I’ve lived here twice over a 4 year period each time it’s been a solid experience, with both single and two bedroom apartments. Both were great experiences. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place with a really chill atmosphere.NYE and July 4 is the only time you really hear anyone in other apartments otherwise it’s pretty quiet, neighbors are pretty quiet and tend to keep to themselves.The staff do a great job at hosting community events which have been pretty fun.No complaints

Love Hays Park! The end of my lease was approaching in December, Mason and Emily were amazing at making sure I had everything either to renew or terminate my lease(been here 2+ years) . Upon speaking to them they were able to work with me and give me the best deal that worked for me so of course I couldn’t just leave this awesome place , I just had to stay! I love that this community looks out for their residents and are willing to listen and work with you. I have received nothing less than exponential customer service from all of Hays park office staff/maintenance! Would recommend.

An amazing home for the past 3 years. Dog friendly and friendly management along with awesome maintenance staff. Everyone is so friendly, it’s amazing when they know you because they like your dogs. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live while we saved up for a house. Let me be clear, we didn’t have to leave. There’s nothing wrong, we just found a house for a price that we couldn’t past up. Sad to leave but grateful to have lived here. The pictures are from our first dinner here and our last. I have LOVED living here! The price is reasonable, the maintenance responds quickly, and the resident managers communicate well and are always friendly and helpful!! For renewal, they left the rental rate the same and did not raise it. Many of you know that this is AMAZING as compared to many complexes raising the rent after just 1 year. I highly recommend this place!

Overall pretty good. Weve lived here for a little over a year and have just renewed the lease. Ive had a few packages stolen but got a door camera to help. Neighbors are quiet. We are right next to the road and the pool so it can sometimes be loud but weve gotten used to the noise. There are a lot of people who dont leash their dogs, some of them dont pick up their poop either. A couple of stray cats here and there, but they keep to themselves (and probably help with mice, which I havent seen). We do have a problem with ants in our apt; we live on the 3rd floor so we know if theyre coming in there they must be in the walls. I keep everything clean to deter them and spray every few months, and leave ant traps out but havent completely gotten rid of them yet.

My experience this far has been great this is my second year here they have a couple dog parks pool up keep is great, and maintenance is on the ball even on the holidays if God forbid you need them they respond. All in all good place in my opinion never had a problem. Just one issue the response times to emails when contacting the front office but other than that great.

I love my apartment so much. The pool has been great this summer. I feel very safe here. It’s quiet, I have zero complaints. Love it that they have vallet trash from my door step. I turned on my heater for the first time yesterday and it wasn’t working and maintenance came out so fast and fixed it right away. Highly recommend.

Ive been residing in this apartment complex for nearly three years now, and overall, it has been a wonderful experience. There are numerous advantages to living here, including fantastic amenities and a friendly and helpful staff.Throughout my stay, I have found the atmosphere to be peaceful and conducive to comfortable living. The apartment complex offers a wide range of amenities that greatly enhance the quality of life. Whether its the well-maintained swimming pool, the state-of-the-art fitness center, or the beautiful communal spaces, there are plenty of options for relaxation and recreation.One aspect of my recent experience, however, left me slightly disappointed. Due to the illness of a family member, I found myself a couple of days late with my rent payment, which is typically not the case. When I made the payment online, I noticed that no late fees had been added initially, which was a relief. However, a few days later, I discovered that a late fee of $75 had been added to my account. I was taken aback by this, especially considering that I had always paid my rent on time in the past. When I brought up the issue with the management, I was pleased to see that they were responsive and understanding. The manager personally reached out to me and offered a one-time courtesy late fee credit towards my next rent payment. This level of consideration and willingness to address the situation positively impressed me.I must emphasize that the staff at this apartment complex has consistently been a standout feature. They are always friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any concerns or questions. Whenever I have needed maintenance or faced any issues, they have promptly resolved them, ensuring that I have a comfortable living environment.

We’ve lived here for a year and a half, and it has always been positive. I enjoy the amenities, they’re upkept pretty well! The pool, dog park and gym make living here a great deal. I was nervous when it went under new management because sometimes the quality takes a dive when a new company takes over, but this management has been lovely. I feel like I have my privacy, my neighbors are friendly, and I feel very safe living here. I’ve never had any issues. Maintenance is quick. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby that’s rather boujie. This community is fabulous and I’m glad we renewed our lease!

Love living here at Hays Junction. We had a few issues with our A/C when we first moved in but maintenance was quick to fix it. They are fast to reespond. The office is great about calling as well to check in about the few issues we had. I love how quiet it is here. The pool is always kept clean. Nice neighborhood to live in. The layout of the apartment is gorgeous and the location us great!

This is a very nice place to live , office staff and maintenance team are very caring and helpful. The grounds and pool are always clean and property is very pet friendly. Neighbors are very friendly and are willing to help each other out. Been here for at least 4 years and never had to wait to talk to office staff or wait for maintenance. This office staff will have you renew your lease with their kindness and willing to help you. And maintenance team will keep you feeling comfortable with their rapid response to you needs.

