    I recently moved in and couldn’t be any happier with my decision! Management , Linda & Chloe were such sweethearts and made sure I had a smooth move in. I was shown around the property and was genuinely welcomed they really made me feel at home. My apartment was in great condition no problems with appliances or any of that sort. The view is lovely especially with the lake that’s on property. Two pools, amazing clubhouse that can also be used for personal events. The reviews imo can be biased and everyone’s experience is different don’t get me wrong but that is part of the “apartment experience” you know. It’s mostly peaceful and a quiet community. Surrounded by lovely neighborhoods. Very well kept and for the most part staff has been very attentive with any concerns that I’ve had. Overall I can definitely see myself staying at Harbor Shores for a period of time love it here ❤️

    What a wonderful staff and Miss Linda is amazing !! We were lucky enough to get in the new build, The apartment is gorgeous and the surroundings are gorgeous as well. I could really see this being my forever home until I retire to a nursing home or assisted-living.!Really beautiful place and good people!!!1

    What a wonderful place! First of all, the management at this place is stellar, from my experience, from the person who showed me the apartment to the manager who helped me seal the deal. The property is amazing, right on the lake, which helps with making it a bit cooler here too. Food trucks are always coming by and there is a great workout center, a pickleball court, and 2 pools with gas grills. This might be my new home for a while longer than I anticipated!

    Linda and her staff are wonderful! She always has a smile on her face and is courteous and professional and she is always looking for ways to get residents together and provide fun and fellowship for everyone. ❤️

    I am a new resident in Harbor shores and it has to be one of the most amazing apartment complexes ever. It’s so beautiful, clean, people friendly. Jalycia has been great to work with very determined, helpful, so sweet & goes above and beyond. I am very thankful to continue out my stay here.

    Harbor Shores is a beautiful property with supportive management and office staff. Not far from shopping and grocery. Groundskeeping and maintenance are timely and effecient. Highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a home

    The office staff are kind, friendly and are always willing to help you. During the holidays they have potlucks and it truly feels like having an extra family who really care about you and your well being. They know you by name (and they know your dogs name and offer him treats in the office) and reach out and actually CARE when life gets hard. The grounds are kept incredibly clean and the maintenance staff are always friendly and considerate. We love the people who work here, the environment in which we live in and could not recommend a better place then this.

    Living here at Harbor Shores has been a wonderful experience. The absolute best part of Harbor Shores is one of the ladies in the office named Tonya. Super sweet and most definitely caring. Tonya is the true definition of going above and beyond for her residents. Tonya works 24/7 to make sure that her residents are comfortable and happy in this community and she will do everything in her power to fix any problem a resident has. Shes absolutely amazing. All apartment complexes need people like Tonya, who make it known that keeping her residents happy and comfortable is her number one priority. Always. Shes always so involved with her residents and I love it. Any complex would be more than lucky to have her. I recommend anybody to come and live at Harbor Shores and have the same great experience Ive had with her. Tonya-- thank you so much for continuing to put your residents first and making sure that we are taken care of at all times! Youre amazing and we are lucky to have you here with us!

    When I first contacted the leasing office at Harbor Shores, I was treated with respect & friendliness! Linda was very helpful in the application process as I was calling from out of state. After I moved in Linda always greeted me with a smile and immediately responded to my requests concerning the property or starting a book club among the residents! I will miss her

    Highly recommend this apartment community. The manager and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Maintenance is quick with repairs and professional. The apartments are very well manicured as well.

    Tonya was the leasing agent and she was absolutely amazing! She made my clients feel so comfortable and excited about their new home! After experiencing the loss of her husband of 26 years my client, Tammy and her daughter, Kayli, 17 and in her senior year at Montgomery High were feeling extremely overwhelmed, anxious and devastated when they were informed that the condo they were leasing for almost five years was sold...having to move was the last thing on their minds! Tonya was so sympathetic, kind and understanding! She made this process simple, efficient and with very little unnecessary paperwork! She was professional and So kind! We found out that Tonya was, unfortunately, leaving this company much to our surprise! She did not say why nor did she discuss this with us! However, another employee made this quite clear as she sent in Other employees to change the locks, take her keys and make it VERY OBVIOUS THAT THERE WERE DEFINITE ISSUES GOING ON! I found these actions to be ugly and unprofessional! I am a Realtor and I have never seen such behaviors publicly displayed right before our eyes! My clients were in tears and yet Tonya’s attitude continued to be upbeat, positive although we could tell she was very embarrassed! We were embarrassed by Brittanys attitude and her continued stomping into the office opening and slamming drawers etc! Needless to say I doubt I will suggest this property to another client! Tonya was a breath of fresh air! She touted the amenities, the schools, the great units and all of the beautiful places near the complex! Why she was leaving was to us, the hateful and hostile environment proliferated by the, I’m assuming, manager! I will take it upon myself to find out where this energetic, enthusiastic and upbeat leasing agent has moved to! Employees like her are far and few between! Tonya we are looking for you! Though my clients went ahead with their lease they have seen the dark side of Harbor Shores employees! All done with an air of superiority!The 5 STARS ARE FOR TONYA! NOTHING ELSE!

