I have been a resident at Granary for a few months and while the management change has been a little chaotic, I will say that the new maintenance crew is so much better!! Edwin took the time to call me and get the exact details of what needed to be fixed in my apartment!Unlike the last crew, the work Edwin did was excellent and he followed up with me after to make sure I was happy with the work he had done! The last crew did not have even an ounce of the compassion, work ethic and care and concern that Edwin has for his residents!It gives me huge peace of mind to know that if I have an issue it will be taken care of in a timely manner and be done professionally!

The management team Luis and Alexis are very professional and responsive, always addressing any issues promptly. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the amenities like the fitness center and pool are top-notch. The apartment itself is spacious, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. It’s also incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day.

If leasing offices had a dream team, it would be Alexis, Luis, and Caryn! They’re all super helpful, friendly, and just all-around awesome. But Alexis? She’s basically a superhero in disguise. I’m pretty sure helping me wasn’t even in her job description, but she went above and beyond anyway—probably with a cape on. If you’re looking for an apartment where the staff actually cares (and might low-key save your life), this is the place to be. Highly recommend

Ive been here for about 6 months and have been pleased with the response Ive gotten from management and maintenance. I had an issue with a key FOB and Alexis went above and beyond to help me out. I had another issue with a/c and Bernardo from maintenance came through after hours and fixed the problem. He even had the curtesy to follow up the following day and ask if the unit was still giving me issues. Excellent service and exceptional professionalism.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and the last management company was complete ass, I am so thankful that Greystar took over this property because Amanda and Louis have done nothing but help me get my lease renewed,( I had been on a month to month since June from the old company). They worked fast and kept in contact with me the whole time while they fixed all the issues the ran into. They were very understanding and a very helping hand that I need.

Stopped by for a tour this past weekend and the community manager (Luis) was actually the one to show us around. Great looking place but even better customer service! Our baby was fussy but the manager was extremely patient and even cheered my son up a bit. We will be moving to the area next spring and plan on leasing here.

However , in short span of time luis and his team are doing well and ensuring satisfaction of all residents who are annoyed they resolved my issue as well within span of two or three days and I’m glad I went to him and communicated and he sorted my issues asap.Looking forward to another productive year with granary apartments

Brand new apartments with lots of upgrades!!! Wood floors, granite countertops, smart keys. The amenities are awesome!!! Beautiful pool, game room with more games than you know what to do with including virtual gaming, and resident lounge with private study spaces, gated access. I’ve used the free WiFi in the study spaces multiple times, which has sound proofing for privacy. The staff in the leasing office are very pleasant and respond quickly.

My mom lives here and she loves the property. I love it too. Lisa, Melissa, and Maria are always so cheerful when I go to the office to ask for help. This office is always so busy with lines of people and the phones ringing non stop. This property is very upscale and for the price you cannot beat it. The management company should really consider hiring a concierge service to at least answer calls. I have seen all 3 girls at the property late past 7pm and then in early the next morning ready to tackle the next day. Great place to live because of the staff!

I would highly recommend Granary flats. Maria and Lisa were extremely helpful with my parents requests and worked closely with us to be able to find the right apartment for them. The pricing and the deals offered were also great and as time got closer were very responsive and prompt when responding to questions. Amenities were also great and trash pick up from the apartment is truly helpful especially for seniors. It’s definitely a great community. Looking forward for my parents to be there.

I’ve been a resident here for over a year, and I amvery please with the apartment, the facilities, and the management. Lisa and Melissa are warm, welcoming, and very helpful! In addition, anytime I need maintenance work, it is taken care of promptly (within 24hours). The lounge, game room, and pool area are always clean and great places to hang out. I am specially thankful to have such an equipped gym as it has saved me from having to get a gym membership! However, my most favorite part of the facility are the study rooms! I spend a lot of my hours there….sometimes studying, sometimes using it as a quiet get away to just read and relax. Before we signed on with Granary Flats, we looked at all the other complexes in the area. I’m so happy that we decided to come here. If you’re looking for a place to rent….i HIGHLY recommend Granary Flats! You will love to make this place your home!

