Loved the community went on a tour with Marisa the manager and she definitely had me hooked! Just waiting for my notice to come closer so I can apply. Definitely coming back! Loved how she didn’t brush me off like other managers and made me feel welcome and comfortable to see the community and give me the details I needed. Haven’t moved in 17 years and excited to call this home in April!

I recently renewed my lease here because its a great apartment community its quiet the apartments are very cozy and have a very home feel to them. The residents are friendly. Maintenance is completed very quickly. So yeah I think its a great place to live I love it.

I moved here blindly. Not a care in the world except a good price. Let me just say that I have no regrets moving here. Everyone Ive met is very nice, the apartment is certainly used. But they cleaned up nicely for my move in. Everything works: kitchen appliances, water heater, good water pressure. The windows blinds are finicky, but nothing to be concerned over. There are only 2 drawers in the kitchen, making storage space very limited in my 1 bedroom 1 bath apt.This place is in a convenient location. This location in Plano is in a good neighborhood with a few stores walkable distance, and walmart quick driveable distance.I use the Frontier wifi. 5 days to wait in line, excellent installment, 500gb at $30 per month is unbeatable.The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. They listen to what you say and really want to keep the apartments a place to stay.The parking is spacious.The heater works great and quick. Idk about the AC yet since its cold outside. 50°.You wont regret moving here. 10/10.

I lived at Greenbriar for over 10 years, and recently moved to be closer to work. I have enjoyed living in this community! I love the access to the Bluebonnet Trail and the playground. The pool is great, and its a quiet community. I have actually lived in all 3 size units, and all of them were great! While management has changed over the years, the customer service provided by the leasing team has always been great! One of the best things is the maintenance team. They are fast to respond, and I have always appreciated that! I have recommended this community to friends and families for years and will continue to do so! Were going to miss Greenbriar for sure!

Besides the little things with maintenance with issues that were reported but not fixed, great property to live at. Only catch is, having a neighbor above you who walks like a herd of wildebeest who are not even on the lease. 3 to 5 people in a 1 bedroom? The math is not mathing.

Shakeiya has been absolutely wonderful in helping me with this application process. She helped me to get approved, and has been very communicative and open about everything. We had last day of our lease today. We stayed at unit 916. They took care of our needs. We had great experiences here ,and very helpful neighbors. Staffs are very friendly specially violet and Natalie. They provide excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this apartment

My daughter and I moved into Greenbriar over a year ago. We love living here. Our neighbors are friendly and the noise is minimal. The trail right beside the complex is great. Bluebonnets were incredibly beautiful this year. A great job is done by management and maintenance. Thanks, Jesus! Also, Kristen ensured that our washer and dryer were replaced due to maintenance issues. She works hard to keep us all happy!!

I just moved out last weekend, been living there about a year. Its an aged apartment, but the management kept it nice and clean. Cant speak for others, but my one bedroom apartment didnt have any bug issue. Beside pest control from the apartment, I treat it myself too. My apartment was by the street, but its a nice and quiet place to live. It comes with washer and dryer, comes with a carport. A trail behind complex to walk your dog or yourself. I do recommend.

I have been living here over a year. Had a hard time finding an apartment came from Houston, the office was amazingly helpful. Very quiet community, clean would highly recommend! Maintenace on point if you ever have an issue.

What a darling community! The manager Vanessa was super sweet and answered all my questions with ease. The pool area looked very inviting and the leasing office had a scrumptious smell of cookies baking in the oven. I couldnt help but notice that the office had monthly videos to borrow and watch with my family. The model home was very spacious and priced just right. Ofcourse, this lovely property is leased up. I could visualize living at the Greenbriar Apartments and being very happy.

Ive lived here for about three and half years, in a one bedroom apartment. The community is quiet and friendly. The staff has turned over a lot, about once a year, Im not sure why that is. But they have been nice. They respond fairly quickly to repair requests, though they refused to clean the vents and I think Im having respiratory issues from it - previous tenant was here ten years and smoked. The air conditioner is too small and I cant cool it in here below 80 in the summer time- they dont want to fix it. The kitchen is not designed well, with pantry, fridge and utility closet doors all opening into the same space. There is no room for a microwave oven and none built in. The washer and fridge are old and no automatic ice maker. I do love the spacious living room and bedroom. Not the galley kitchen, too small. The closet doors are designed poorly and fall off regularly. The neighborhood is safe and there is a nice pond you can walk around not far from here. The rent has gone up from about $725 to $1035 (mtm) since I moved here a few years ago, which I think is too much for an older apartment. The bathroom needs a remodel. I have had cockroach issues and a mice issue, but they get on it pretty fast. I like the place, and I would check it out if you arent worried about minor details, but there are unfixable issues that come with aged apartments. Worth it for $800 or less, but not more in my opinion.

We are living this apparent since 2012 . This is the very good place to live . Managers and other associates has been changed but the “ Jenett” (current manager ) , I haven’t seen such an amazing person in the management. She is so nice , helpful , and creative, she started sending the Monthly invoice in email that is easy and convenient and also available to make payments rent from online ...besides , maintenance or work order has completed in 24 hours. Office room , hallway , Swimming pool and drumstairs looks always neat and clean ..Jesus, maintenance person is very friendly and cooperative . I highly recommend to move in this complex and enjoy with peace ...

I moved in at the first of this year. I have no complaints about the apartment complex. It is a very peaceful place and gated. (another date)Since the new people are in the office, Nobody ever answers the phone. Then they want you to leave a message. I need to talk to a actual person not a recorded. No matter when you call...Its the same.... No feeling the costumer service and more. 1/12/16
