    Highly recommend this building, you will not find better staff in any other spot in Austin. As an added bonus, this location is great and walkable to many restaurants and shops around the neighborhood. Ive had no issues here, and again cannot rave enough about how great the staff is. The building is also kept in great shape. Very happy here, even resigning lease for another year!

    Greystar took over from AMLI, I did notice a few declines - like dirtier hallways, bugs and things were generally slow in the transition. It did improve as they settled in.Overall I recommend (4.2/5) this place & decided to renew my lease! Location is great, between domain and downtown. You really cant beat that. Prices are very reasonable and the layouts are spacious (quite a few 1BRs are close to 800 sq ft).Also the staff is awesome - (shout out to Sarah Beth and Dallas!) - that does make a big difference when it comes to discussing renewals or fixing/discussing issues. It did factor into my decision to renew. Maintenance is super quick too. I looked around and it is very much a slow renter market - you can find good deals in Austin in 2024 - but I do think this place is a cut above factoring in everything from staff/team, location, room layouts, prices, etc..I was overcharged for my security deposit on move-out (I transferred to another unit within), even though I had a professional cleaner come clean out my apartment quite extensively including appliances. I think that is quite common across apartments.

    This is my second lease with the property, and Ive been here since 2022, so I lived through the transition from AMLI to Haus.This is a well designed building, desirable location, and the staff has been great.This is an updated review, where I finished my lease as of 7/1/24.I think the greystar hate has gone too far in general. Legit complaints they can fix, is the trash room and general cleanliness of the building. When the building was run by AMLI, there was a full time staff of maintenance workers, and you could get to know the same faces you see daily. When the building changed ownership, I only saw a cleaning crew once and noticed the general cleanliness of the building went down noticeably.But I didnt get screwed on the exit. I thought they were fair with the return of my deposit and the charges removed from my deposit for repairs. Plus the staff was friendly, professional, and in general nice.I think its a fairly rated complex at 4 stars.Secondly, Vernon, the maintenance maestro, quickly solved problems with my AC.Things arent perfect , but life never is folks. Objectively speaking, I had a good experience my two years there.Cheers!

    I really love this place.This complex is really kick a$$. Super cool and chill vibe. Managment does a pet of the month award which is so cool. I love the main leasing agent Dallas! she really took care of me and honestly her purple hair is so freaking cool.For sure a great place to live for people where energy and vibe are a big deal.Also want to shout out Vernon and Pedro on maintenace. never went 24 hours without getting a request fixed !

    I feel fortunate to have found this place as looking for apartments can be overwhelming. I absolutely love the area as there are some restaurants and nightlife within walking distance and literally halfway in between the Domain and downtown. Love the amenities as the Fitness center fits all of my needs so I dont have to buy a gym membership. I would highly recommend this community as its both affordable and safe.

    Living at AMLI 5350 was a great experience. Haley the manager was extremely kind whenever I walked into the office to ask a question about moving in/out or about smart housing program. Haley answered my questions with great kindness and that put me at ease. The maintenance team is very responsive and respectful! They also make the nicest gesture on your birthday with birthday cards which was amazing.

    Ive been living here for almost two years. Overall, I have to say that Im pretty darn satisfied. The location is pretty cool--theres plenty of restaurants in the area, easy access to Shoal Creek, easy access to North and Central Austin, plenty of things in walking distance. The apartments themselves are pretty nice as well. Ive only had one maintenance issue since I moved in, and it was promptly fixed. A whole bunch of new staff came on within the last year, who are very responsive/attentive, which has helped to improve my overall experience. The walls can be a little thin (same thing with ceilings), however that is to be expected at any newer apartment complex. Most of the residents are pretty respectful. As with any place, theres a few bad apples, though the staff at AMLI 5350 has been extremely helpful at addressing issues. Overall, would definitely recommend this place, its definitely one of the better places in the area to live!

    Not a bad apartment complex at all. Super kind and helpful managers and pretty great quality of the apartment. The only thing is that the way they built the complex, they didn’t put any room between the floors so your ceiling is also the floor to the person above. That makes any type of noise extremely loud even when people are just walking normal it sounds like stomping and it was very hard to sleep. I think I damaged my ears by shoving earplugs into them so often. Hopefully one day they change how they build the buildings because it would help a lot I think. Otherwise I had a good time living there for 2 years. They raised the rent by thousand dollars in that amount of time but I think that’s just how it is with everyone’s rent nowadays.