I have been living here for almost 8 months now and these are the best apartments I have lived in so far! The apartment itself is very spacious and modern and as I cook everyday, I love how big and spacious the kitchen is. The view from our 3rd floor balcony is beautiful overlooking the green pasture and we love waking up to it everyday. Administration team (Diane, Miriam and Tiffany) are awesome and very helpful. After a while, they’re like your friends and we love how they conduct giveaways and food truck nights every week. Makes our week that much more exciting especially amidst the global pandemic. Their social media is always filled with fun and entertainment and they always motivate you.The maintenance team is awesome and so prompt with their work. Very helpful and courteous. Love these apartments! Definitely considering extending our lease here!

I love living here. I feel like my privacy is always respected. The office staff are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is fast and on top of their game! I have PTSD and often feel scared and on edge, but I actually feel safe here at Hays Park. The neighbors are lovely and quiet most of the time. The apartment itself is luxurious and modern. The large patio is my sanctuary where I sit and feel the breeze and listen to the birds chirp every day. My only complaint is that the fire alarms are a little dramatic! haha They go off when I even just use my toaster sometimes. But I can easily live with that tiny inconvenience knowing that everything else here is so perfect. I have never been happier with an apartment complex before.

I had the opportunity to visit with the Community Manager, Vivian Beltran about the procedures and process of renting an apartment from their community. My granddaughter who is 21 had attempted to rent an apartment but did not totally understand what it all entailed. Vivian was not only professional but friendly. She made us to feel as if we were important and took the time to go into detail. I am a first impression person and she definitely is an example of what a business needs to draw people and to be successful. Keep this young lady and Hays Park Community will thrive. A+ Vivian. Great Location, really nice apartments, and very helpful staff.My application took a little longer than expected, but the move process was quick and easy. We signed with e-signature, processed everything online, and got our keys that morning without a hassle.The apartment we moved into was perfect!! Its beautiful and we love the fact that our neighbors are very nice. Tons of parking available, except after 7. But otherwise doable.The staff, especially Cassandra, are very helpful. They get things done quicker than any other complex Ive lived. I put in a request to get my fridge water running and that afternoon it was fixed.Overall this complex is great. The only reason I did not put 5 stars is because the dog parks are small and quaint, but also VERY dirty. People really need to learn to pick up their dog poop. If they dont, it doesnt look like it gets cleaned at all. We walked there and its loaded with small land mines, so we end up walking our dog off property or at least by the pond areas.

Wow! Emily’s service is superb! I was on a serious search hunt for an apartment needed ASAP, and unfortunately due to many factors it was becoming harder to find a unit, to my preference at that. I will say, one of the main factors correlated directly with customer service alone. However, Emily was engaged from the moment I called with no prior knowledge of these apartments. She explained everything thoroughly and was really sweet. She ensured I was comfortable and did not pressure me one bit on any decision, rather offered however she could be of service with making Hays Park my new home. Thank you Emily!

I moved in to Hays Junction in April, this was in the heart of the Covid19 quarantine, no contact, timeframe. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and communicated like crazy to help me figure out all the little details that come with a new move in process. I’ve been very happy with my experiences and can find no reason for complaint. This community is extremely dog friendly. I love watching all the doggies on the porches, playing in the dog parks, and going for walks. Everyone here seems to have a well loved dog! I am however, a cat owner. My cat loves watching all of the wildlife from our 3rd floor balcony, we have the most amazing view of a pond, the parks, and a field with horses. I think I lucked out on this unit. The valet trash is collected each night like magic, the grounds are well kept, and my neighbors are polite. The location is quite convenient to everything in Kyle with many access routes which is important to me. The apartment staff try to put together fun little community events regularly as well and I like that they try to foster a sense of togetherness, especially during this particular season of being apart by necessity. I’m happy living here and would recommend it to anyone needing a safe place to land.

Hays Junction. Has a group of staff that truly care about helping you to the best of their ability. Sometimes you can feel how stressed they are because they work so hard. I give a round of applause to Cassandra and Jessica. For helping me move in within 4 days. Thats not the case with everybody. I loved these apartments so much that its my second time after two years of traveling and working Im my home town, that Im back in Kyle. my new apartment. Is 9/10 cause Im still waiting on some things to be ffixed but 10/10 for the price and good neighbors and floor plan. location wise its perfect. I work in Austin as long as youre on the road by 6:30. Youll never be late to work.

Honestly, I cant imagine what the reviewer below could be talking about. I moved in a little over a week ago and am absolutely delighted with the place! My apartment is beautiful, enormous, and *brand* new... and it has a great kitchen (thats my favorite part). And rent is so reasonable.I found the leasing office to be efficient and accommodating. The women who work there are friendly - theyve always got a smile and fresh baked cookies to offer, and they have responded to any request Ive made without even blinking an eye.The maintenance crew are quick to respond, too. I had a late night call to them and ten minutes later they were at my door. Problem solved.The amenities are great - pool, gym with lots of cool tech stuff, conference room, and even a computer room with new Macs. The location is excellent - its about two minutes to 35, with a Target, Wallmart, Walgreens, and HEB within five minutes. What more could one want?

We probably will not renew our lease here. The amenities and apartment is great. However the management and staff are not very professional. Every time we have had an issue it is resolved with frustration and bare minimum effort. The lack of communication regarding those issues was frustrating as well. It’s very disappointing! :(

Of course there are downfalls to living in an apartment: noisy neighbors, loud vehicles etc but Tiffany and Dianne do their best to address any resident issue sent their way! They have provided flexible payment plans throughout the scary time of COVID as well. Any maintenance request I ever have has been answered in a timely fashion too.
