Shiloh is amazing. She’s been very helpful and honest. If you don’t understand something she makes extra effort to ensure everyone is on the same page. She’s very patient, always has a great attitude, and is very respectful. Thank you Shiloh for all your time, patience, and effort. It is very appreciated!!

Shilo was wonderful! She was really helpful throughout the whole process. She made things so easy to understand and even gave me her personal number in case I had questions after hours. She truly did above and beyond her job!

Absolutely beautiful apartment! Move in was super easy and the office staff have been absolutely wonderful! Khari and Shilo have been great at answering all my questions and are always willing to help! Would recommend this complex if you are looking to move to Durant or into a new apartment complex.

Excellent sign up process and Khari was very attentive and quick to respond with any questions. The apartment is beautiful and of excellent quality. The courtyard and extra available areas are wonderful. Overall a great experience so far.

LOVE my new apartment! Super spacious, nice amenities and an incredibly friendly staff! Elle, Shilo, and Khari have made me feel so welcomed in this community and do an amazing job with the meet ups for residents! Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

We recently moved in to Haven apartments, Durant. The apartment is beautiful and a great location to anywhere you need to go. The grounds are impeccably kept. The staff here is wonderful and not your average 9 to 5. At any time, you will see Elle, Khari, Shilo, and Zach. They have hosted several events at the clubhouse and are very community oriented. Everyone seems friendly and always offering help or happily answering questions if you have any. Its been a great experience so far and would highly recommend this place if youre looking to move.

The office staff is amazing, especially Ta’kharia. She was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy. Beautiful apartment homes and very spacious! Definitely recommend

Its the only nice apartments in Durant! As a Choctaw employee, its so nice being 2 minutes to work. Plus the office staff are AMAZING! Shilo also made my move in super easy!

Love these apartments, they are very spacious and well layed out. My wife wont stop talking about how much she loves the bathroom and the massive closets. Also the office staff was very helpful with our move in! Shout out to Elle, Khari and Shilo.
