I lived here for 1.5 years and if I didn’t have to move because of work I don’t think I would have ever moved out! The staff is incredible, especially Jorge and Nick. Concierge was always nice and everyone just went above and beyond for me and made me feel at home. The amenities were great and location was even better. As a woman living on her own I felt very safe going walking around river oaks district and in grey house. My apartment (building D) was always quiet and the modern style was absolutely perfect for me. It’s going to be hard to find a new place that lives up to Grey House! Thank you all so much and I truly miss being there!

Great staff here at Greyhouse! Yuko and Jesse were very kind and knowledgeable. The concierge has great customer service! The area is also really nice! Highly recommend leasing an apartment here!

Love living here!! Leasing staff is always on top of it, and the maintenance staff is always there for any issues. Having two pools is nice, since one is under construction we can always use the other one! Lived here almost 2 years and will still be renewing our lease!!

We have been living here for almost two years and love every bit of it! The leasing team, Yuko, Jesse, Jorge, and Jayden have been nothing but kind and helpful anytime we need anything. We rarely have to call maintenance for repairs in our apartment but when we do they respond quickly and fix the problem the same day. The location is perfect, we love living right above all the shops and restaurants. Sometimes there is heavy traffic but that is something we knew before moving in due to the high volume of ROD visitors. Wish we could live here forever!

Been her for 3+ year. I’d I can buy my unit I would!! Love the area. The place. Nick and Jorge is amazing the entire staff is always helpful. Even when I’m so needy!! I’ve always feel safe. My neighbors are amazing. Not noisy at all. I can’t say enough about this place. Thanks for the amazing and many more to come!! Please do go up on me too much 🤞

I will be moving to Houston in the coming year for work and only had a few extra hours to explore while in town. After hearing about Grey House, I arrived at the leasing office and was quickly greeted with a warm smile by Jayden Vanderbilt, the community manager. Jayden was not only proactive, but very personable in understanding the wants and needs of his clients; using this information to construct a beautiful touring experience uniquely created from my preferences. Jayden had great communication skills, was honest, knowledgeable, and had an immense attention to detail. The amazing experience created by our tour and the overall housing premises/apartment layout has made grey house my chosen place of residence in the near future!

I have stayed at all of the Hanovers and also Market Square Tower downtown but Grey House is my favorite. The location is the best part. Its within walking distance to the top restaurants, designer stores, and bars. Also having views of the Williams Tower just tops it off. The River Oaks district is a very cool area

There’s nothing “Grey” about Grey House. A vibrant community with great location in the River Oaks district. With a mall down the street and plenty of high end retail stores located right next door. But thankfully you don’t have to go far for entertainment. A movie theater is right above the concierge. The huge fitness center is open all day and night and had the best modern equipment. The pools are relaxing with their waterfall walls and quiet atmosphere.Management is fantastic, they go above and beyond their call of duty. Always willing to help. Especially the property manager, Kyle. While some managers would see it below them, there is nothing he wouldn’t ask of his team that he wouldn’t do himself. Every one of the team members share a positive and personable attitude.It a property you’d be happy to call home and makes it very hard to leave for work in the morning.

Me and my wife toured this place with Jorge and he was exceptional, the property itself was amazing and located in a very nice area. This was the first choice for us until we found something closer to our work. But shout out to Jorge and the Management for keeping this property in top shape!

I moved in one month ago from Seattle and I am truly impressed with the staff and concierge team. Paola was extremely helpful with my apartment search and had me signing the lease even prior to moving here.Josh and Carlos (Charles) have been super friendly and welcoming. They always have a positive attitude and go the extra mile to help me with whatever concerns and questions I may have.The location is ideal and extremely upbeat and lively. I would highly recommend Greyhouse Apartment as your new home.

I consult and produce events at River Oaks District and when my work takes me to Houston, I always request to stay at Grey House. The space is beautifully maintained, but more importantly, everyone is so nice and accommodating. I absolutely love the pool and lounge area for downtime. Grey House has become a home away from home.

This property is simply beautiful! I was very impressed with the management staff Tiauna and Kyle! They were very professional and knowledgeable about the property. They made my experience with Grey House very pleasant! I highly recommend Grey House apartments to anyone who is looking for an elegant apartment with friendly management staff they can trust!

I love living here! Location cant be beat, since my office is in the Galleria Tower II. I love that my little walkable neighborhood includes the best movie theater in town (iPic,) my downstairs neighbor is Dolce & Gabbana, and my balcony looks down upon Toulouse, one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. The finishes in my unit and throughout the property are beautiful, and the maintenance team are great at addressing issues while housekeeping keeps it clean and spotless. But one of the best things about living here is the staff of concierges! So hard to imagine what life was like before this amazingly helpful team who are so professional yet very friendly! (Daelin is awesome :) Grey House is definitely a great choice for my second/in-town M-F home.

As a Houston real estate broker, Im extremely familiar with all of the luxury properties inside the loop. I chose to live at Grey House because of how special this property is.From the incredible staff to the gorgeous/modern finishes (NO CARPET!) and VIP access to all of the best restaurants and boutiques in the city, I can honestly say Im so happy with my decision.

Victor (Asst. Property Mgr) and Mason (Leasing Consultant) are absolutely amazing and will make sure you have a pleasant experience whether you are touring, have questions, or moving in. They have ran up and down across this property giving me tours upon request and have been had timely communication for my every question. I was having a few issues in the parking garage once and Victor came running back and forth in a suit to resolve my issue... this speaks volumes for how much they care about the residents experience.

I dont live at this community, but every time I call with a question or inquiry their staff is most welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to find an answer. Josh is a gem in the office, its not easy finding this level of service these days, and I much appreciate getting it with Grey House.

Most helpful staff Ive ever meet at a apartment complex!! From the manager to the maintenance, they have helped me carry groceries; let people in when I couldnt be there, and helped me get familiar with the surrounding area. I couldnt have asked for a better group to help me with the move to Houston.
