Very nice place, lots of things for the tenants to do. It has a beautiful large pool. And a nice sitting area. Very fast elevaters.

I visit here frequently and theres been way too many changes of management and Staff Because My love one lives in Building D and I can honestly Say under Ms. Elinka Needum and Mr.Galvin Things are Really starting to look up , And they have got alot in order rather quickly considering the time frame and the short Staff they have , Im grateful My love one he has the Elinka and Galvin Duo there .. Im very impressed the changes or slow but for Sure .. They work tirelessly to try to Run a tight Ship .. Thank you Elinka and Galvin Keep up the great work Kuddos to you .. D135 is where my love one reside ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Came to these apartments twice and wasn’t able to catch anyone in the office. On my third attempt I was greeted by Ms. Elinka, omg this lady is so sweet and very helpful. Her energy was everything she makes you feel welcomed. She provided me with all the information that I need and answered any/all of my questions. This location will definitely be my next home.

I wanna give a big shout out to Melissa and Robin, they have been such a great help since they have been in the office. But on the other hand Elinka has been very RUDE, every time I come in the office she rolls her eyes at me, she also acts if she don’t want to help me. She will let me sit in the waiting area for at least 20 mins before seeing if I have been helped! This definitely should be addressed!

Can I brag on the staff for a moment. I was apartment searching for about a month before I decided to come and visit forestwood for a tour. Out of all my experiences with the staff at different apartments these beautiful young ladies Sharmaine and Yesica sold me with just there personalities alone welcomed me with a smile and made me feel like family that they truly cared about. Two weeks prior to my move I know I called them almost everyday with questions even now and they have an answer for every question I threw at them. They have made my transition to my new home a blessing times 10. These you ladies deserve a raise for all the hard work they put in day on and day out. I am a Customer Service Escalations Representative and if I was to grade their customer service I would give them 100 stars on this review. YOU ladies be blessed.

Apartment hunting can be very stressful compliance can be very tedious, but Sharmaine & Yhesica were more than professional. Always smiling, greeting every resident & future resident never seemed flustered. They were proficient in the process called everyday even if it was just for an update. Thank you ladies for making this move as smooth as possibly wish there were more of you. Oh and I also spoke with Ms.Rosalyn @ the sister company who was very pleasant as well.

Ms.Dina is an amazing person once you really get to know her and she’s is the only person in the office working all 3 spots I feel for her but she gets the jobs done all the way it’s great and I love my apartment

Best apartments ever nice water pressure , nice company, community, pool , building they have rooms they have a hotel like building within the apartments with elevator and free wifi and a gym and etc

Visited an in house business. Looks brand new. Renter said they were about 2 years old. Well kept from what I saw.
