This place is quiet and serene,with clean land scape all over the property.Leasingoffice staff were polite and respectful to me,I appreciatethe warm welcoming also.I like the location of my apt too. Thank you Heritage Estates,I believe my stay will be excellent.

I am a new resident and Juliana has provided a great customer service. Pet friendly community and overall managers are Great. Amenities are are a plus. This property and staff exceed 5 stars.

Shantae the mgr is Great! very professional and helpful. She takes her time with the staff as well as the resident. In fact the entire team goes beyond the norm to help us..There are 2 maintenance personnel..Jorge is the best! Hes been here just as long as I have (over 10 years) and is always professional and extends himself when necessary with a willing attitude..his other workmate works just as hard and professional too. I just wish they had more help! Maria is the housekeeper...she does a good job too...they all work together to make sure our community is nice and as clean as can be... I just wish we had more parking spaces...
