First apartment that I’ve ever applied for and I have to say that I really loved these apartments! I just recently moved out and enjoyed my time here. (I was sad to move out 🥲) Maintenance crew and office staff were absolutely AMAZING! Maggie was the one who helped us view the apartments when we were viewings options. She’s been awesome with keeping in touch with us for any question we’ve had throughout our lease stay. Area is in good location to grocery stores, gas stations, and parks. Highly recommended checking these apartments out if you’re looking for something safe and cozy! I’m going to miss my first little “home” here.

Went in yesterday for a tour on the B1 floor plan, and I must say compared to the other 2 properties I visited before going to this one, it has been the best by far, not only speaking about the area/location, cleanliness and quality of the apartments but the property manager MAGGIE who I had the pleasure of meeting and who also gave me a lovely tour, was who made my decision easier to make these apartments me and my sons new home! She had a very welcoming and outgoing personality and she was very helpful and informative, you can tell she’s someone who actually loves what she does! Went ahead and sent my application in today and she was walking me through all my questions I had even through the phone. Made this whole process so much easier! Thank you Maggie!!

I have got to say that I have been looking at several different apartment complexes but none has exceeded the amazing customer service that I experienced here! Yvonne was such a delightful and caring representative of this apartment complex. She really won me over and was very informative with every detail she gave. The apartments are very clean and well maintained and the manager definitely made me love this place even more I know she definitely will keep this place maintained as apartments should be! don’t think I will be looking else where. I was apartment shopping ( Many Apartments) I met with Yvonne who was motivated and dedicated. When I first called I stated that I could not come in for a tour and would like to receive photos. After calling many apartments I was almost assured by most that I would not get these photos however, I was stunned by how fast Yvonne got to me and sent me a virtual tour. I decided to come in for a tour I left happy and pleased to have received such great help. Where to start!! I have lived here for over 2 years. The management is amazing. They go above and beyond. The apartments are reasonably priced. Maintenance has always been the best! Maggie the manager is so welcoming. Dont pass this community up. I will miss everyone here!

I moved in here at Greenwood Creek the beginning of September and I love it. The proximity to my office alone is a HUGE plus. I have dealt mostly with Maggie in the Leasing Office and she has been nothing but attentive and kind to me, even when I think I am being a bothersome paid, She is always friendly and polite to me, and the others in the office have been as well. After I had placed a work order, I really appreciated the way a maintenance worker called to inform me that he was in my apartment to make sure the repair was done and done correctly. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and homey environment.

I have lived here for 6 months. Im super impressed with how clean they keep the grounds. I see maintenance out many times a week picking up any trash that may have been left outside. They quickly dispose of any furniture left by the dumpsters. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed living here.

Over the course of a couple of months, I viewed over 40 plus apartment properties which made me feel like I wouldn’t find the right one.I walked in with 2 sheets of paper filled with all the apartments I had seen that day and must of shocked Esmeralda the property manager. I’ll be honest, this by far, was one of the most memorable experiences of my apartment search to date.I shared my story with Esmeralda and mentioned everything that i was looking for. She listened and understood what I was saying. I left knowing that this was a place I could call home. After a week of comparing all my options, I went back for a second visit to make a final decision.Unfortunately, Esmeralda was not there that day but I was assisted by Maggie. She was very helpful and was able to go more in detail to other questions I had. No other property management had made such an impact on my decision as they did.Maggie was so helpful in helping with the application process even though she was by herself showing the property to potential residents. Kudos to Esmeralda and Maggie, you are very much appreciated!

When I moved in, the new owners just took over & there was a new management team in place. There were water issues on top of it. However, now that the transition is complete, the new office & maintenance teams are in place and all the exterior water pipes have been replaced , its all good. Property is being taken care of & units upgraded. Its an older property with mature landscape, which I really enjoy. I also love the floorplan of my 525 sq ft apartment. Overall, the complex has a quiet vibe and it feels safe.. The office staff & maintenance are responsive to service requests and they are great to work with. Some social activities are offered during each month. Its such a convenient location for me with work & personal. I like living here!