    Amli 5350 is hands down the best place Ive lived in terms of supportive and friendly staff/maintenance! Having the fitness center, club room, and pool really add to how convenient life is here. Its on a pretty busy road, so the noise is a bit much at times, but the pay off is how near to restaurants, bars, and the grocery store it is. Receiving packages is secure and super convenient! I would definitely recommend this complex!

    Our experience with AMLI 5350, and AMLI properties in general, has been exceptional. My family had to relocate quickly (7 day notice!) from a Seattle AMLI property to Austin for a job opportunity, and both properties helped us manage the incredibly hectic and stressful event and make it as smooth as possible. Instead of having to break a lease, we simply transferred properties, and the transfer/administrative fee was incredibly fair and non-egregious, IMHO. Once settled in at 5350, we had a few random oddball requests for management and the maintenance team (replacing light fixtures and rewiring an outlet...) and they have all been handled quickly, and with care and skill. Everyone in the office and on the maintenance team is friendly and seems to really care about doing things the right way the first time, which isnt often the case!The property itself is great - they are in the process of upgrading units, and our current apartment has hard floors and modern touches throughout, with large windows and tons of sunlight. The pool, gym, and public office area are easy to access and are never overly crowded - this isnt a huge property, so the common areas dont get crazy crowded like they do at some larger properties. And the location is hard to beat - The Burnet/North Loop area has a ridiculous amount of restaurants/shops and is still very central (just a couple of miles from UT) while the cost is much less than similar properties downtown. If youre looking for a modern apartment in a central neighborhood, check it out!

    The property management and leasing team at Amli 5350 make this apartment complex stand out amongst the competition. They genuinely care about their tenants and their ongoing needs and try to address those needs head on. I always felt like they really listened to me and offered a response within 24 hours. Also the maintenance staff is beyond stellar. If you have problems with your unit those problems will be addressed seriously in a timely fashion by a friendly and caring maintenance crew. As another perk, location is great and Ive enjoyed knowing the other tenants in the building. Thank you Amli 5350 staff for all your dedication, professionalism and hard work.

    Ive lived at Amli for 2 years and have had 0 complaints. The community and staff are all wonderful! They communicate clearly and quickly and have always made sure any needs or concerns I had were addressed right away. Bianca at the leasing office has been particularly great since day 1. The maintenance team is stellar as well; Amli allows you to submit maintenance requests online with specifics about access and time frames, and I have never had to wait more than 24 hours to have an issue seen to. If I get a request in before 2-3pm, it will usually be seen to same day. (I have never had an emergency maintenance problem, this is strictly minor issues!). The guys who come for requests are incredibly friendly and professional, I always enjoy chatting with them and feel comfortable asking questions. Community wise, I have never had an issue with neighbors of any kind, everybody is respectful and cool. My only complaint is that my unit is across from the Hat Creek playground, and them kids get kinda loud lol. But honestly, laughing kids > awful loud neighbors ANY day. Some big bonuses for 5350: The package room!! Wonderful thing, has saved me so much stress. They take a picture of your package label and send you notifications when the package is logged, its the best. The non-resident parking downstairs is also a god-send for when I have people over. This complex prioritizes convenience and security, and it really shows. I will be moving soon for work and am pretty sad about it; Ive loved 5350 and will miss Amli!

    My wife and I lived at this AMLI for 2 years, and we loved it. The best aspect of AMLI 5350 is, hands down, the team the runs it. I mostly got to know Ashley and Evelina, and they are good people. Seriously, if AMLI management teams are reading this, then you should give them a raise. I also tip my hat to the maintenance team, which is run by Marcus. Marcus is such a good guy—always timely and helpful and cheerful when I saw him.We stayed in two apartments while here, both of which were Enfields. The first one was a tad loud for our liking (second floor, pool side), but hey, its an apartment. The second one was first floor, and faced the courtyards in the back. Exceptionally quiet, and hardly ever heard a peep from our neighbors (to the side and above). I highly recommend these courtyards if you are the quieter type. The Enfield is a beautiful, huge layout with plenty of kitchen storage.We have moved on to different living arrangements, but this will always be our favorite apartment. Live there.