    Harbor Shores Apartments is a beautiful community, I absolutely love it here! As a current resident of almost two years now, I have very much enjoyed living here and therefore reneweing my lease. The maintenance team is awesome; Christian, the Maintenance Supervisor, and Lead Assistant Tim, are very responsive to any and all maintenance work orders and always work hard in keeping our apartment homes and pool and the overall community here, clean and beautiful. Christian is always working very hard for all of us residents here which is greatly appreciated and why he is now the Maintenance Supervisor. He is very prompt, knowledgeable and considerate and available for any unexpected emergency that may arrive, however far, few and between here, because him and Tim do so well as it is. Britni, the Manager and Tonya, the Assistant Manager, are by far the most amazing management team that Ive ever had as a resident in an apartment community. All four are very friendly and helpful and care greatly about all of us residents; thats what makes such a great difference here at Harbor Shores and why Ive stayed! I definitely recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a nice, clean and quiet community to call home. Many thanks to the team! 😁

    I just wanted to take a moment to tell those who read this that harbor shores Apartments is the best place to live in this area. There managment. (Tonya) specifically and maintenance man (Christian)are vary professional and courteous to there tenants needs and do what it takes to go above and beyond their jobs for our families .all of the staff here are awesome. This small community is clean well maintained.all of the people here Ive came in contact with are friendly and welcomed me and my family in with open arms. You would do your self a favor by living in this wonderful community especially in these times of need. This is overall a great place to live

    I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I can say that it is one of the best places to live. The management (Kenneth) is fantastic. They do a great job of being accommodating and courteous whenever there may be issues that arise or questions that arise. Not to mention the maintenance crew (Tim and Christian). They are always on top of maintenance requests and finish things as quickly as possible. I’ve never had to put in multiple requests for something, it’s always been done right the first time. Overall this place is fantastic and the prices are unbeatable for what accommodations you get.

    A wonderful place to live! The grounds are beautiful being nestled right beside the lake for easy access. Dog park, and fenced in play ground area my kids love. Very quiet and peaceful. The maintenance crew are the nicest fellas youll meet! Always greeting you with a smile and super quick to answer any maintenance calls! Britney and the ladies up front are always very sweet and always help anyway they can! My children and I love living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable lakeside living!!-- Shawn Mullen

    Everything looks nice. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable, but it smelled like dirty dogs for 15 days when we moved in.

    Harbor Shores⚓🏢🏝 is nothing short of incredible! I worked with Tonya from start to finish and I have to say, I have NEVER had such a wonderful, genuine, caring, and enthusiastic experience when apartment shopping! 🙆🏾‍♀️The process was seamless and extremely quick! I had such confidence in the property and Tonyas insane professional skills that I wasnt worried about not seeing my actual unit before move in. My fur baby 🐕🐶also loves the 2, yes 2!! dog parks and smelling all the new things.     I lived here for a year, The staff here are great communicated well of coming or ongoing issues. The location was nice, the pool was Awesome. This is a pet friendly apartment complex... that being said I was disappointed that the pet owners/residents struggled to pick up after their pets. The walls between apartments seemed to be insulated very well and I never heard my neighbors except the people walking or dogs running in the apartment above. Everything in the apartment worked very well and never needed a maintenance man to come in and fix anything although the maintenance staff were usually working pretty hard pressure washing stairs, cleaning hallways or picking up after lazy residents pets (Not their Job) so my hat goes off to them as well! Overall a great experience here and I would highly recommend it to a friend or family. The only reason I moved out was because I purchased a house.

    Great place to live.staff always friendly and care about the people who live here. Brittany always helpful and gets things done. Never have I heard of a place that handles things so quickly when she says it will get done. Tonya always friendly and knowledgeable about what it takes to make sure we are all happy. Maintenance is unmatched. Christian makes things happen quickly and efficiently. Nothing he can’t do. Spot on with time and repairs. This time we live in with all this craziness this is definitely where I would want to be. It has made a difficult time so much better. I can’t say enough about all the staff here but thank you for caring and helping all of us through a tough times.

    Seems like a very well kept place. Gated & you cant exit through the entrance which I think is nice. The person I care for there loves the place & has not had any issues. She said that whenever she calls for a maintenance job they respond in a very timely manner. The place looked very nice & clean to me.

    Fantastic Apartment Complex! The Maintenance staff is phenomenal! We love ALL of our staff here! They go above and beyond to help people!!     Love this place!! Very well kept and the office manager and staff are very nice. Living in luxury at an affordable price couldnt be better. Ive been living here 10 months and the only thing I dont really like is all the spiders outside, but its on the lake so its understandable. Overall great place to live!
