Francis helped us find a great apartment that we cannot wait to move into. He took the time to explain everything to us and made our moving process much less stressful. He was transparent and I would recommend him to anyone. Once we are ready to move into something bigger, he will be our first call.

We hired this company to help us find a house for our parents moving back into the area. After working with several other realtors we were left feeling like we were not getting the answers and help we were seeking in finding the right home. Most realtors put little effort into searching for properties and use standard databases to see what’s on the market. The team at Gilbertson Clark Realty went over and above the status quo of realestate agents and personally hunted out dozens of properties we had no idea were even for sale. We highly recommend Francis Gilbertson, Jennifer Clark and their entire team for all the extra effort they put in in finding the right home for our parents. Not only did they point out potential issues with every property, they were able to negotiate a better price in the end.