Moving across the country and finding a good home was a very difficult transition but Lisa, Theresa and Andrew helped make it into an exciting & memorable experience! They were so insightful and patient throughout the move-in process. They treated me with absolute care and respect— I am forever grateful that they were apart of my journey.(For future residents) To be completely transparent, the only thing I haven’t gotten used to, is the lack of unreserved parking for my particular building. I usually have to walk pretty far which isn’t ideal at night. But I have had the pleasure of meeting a few neighbors and everyone is so friendly. There was resident bunch in the lounge and it was nice seeing so many people involved. I put in a maintenance request for my kitchen exhaust and the man came within hours. I’m always out on my balcony or down in the cabanas enjoying the pool area. Every amenity is so clean and luxurious, sometimes I feel like I reside in a resort. The unit I was put in, especially, is beautiful and I love coming home everyday!

This property in very clean. Its very affordable too. Great location. Lisa is very helpful anytime I need something. Melissa and Maria are a great new addition to the property. This particular location is great from what was showcased. Overlooking the freeway sits a shopping strip with an array of business, specs being one I was excited about.The unit that was showcased to us was very spacious. The highlights for me were the equal room sized, massive storage spaces, wine coolers, and Balcony. Amenities were great too. Pool, gym area, reserved quiet rooms, and a swimming pool Last thing to mention.The young lady that showed us did a phenomenal job. Stephanie, thank you so much. She answered all our question and gave us a real tour while explaining what the location has to offer. If you all are considering this place please request her by name.

Ive lived at Granary Flats for about 4 months now and have nothing but great things to say. I toured MANY apartments before making my decision. Major selling points include the amazing amenities including a beautiful saltwater pool (that is always clean and well maintained) with cabanas you feel like youre at a resort, one of the best fitness studios Ive seen with new equipment, bbqs, a game lounge with a golf simulator and arcade machines. My apartment itself is so cute as well with stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer, dishwasher and everything looks and feels new. Along with that, they host resident events regularly including pool parties, boot camps etc. so you really feel like youre part of a community. Everything is also well maintained and clean which is huge for me. I also feel very safe in the neighborhood (its also gated) and the area is all new and up and coming. Theres a target, HEB, tons of restaurants/fast food, farmers market etc. all very close by. Lastly, what really sold me was the team that work in the leasing office. Gladis, Lisa and Andrew have been SO helpful and kind from the start and continue to be absolutely amazing. They are so personable and responsive with any questions Ive had throughout the process. Moving here from another country, they made the transition very smooth for me which I cant thank them enough for. I brag to all my friends and family back home about how much I love my place. I highly recommend living here, we can be neighbors :)

Flats are really upscale I’m in real estate and I can say that they have used a great design to construct this property. It has got a beautiful swimming pool with a hot tub. I would consider this to be a luxurious apartment with Top for Ben ISD school there is a gas station and convenience store located less than a half mile distance, however, I personally don’t stay in these apartments, but I have seen this apartment grow from scratch, I have a few people who I know, and based upon their experience in my personal experience of visiting this property, I have concluded my review.

I wanted to wait a couple of months so that I could give an honest review of the apartment complex. I have nothing but positive praise for the staff. I mainly work with Andrew and Teresa during my move in process but I also interacted with the other 2 young ladies and they are always helpful, kind and have the best attitude no matter what time of day it is. If I needed maintenance such as a clog sink or a filter needing to be changed Jose the maintenance man always got it done within a timely manner and he is extremely nice. The facilities look just as pictured on the website and I absolutely love it here shoutout to the Granary Flats for making sure all my needs are met and some.

