Good place for Texas Tech students. It’s cheap and 15 minutes walking distance. Some of the apartments have complaints but the one I stay in the center is really good. The manager is very friendly. I suggested international students to take this leaseEdit after few months: the roaches increased exponentially. It’s so sad how a nice apartment turned into a roach factory

You get what you paid for and I would say it is the best place for low-income earners especially international students. for the price, i honestly believe it is a great place to live. The office staff are fantastic especially the guy. Maintenance is always available and fast. it is an old building so expect your stove, A/C and on-site washer and dryer to always have issues. The building get worn-out easily too. roaches is a common thing just because the building is old but they always fumigate just that it is not strong enough.i wish they can talk to tenants to stop littering everywhere. I also dont think the location is safe, as i was almost robbed one night just around the car park. scary tenants also live here. noisy tenants and marijuana smell everywhere.in summary. its a great place for the price.

Even though I am not a permanent resident here at Heritage.We had an electrical issue during the snowstorm in February. A work order was placed. Two maintenance guys came by but never returned.A couple of weeks later, while driving through the parking lot, I saw members of staff.Out of curiosity, I stopped to ask how long it would take to complete the request. Jerry jotted the information on the palm of his hand. To be honest, I did not expect him orDuvan to follow-up with the office. Less than an hour later, they both were at the door. Within 20 minutes the problem was resolved!I am sure not everyone has the same type of encounter. But they told me that since the work order had already been placed, as a courtesy they would follow through.It is really nice to have members of maintenance that will look you in the eye and smile at you as they explain what their doing.In fact, whenever I passed them in the parking lot they wave and say hello!They are very professional, polite and really knows what they are doing.I wish I could take them back to Dallas with me. So that they could teach maintenance guys there how it is done !I also really appreciate the fact that a member of staff controls the key to the apartments, rather than giving it to the pest control guy! Havent seen that in years, great idea!That shows great respect for your tenants!Thank you again Jerry and Duvan!Keep up the good work!Of course, they both said how much they like working here. Also how much they feel appreciated by management.Kudos to your team !

I just moved in here last week and honestly love it. While I was moving in several neighbors stopped and asked my friend and I if we needed help and it was so nice. The ladies in the office are all sooo cute and sweet. I really love it here. I havent had any issues with anyone. Theres a review on here that its shady at night but it is very well lit by my apartment and honestly not much activity at all at night. I absolutely love how diverse it is here, I came from an apartment that was alllll white and felt so judged and like my every move was just being watched. My neighbors hated me for no reason but here I feel like everyone is either nice or minds their own business. The rent price is amazing and I never thought I would find a 1/1 for the same price as every other apartment Ive stayed in with roommates. I only saw one bug when I was moving in but havent seen one since and thats gonna happen anywhere.

This is my husband and mine first move, we have been here at the Heritage apartments for 3 years now the staff is all round great help if and when you need it and very friendly they always know your name and wave if they see you. They help you out with anything if just talk to them they are very understanding with your situation and are willing to help.the maintenance staff is always on grounds, Ive never waited more than a couple of hours after i report an issue in my unit before someone comes and looks at it. its a great place to live

I have to say Ive lived here almost a year. Its very affordable and I plan on upgrading and moving into a remodeled apt.soon.Slso the office staff are just wonderful people and go out of their way to help me in every way. I have to mention Candy and Megan and also the maintenance staff are all just awesome Bill changed a tire for me in the snow after trying to put air in the flat one. Any way I love the people here each and everyone of them Exactly why I am staying another year.

Staff is wonderful. Very professional and caring. The maintenance staff above and beyond!!! My dad could fix anything so I was worried. They were exceptional!!!! Neighborhood is a tough one, but thats no fault of the apartment personnel. Rooms spacious due to older style.

The Heritage apartments are an amazing place to live. One great reason why is because our apt managers here. Those ladies really help out and make living needs a lot simpler and much easier. Also, last but not least our maintenance men are always quick to repair anything that needs repair. Oh, we have a lot of gifts giving away for special occasions and its always a lot of free food give always. You cant beat this. Ive lived other places in Lubbock. And there definitely not like The Heritage.

Been living here since my first semester at Tech. Really like it so far. Very convenient place for a student because it’s a short walk to campus. Recommend it if you’re a student. Also Megan at the front office never fails to help me out with any issue i face. Recommend signing the lease with her cause she’ll take care of you.

Absolutely the best maintenance group that anyone could have. Theyre awesome. Tenants play music too loud and late and drivers speed through parking lot worse than a nascar race but the maintenance guys are the BEST!

Could be better but not bad for the price and location. The biggest drawback is that the air conditioning/heating unit is only in the living room. Also, the walls are cement so its difficult to hang things and easy to hear your neighbors. Maintenance is awesome and Ive never seen a bug!

The heritage apartments makes me and my children feel right at home, they have great and friendly staff. My children love to swim in the pool which is very clean and so much fun. Its a very convenient place to live, surrounded by the Texas Tech University environment is a blast I would definitely recommend living here to close friends, family and even students!

My family and I have been living at The Heritage since last August and we love it! Candice and Christi in the office are exceptional people and we couldnt ask for better! I put in a work order and its done immediately because the maintenance staff are on it!Thank you Heritage for being an awesome place to live!

I have loved my time living at The Heritage! The staff has been incredibly friendly, the maintenance staff have been quick to respond, and the property is well maintained. Summers are great with the onsite pools and BBQ grills. I love life at The Heritage!!

Highly recommended! Staff is very friendly and on point! Buildings are well maintained and have convenient on site laundry facilities as well as recreational rooms and pools. I am in a 2 br apt and couldnt ask for much more.

I live here now. I love it. Been here for about 2 years. The west building is clean and nice, not sure about the center building. Minimum late parties. Close to Tech, you can walk to the football games. Overall, a good experience.

I absolutely love it here We have been here for 3 years ,it is the first residence my husband and I have been at together on our own and it is wonderful the staff remembers who you are is always so nice considerate and willing to help you with anything you need and they communicate great with you on letting you know about events and the maintenance staff is always on grounds Ive never had to wait more than a couple of hours for an issue in my unit to be addressed and fixed We absolute love it here and recommend them to new/young couples and students

Best experience I’ve ever had with renting apartments! From the beginning, they worked with me and let me see different apartments so that I could chose which I preferred. Clean court yard and calm environment. The office staff are so nice and understanding. Also,if you have a concern, maintence are on it as soon as possible. These people really care about you! Best place I could’ve chosen for my daughter and I!
