Dear Greenway Corporation. I really am really enjoying here so Far. Cori has been the most Beautiful Woman and Sweetest Landlord ever. She really means, so much to me, upon everything, I’ve needed support from her. She really means the World to me and a very Professional most Hard working Person working by herself. And Taking on so, many Tasks, and trying to Make things Happen and tasks for the Residents, of Situations and emergency Tasks. She does always make a way to make me Smile and Cheering me Up and Building my Confidence consistently and I love Cori so much for the things, She’s helped me with. And She’s also the Greatest Landlord here and She’s wicked Beautiful, Too.

Moving into these apartments was very fast and easy. The apartment manager has a great personality and is great at her job. She made sure we have everything we need to make this a smooth process. The apartments location is very convenient and it’s a nice neighborhood. Shout out to Cori for being awesome!

This place is truly a gem overall. The whole complex is well-taken care of and cozy. Everyone in the community has been very nice as well. Cori has been so helpful every step of the way and is always quick to respond and answer any questions I might have. I would easily recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment and I feel lucky I found this spot after searching through so many apartments!

During my apartment search this property popped up for the area I was looking to move into. There were no units available for what I was looking for and my time frame and Cori reached out to me as soon as 1 became available. She is extremely dedicated to her job and I thank her for going out of her way to contact me as soon as something had became available. She helped me through the entire process. Been here 10 months, almost always quiet in the complex. Love how safe and secure it feels inside the courtyards. Service requests have been quick, underground garage didnt flood. I get some noise from the parking garage next door. My apartment cabinetry and bathrooms are dated,but truly Amazing location and amenities for the price. Online payments for rent are ez . Look at my history and u can see me flame my last apartment complex. Highly recommend Greenway court

The move in here was so smooth and painless. Cori was there for anything we needed. Shes the best leasing agent Ive ever worked with. On the tour, she knew everyone by name. It showed me just how much she cared about the complex and residents. Seeing a representative that cared about their tenants was a huge plus for me. The apartment is the perfect size for myself and my roommate with so much more storage than I would have ever thought. I havent been here long, but Im already looking forward to the rest of my lease.

For the international student I am, and the reality we face when some complex realize we are international student, i can proudly say Greenway Court Apartment is a bless and Cori is an angel.She was very helpful and very nice with me while i was struggling finding and apartment, she did her best to help me with the application she was honest during all the process and the neighbors are really cheerful.Now, where greenway court apartment is located is really safe and you have everything around restaurant, bank, supermarket…My recommendation is 100% yes.

Such an awesome community! Well maintained and safe! In the heart of the city, so location is the first incentive! Secondly, it is hard to ever depart this location! Cori is BEYOND accommodating, assistive and interpersonal 😊. She wears many hats and it shows daily. Move in was smooth, any questions needing answered are always responded to timely! We definitely appreciate her! I think many can vouch for that.

Love this place! Cori has been a great help since I moved in 3 years ago with any issues I might have and is a delight. Ray has been great in getting things fixed in a very fast manner. Very nice neighbors and well maintained, I would recommend Grennway Court from one single person to an entire family to move here. The location is excellent and very safe. SO many things to do in this area

We recently moved out of the Greenway Court Apartments after having lived there for almost two years. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The grounds are lovely with beautiful trees, shrubs, plants and water features everywhere.The pool is always clean and maintained even during the winter months. But the most impressive this about living there is how responsive the manager is to you.. She is always courteous and professional and goes out of her way to make residents feel well-taken-care-of.It feels just like having a concierge service available to you as your packages are left at the office and you are notified immediately if you have a package. Minor and major repairs are handled promptly and professionally by the maintenance dept., usually the same day that they are reported.The only reason we moved was because we purchased a home.

I had lived at Greenway court for almost 4 years and i LOVED it. Cori is a godsend for that place, she was always so helpful and made sure the job got done. I had to move out of town and was very sad that I wouldn’t be dealing with her anymore. They are an older complex, but very well kept! If you’re looking for something affordable inside the loop then Greenway Court is the place to be! A very homey and quiet community with fantastic neighbors! VERY dog friendly! If i could have stayed there, I would have! We absolutely love Cori and her efforts to make that place the best place to live!

The apartments are located super central and within walking-distance of everything you really need. Theyre super spacious, cheap, safe and very nice! The common areas are also very nice and spacious. Cori gave me the best and easiest experience getting an apartment. As an international student other places gave me a hard time but Cori made everything seem easy and had everything done way before I even expected her to. She helped me with absolutely everything, super quickly and she is beyond nice!! She really cares and is invested in getting you what you need and working with what you have. She went above and beyond and helped me secure other things Im sures not even in her job description :) All in all I can highly recommend!

This is one of best place to live in this neighborhood. We lived here for almost 4 years and it was amazing experience. Best neighbors and management one can consider. Cori is great help in everyway. Nice apartment layout and storage features are some of the strong points. This place is having live vibe. If you are single or couple or with kids this place and neighborhood will serve every way possible. Going to miss this place 🙂.