Lana and Amanda in the office are great!! They are attentive, kind, and they get things done for tenants! The rent is reasonable. The property is so nice with mature trees, a creek running through it etc. Maintenance is on top of all requests! Anything I have needed has been taken care of fast and complete!!Happy with the large bedroom and storage room in my one bedroom apartment.

I’ve been staying at Greenwood Creek Apartments for about 4 years now and my family feels so safe here!It’s been a great experience over all. The ladies in the office are friendly and caring. Whenever we have a maintenance issue they are quick to repair.The apartments are in a good area which is close to the trinity trails and the free way.I am definitely glad that I found this place! Decent size and fair pricing. The pool is clean and the area is quiet. I’ve never had any issues with our neighbors.My daughter has grown up here and many tenants know her by her name. This place has been home ✨

My husband and I recently visited this community, and we were shocked and elated by how attentive Amanda was from start to finish. All of our questions were answered completely and professionally. The process was simple and everything was explained thoroughly. I wish we would have found this community years ago. The grounds itself were well maintained and beautiful. There was a long term hot water issue, but they have seemingly repaired it! I appreciate the new managements undertaking of getting this done, as it was something that lasted a long time under the old management. I appreciate their giving us proper notifications for all the work being done. Neighborhood is in great order and it feels like a safe place to live and theyre working on making more community engagement with some events for the residents here and there. Nice pool and gym, too.

We love our home! We lived here several years ago and came back. Just renewed our lease. Its a beautifully kept neighborhood and the staff is so helpful and responsive. I have lived here for 3 years and have been very satisfied. The rent is reasonable; the pool, hot tub and workout room are clean; garbage is picked up frequently; even the occasional problem with residents not picking up after their dogs has been addressed since management notified residents they would be fined for not doing so.Perhaps best of all, every maintenance concern Ive had has been satisfactorily taken care of within 24 hours. The maintenance staff is polite and professional - many thanks to you guys! And I cannot say enough good things about the office staff, especially Lana!!, who are polite, friendly and hard-working.I really, really hope the new management that has just taken over will do as good a job as the previous one has done and that this will continue to be such a great place to live!

I have lived at Greenwood Creek Apartments for quite some time now and I highly recommend living here. The office staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. Lana, Laurie and Amanda go above and beyond to make sure that the residents are satisfied, happy and have what they need. Shelby with maintenance is excellent and always prompt and has things in your apartment taken care of as soon as possible. Overall a excellent place to live and is centrally located to everything.

So I have lived here now since march 18th. I wanted to give time before I posted a review so I could acknowledge the concerns.1. Hot water/water - I have only had water shut off one day so far this entire time. They communicated it beforehand and told us when it would be back on, water pressure has been good and everything2. Our office staff is quick to respond and so is maintenance, staff is allll super nice. I worked primarily with Esmeralda and Debby (I think he name was??) and Esmeralda helped us a lot.3. The environment feels really safe. No one has given us any issues. I guess the only thing is that it’s common for people to keep their dogs off of the leash so that can be a problem for some people4. Gate has worked the entire time, our gate key hasn’t but we have codes that work. My neighbors are awesome, we really don’t have any complaints. It’s a beautiful spot.Everyone else’s experience is valid. It just hasn’t been my personal experience here so far.

I have visited several apartments in trying to secure a new home for my niece. I am ABSOLUTELY loving Greenwood Creek. The facilities were clean, quiet, and all of the residents that I chatted with said that they are very happy living there. That won me over as believe the best way to find out about a place is to ask the residents. Once I met with the Management team any concerns I had were eliminated. They were professional, informative, and most importantly they were very kind and made me (well more importantly my niece) feel welcomed. We plan on moving her in at the beginning of the semester. I absolutely love these apartments. I went through SmartCity Concierge to help me find the perfect apartment and I have had nothing but incredible experiences with everyone I have worked with both through the apartment locators and the apartment complex leasing office. I feel very safe (which was my biggest priority when looking) and everyone in the complex that I have met so far has been so so nice. The leasing office is always so quick to answer service requests and questions. Genuinely both have some of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend either enough!! I would give Greenwood Creek 10 stars if I was able (unfortunately google limits me to 5)id like to mention both Amanda and Lana in the leasing office. I worked with both of them to find the perfect layout and apply for my apartment. They made me feel like I was already apart of the community. Super informative and very sweet.

