    I loved and appreciated the staff for helping us get moved in so quickly! The maintenance guys are very quick and the neighborhood is pretty decent/quite with the lawn maintenanced regularly!

    Ive been here over 13 years. When I first moved here it wasnt the best. These past five years our community made a complete turn around thanks to our management staff and our maintenance team. They have truly done a great job making sure our property is what needs to be. Our managers Jasmine & Sarah is the absolute best. We also have help with all of our needs from getting a job to rental assistance, credit repair and more help from our Residents coordinator Laquinta she is so helpful.

    I love my apartment its my 1st time having 3 bedrooms for me and my children. My daughter finally has her own room. They are quiet and I love that I have washer and dryer hookups. The office staff is nice and helpful as well. My fave place I have ever stayed in. I will be renewing my lease here and thats a 1st for any apt I have ever been in.

    I loved my apartment, I had to leave due to personal reasons. Super sad I had to leave. The office staff really care. I miss my garden tub already. I would definitely recommend. I was new to dallas so I stayed to myself as well. Maintenance fixed issues fast even when short staff. I loved it here as a Single woman.

    Staff here is excellent.They make sure that not only are there residents well taken care of but that the property also stays maintained. They offer many programs for the children including tutoring. Great people,spacious apartments,and peace...that always makes for happy tenants!!!#14208 ;)

    Living here is a BREEZE! The management team is AMAZINGLY GREAT! Maintenance are prompt and very professional. They are very tentative to the tenants and the property. I am glad that I call this HOME 🥰

    I been living here about 2 years and grew up in the area, it has a bad rep FOR NO REASON very clean place, office is CRAZY helpful, maintenance come as fast as possible (come on its over 15 buildings with about 14 units, with what we have its cool) and are kind, Im not paid to do this i just thought in this world sometimes small things that are done do count.....i recommend living here, Im a single father with 3 kids

    I have been at this complex for a little over six years and I’ve never had an issue, they fix things as requested in a timely manner and OMG the office management is the best. Anything I have ever needed they assist with no problem. I definitely would recommend this property.

    Hello! Ive lived here in Signature at Highland Hills for 3 years now and I absolutely Love it!! Its been nothing but a Blessing living here.I enjoy all they have to offer. Comfy space, clean property, good security, beautiful landscape (loving the new Mongolia Trees out front ), good maintenance, GREAT management (professional), beautiful pool area, 24 hr access to mailbox, pet friendly, exercise room, computer room and theyre always upgrading too!I mean come on!! What more can you ask for! 🙌 🙌 🙌 🙌My neighbors and I Love our places.. We Love that management are always attentive and professional when it comes to our needs and or concerns.I just cant stress enough that this is a nice place to call home and all I see is quality over here and thats my my 2 cents.PERIOD!!!Thank you! #ProudTenant #ImStaying #JasmineIsMyFav🎉

    Beautiful apartment homes, the property is beautiful woods and alot of outdoor amenities and space 😀 loved them. They are completely full and has a waiting list.