I’ve been a resident for 2 years in their 3 bedroom townhouse. First let me say how great Cori Morgan , the manager was. She was a woman of her word and extremely hard working manager that had all customers best interest at heart. She spoke daily and did the most to go above her duties especially during this pandemic we were facing. The air and water quality of the apartment was my only problem during the stay but this complex is worth it for the area. Deepest swimming pool in the loop and it’s always crowded. I truly loved my place and will miss it 😢. Cori was the best 💯

My family and I recently relocated to greenway court apartments and let me tell you this has by far been our best rental experience in years!! In Houston negligent landlords has become a norm but not at greenway court. Ms. Cori is very nice ,pays attention to detail and pays attention to you’re rental needs. My family and I are finally somewhere safe, clean , secure and worthy of calling home. I would recommend this complex to any family’s looking for somewhere that’s fits all their needs because it does that and some!! Completely gated, our unit is extremely toddler friendly,washing machine prices are great and they have events and a vending machine!

Temporary home for 1 year. Had very nice experience. Front office and maintenance teams always helpful and communicative. Cori and team were wonderful resources and very friendly. The complex is clearly a little older than its neighbors, but they work hard to keeping the complex clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Several families/kids. Great location with affordable price--would certainly return

I lived in Greenway Court Apartments with my family for a year and the apartments were lovely, fairly cheap, and the leasing office manager Cory, was very nice to us. The neighbors were very polite and friendly to everyone. I would highly recommend this apartment.

A great place to live in river oaks area while maintaining a budget. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable to walk to nearby places. Cory is diligent and always does her best to help you out. Ray the maintaince guy is willing to help you even at late night if needed.

Heres my honest review after living for 2 happy years at this complex...Pros:1- Location... This is one of the best neighborhoods you can live in Houston. Youre in the center of the city... EVERYTHING is close to your place! Youve got Costco right across the street. Me personally, I also had my gym (Signature LA fitness), gas station, my bank, coffee place and many restaurants all right across the street! The BEST NEIGHBORHOOD Ive ever lived in during my 8 years in Houston (and now I moved to a bigger apartment, I chose another complex right across the street because how much I love this neighborhood)2- Price... Now that Ive described the location, you bet this is neighborhood is on the pricy end when it comes to rents... Average 2 bedrooms is usually >$1700. I had my 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious with amazing living room for $1300. (Why is it cheap? Lack of proper amenities ...described below)3- Management.... And by management I specifically mean Cori. Again I am not exaggerating here when I say Cori is the sweetest, most friendliest manager Ive ever encountered... She really make you feel like youre home and dealing with family when you encounter whatever issues... They were very supportive of people struggling with rent at the beginning of the pandemic... Maintenance usually come within a short notice...4- the actual apartment! Loved the apartment design, spacious living room, 2 proper bedrooms with great storage/closets. I did enjoy the view from my living room, I had a fountain and a small garden...5- parking... Had an underground garage spot right underneath my apartment. Felt like having a batcave really, get out of the door, stairs right in front of you, go down and bam, your car is right there.Cons: In short, you get what youre paying for (so you shouldnt complain a lot really)1- Lack of proper amenities... If you are about amenities, looking for a proper pool, gym, whatsoever, look somewhere else. The pool is basically a bath tub usually with non clean water, didnt even consider taking a dive over there for once. No gym, coffee/internet cafe, the fancy stuff that you actually pay hundred of dollars to get in other apartment complexes.2- its an old building/complex and IT SHOWS! Most wood shows major signs of wear and tear, the cabinets, the closet, kitchen, restroom, yes it is an old complex and it is definitely showing all signs of that. There were old stains of scum next to the sink in the bathroom that I couldnt manage to clean over two years!3- lack of washer and dryer in the apartment is annoying! The washateria is close to everyone but 6 washers and dryers for an entire complex? Not enough.... Not convenient, many times of frustrating waiting time, and of course you pay every single time you have a wash load/dryer. Many times one or two machines stop working and now its 4 washers for an entire complex...yes it was annoying no questions about it (heard recently some apartments are having washers/dryers but theyre just a few). I believe the biggest factor here will be, how frequent do you need to wash your clothes? Are you single? Is it just you and your partner? That was my case and because of that, it was manageable, didnt bother me much... But if I have kids and need to wash every other day or so... I think it will be an issueOverall, my personal experience was positive. I loved my apartment, loved the neighborhood, you cannot beat the price and with the extra cash, you can get yourself all the lacking amenities and still save more (like going to LA fitness for $40 and the gym is a million times better than any gym you can fit in any apartment complex)

The place is very safe , affordable rent and in excellent location. manager cory /stacy and neighbors are very nice and good. pet friendly and kids friendly community. The apartments inside are very neat and clean. Service requests are quick and prompt. It did not flood during Harvey. one block to greenway plaza. Metro stop is just one block from these apartments. I am living here from last 2 years. Excellent schools too. walkable distance to everything.
