because you cant beat the value and one moved in and loves it, too!

The property is awesome. Very quiet area and very modern apartments. Office managers Yernis and Sendi are very accommodating and will go out of there way to assist you. During the pandemic, the cut some corners to work with with me.

Great location, brand new, modern look. Very quiet place tucked in Spring Branch. Overall I like living here, but heads up if you want to move in, parking is a big problem. You will have to pay about $35 dollars/month for a reserved spot or risk not having a parking spot when you come home at night. There are only 8 visitor spots in the whole complex so good luck trying to have family or friends over that can find parking.

The apartments are very comfortable, both closets have ENOUGH space, the bathrooms are very spacious and have good lighting, something I like is that if I have a problem with a light bulb or the dishwasher, the maintenance team comes to solve it the next day or even They change it again if that is the case, another thing is that if you have any questions or inconveniences, the manager, Mrs. Blanca, helps you and is always very kind.