    Best apartment complex I have lived at. Staff are super tentative and will resolve any query you have. Love living here. Facilities are amazing and secure parking. Couldnt recommend Amli 5350 enough. Location is amazing.

    We moved here in March and I must say the maintenance team of Anthony and specially Gabe, are the BEST! Gabe responds immediately, is very efficient and courteous. This is the best maintenance team we have encountered in our years of apartment living. Great Job! 👍

    My girlfriend and I moved to Austin in August and are in love with our apartment at AMLI 5350! We did a lot of research and settled on AMLI 5350 for three main reasons:1. Excellent Management Staff - The staff at AMLI 5350 are absolutely incredible! They were very helpful throughout the entire process of applying, leasing, and moving into our first apartment. We had so many questions along the way, but the AMLI team was always there to help. Ashley and Evelina are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Marcus and the service staff also do high-quality work and have always been quick to respond.2. Great Location - Were very happy with AMLI 5350s location. We wanted to live away from downtown, but close enough that we could visit without being discouraged by traffic or a long commute. The neighborhood around the complex also has quite a lot to offer—we’re big fans of nearby Central Market, Torchys, and The Peached Tortilla.3. Value - AMLI 5350 is a great value. The rent is very affordable, even with the high quality of the apartment, complex, and staff. The construction of the rooms is sturdy and well maintained. Out of the 11 complexes that we researched and toured, AMLI 5350 was not only one of our favorites, but also one of the cheapest.That being said, no place is perfect:1. Left Turn Onto Burnet - The left turn out of the parking garage onto Burnet can be brutal, especially during rush hour traffic--it can take a couple minutes to find a gap. I often just turn right and take Mopac instead.2. No Protected Left Into Parking Garage – Turning into the garage from Burnet often involves creating a backup of cars behind you.3. AC Units - Our apartment happens to be on the top floor right underneath the AC units on the roof. We chose the top floor to avoid noisy upstairs neighbors, but the constant humming from the AC units may be louder! We had to switch our bedroom and office so that the noise doesnt keep us up at night.4. Recirculating Range Hood - We like to cook at high heat on the stove, but the recirculating range hood isnt great at sucking up smoke. We have to open windows and monitor the fire alarms when browning any meat.Pros:- Excellent management staff- Beautiful apartment with high quality construction- Quiet balcony overlooking the courtyard- Plenty of parking- Easy parking for guests- Great apartment layouts with excellent kitchens- Affordable rates- Great location in Austin- Nice, relaxing, and quiet courtyards- Amazing gym, with high-quality exercise equipment- Great pool and pool area with brand new grillsCons:- Left turn onto Burnet- No protected left turn into parking garage- Loud AC units on roof- Recirculating range hood

    Apartment hunting is not fun and you don’t always get the nicest of people or the most information.. speaking with Adrian earlier today was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond and gave me more information than I had initially asked for.I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. 5 stars for him

    We lived at AMLI 5350 for one year, during my sabbatical at UT Austin in the 2017-18 academic year. We were at a 2 bedroom apartment on the top (4th) floor, facing the pool. We enjoyed the apartment very much: the facilities, the staff, and the location. Glenn Fishers review below summarizes very well both the pros and cons of the place, so I will not repeat what he already wrote. I will, though, mention two more pros: the very convenient 803 bus line that stops close-by and takes you often and quickly to UTs campus and to downtown, and the nice selection of local businesses very close by (restaurants, pubs, thrift stores, etc.).

    Was visiting today and wouldnt be able to say anything negative even if I wanted to. Everything was sparkling clean and the apartments are spacious, bright and well-isolated from any possible noise one might be afraid of (e.g. Burnet). It has heaps of great amenities, great location (bars, cafes, restaurants), and super friendly staff (looking at you, Bianca ;) ). 100% recommended!

    I really wanted to compliment the entire maintenance team, particularly the head worker (Im blanking out on his name, but he has a shaved head). Easily the best maintenance crew Ive ever seen. They are extremely dedicated and proud of their work, and they do fantastic preventative maintenance too. Great work.