I would’ve chosen this place to live if my first choice had fallen through. And the reason I would’ve chosen it was because one of the leasing agents Lana was so kind and bubbly. And I loved talking to her. She did her best to accommodate me with everything I was looking for. Engaged in conversation and asked me about my job school and other things. She was very personable and the most unique leasing agent I’ve met. Great customer service. The stars are reflected for the customer service.

Great pool area, clubhouse & pricing was reasonable for the apartment sizes. I had the pleasure of getting a tour from Amanda, she was very kind, professional & knowledgeable about the community. I will be back to tour again with my husband.

Great, friendly staff. Great floors plans. 2 bedroom apts are up & downstairs. Nice creek with bridge runs thru the center of the complex. Benbrook on 1 side and the other half is Fort Worth. The apts facing the creek have mosquito screens for the patio.

Whenever we would need help with anything Laurie was so great at getting us what we needed. She is so kind and thoughtful, and really made our experience there that much better. I have lived heer for 2 years and Greenwood Creek is the best apartment complex i have ever lived in. . I have the best location and our management and maintenance staff is the best.They have proved that during and after the winter storm in February 2021. They have been kind and courteous throughout this horrific ordeal for many of us. They have gone beyond trying to get with plumbers, electricians and drywall repair people. And though the demand is high for these services Laurie, Lana and Amanda have done a great job!I have great neighbors! We take careOf each other and so does the Dayrise Team! I’m grateful to call Greenwood Creek home!

I came to TX for the first time in the height of COVID in July 2020 to find an apt. I had never been to TX before and was planning to relocate pretty much across the country so I wanted to ensure that I laid eyes on the area that me and my family would potentially be moving to. I was able to speak to someone on the phone and schedule an appt to view the property with ease. When I arrived I was met by Lana and she provided me the key to view an apt due to COVID restrictions at that time. I fell in love with the unit and walked around the property as well. Instantly I knew this was a place I could call home. The process was so seamless and Lana kept me updated every step of the way. On my move-in day I was driving in from out of state and my arrival time was later than I originally had planned so I was sure to stay in communication with the leasing office. Amanda was extremely nice and made sure that I was able to obtain my keys when I arrived. Although since moving here I have had a leak and experienced that God forsaken winter storm I must say that I have loved living here. I love it so much that I renewed my lease with ease. Lana and Amanda have continuously been wonderful during my families transition as well as any inquiries and/or concerns I have ever had. Definitely made the best decision when I chose Greenwood Creek to call our first home in Texas.

I go to a lot of different apartments and I have never seen a staff so involved not only involved with the event but, with all the residents as well. I feel amazing living in these apartments. This apartment has a gym, reserved parking space, creek nearby, office room, gated community good maintenance, and great friendly people all included with your rent! The price is very affordable and you get great amenities included. The apartment manager, Lana, is very friendly and helpful and she always takes care of my needs, whether they are big or small. These apartments are very close to many restaurants, shopping (Target, costco, Sams club, walmart), highways, and schools. It is very safe with 24-7 gates perfect for students. I feel happy to be living at these apartments and will rent again.

Lana in the office is the best! She goes above and beyond the call of duty. We had a problem with the rent amount on the website and she stayed on the case until it was fixed. However, the other girl in the office with Lana told me there was nothing they could do and that was that. If you need anything talk to Lana. she will take care of it. And is always very pleasant and upbeat to talk to. I highly recommend living here!

Lana and Amanda were amazing when helping us with information about available units and the application process very nice and informative. Much appreciated, the units are nice as well. The office staff were very welcoming.

Lana was amazing we talked for a little bit and she took a video of the apartment at my request from her she also emailed me all the necessary information. We did everything online. I drove 19 hours from FL. Amanda waited for me passed her hours. she welcome me. I dont have enough words to say thank you to Amanda and Lana. I only staying for a year I already have my next assignment but I will never forget either of you. It is been throughly a pleasure. Also the neighborhood is quiet and clean.