My cousin brother is a current over a year resident and very pleased with the apartment, the facilities (except for trash pickup service), and the management. Lisa is very warm, welcoming, and helpful! Shes always there to give u a hug and a ear for your need. Likewise goes for Mariah. All areas are spick and span. Lisa is his first priority one point contact and thanks to her he doesnt want to think of moving anywhere else. Granary Flats is the ideal place to rent from all perspective.

Such a beautiful property! From the moment you walk into the leasing center it feels like home. Lisa Nazario helped me find the perfect apartment for my needs. She was so bubbly, professional and helpful throughout the whole leasing process. The amenities are top notch! My child and I enjoy the salt water pool, open all year long, and the game room!My poodle and I enjoy the dog park on property! The location in Harvest Green made it easy to say YES to the address with all the parks and amenities that are within walking distance in the neighborhood!

We are having a great time staying at this property… right from the moment we came in and met Teresa. She did a tour and we loved the property. The team is great and go above and beyond to ensure the family is happy and comfortable. It’s brand new and feels like a resort. This property offers top of the line amenities in an upscale part of Richmond. I spend hours playing with my kids in the pool and game lounge.

Well better late than never. After my 15 month lease, I feel qualified to truly review this home community. The mgmt staff (Teresa, Tom, and Andrew) were accommodating and quick to respond to any concerns I had during my stay. While I moved in during early construction of property, amenities were made available within a few weeks of moving in. Property was well maintained in spite of on-going construction during the first 5 months of my stay but access and proximity to all areas was nicely managed without any issues. Truly enjoyed the resort style pool and grilling areas as well as the Game area with get this... a On-Prem Top Golf experience. Very nice de-stressor during lunch time break since I worked from home. Big Plus for the WFH professional, being able to move to a private space in the lounge area for meetings or conf calls was a big plus in my day-to-day !! Maintenance staff was great as well, Jose and Jose were top notch and very personable and responsive. Not something you see much of anywhere now days. Highly recommend this property if you are looking now....

I think its the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in, except because theres no playground for children. In addition, whenever we need something, the office staff have helped us immediately, especially Lisa, she has always been very friendly and efficient. Also, we love the amenities and our apartment is very comfortable and with a lot of closets, and I love that!

This complex is absolutely stunning. It literally has everything you could ask for. Amenities for days - beautiful pool, gym, outdoor game areas/indoor game room, gated and soon to come - pet spa and a dog run area. Andrew and Thomas are extremely professional and answered every question I had, making my move-in seamless. I also love the layout of the apartment I chose - they definitely made the most of the space in the unit’s design with tons of storage, while still keeping a clean open feel. Everything is so new and modern. I’m so glad I chose Granary Flats as my new home!

I had Andrew and Thomas assist me throughout the whole process. they were so sweet and so welcoming and before i even toured the unit, I knew this would be my first apartment, based solely on their personality which differed from other unit I toured. but when I toured the apartment, LITERALLY had so much joy! everything thing was so aesthetically pleasing. from the salt water pool, the golf simulator and the gym. signed my application that same day.

Granary Flats is BEAUTIFUL! I toured here today and was blown away! The fitness center, games room, salt water pool and lounge are all amazing!!! The actual apartments (I saw a few) are all brand new and so nice as well. The rooms are huge (can fit a king bed in all the bedrooms) and there is storage everywhere. The smart home amenities are impressive too. They’ve thought of everything honestly!

It has been a pleassure living in this place, but more importantly, it is the staff who made it a pleasant welcome to a new place for me. Teresa, Andrew, and Tom have always been very helpful. It has been a year and a half, and the friendship has become even stronger. The activities and food events gave me an opportunity to meet other residents and make friends. This is one of the most complete properties i have visited and so beautiful at the same time. The people who work there give you excellent service. Lisa gives you one of the best tips that doesnt make you hesitate to rent one of these properties. Everything is 10/10 at this place!

Great apartment complex and great management, its a great place to live. Management is friendly and caring, if you have any issues they make sure to follow up until those are resolved.
