I am a new tenant as of today and I’m impressed. Johnsie was a god sent. Very sweet literally a perfect angel through our entire process. Very informative & eager to help in any way. She was literally the best I’ve ever experienced while moving in to a new apartment. The complex looks beautiful. You can tell that they definitely take pride in the inside and outside of the complex. They also have socials for all tenants. Honey forget all of the other apartment complex’s & come to Flintridge Apartments…. We call it home💜

Been here for almost 5 months & I have no complaints. It’s really quiet. The only noise I hear is the kids at the pool & the loud trucks the drive over the road bumps. Neighbors are quiet on my side of the complex. I am impressed & love how they keep up with the landscape of the property.The only con is that they don’t have a gym, but there’s one across the street from the complex. I just like the convenience of having one on the property.The leasing staff is always pleasant. This is my first apartment & it has been a good experience thus far.

Good place to live. Very close to all sorts of entertainment. The front office was very welcoming. I was given a good tour of the property and apartment selections. This place is quiet and clean. Anyone would enjoy living here. The agent Johnsee was very helpful with explaining all details and helped my move in process smooth. Along with my move in packet she gave me snacks on the move in lol! Reflects the good quality of the property. They were also understanding when I changed my move in date. Keep up the good job staff and Flintridge.

Absolutely one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in so far. They are very friendly and helpful always a great experience when you go to the office. To top it off they always have little events for their residents. The apartments are beautiful and spacious as well.

Guys i just moved in and i wanna tell you what impressed the hell out of me.Gabby!!!we originally had a bigger unit at the tides and it fell through and wasnt ready, and we came in a huge moving truck with a car trailer too and we wanted a FAST move in.Gabby helped us in about 3 hours time (and a raisin canes lunch in between) and we moved in the SAME day as filling out the app. she did the verifications and i got my HR contact to do it quickly and we did all that stuff right there.I cant tell you how stressfull moving is especially coming in a huge truck with all your posessions in it when your deal falls through.Gabby cared and took the time to get us in super fast, and that saved us money and time!!i have so many things to do and very little time (back to work etc) and kid things too with school and state things like tag etc phew!! busy busy busy.so yep 5 stars for Gabby for going out of the way :-) thank you!

I’ve worked with the staff here directly on a few occasions. They’ve really turned this place around! Communication, updates, community events, work orders, have all been improved DRAMATICALLY. Gabby has been excellent in taking quality care of these apartments. Maintenance are speedy when responding to work orders.

I have been at Flintridge for a little over 2 years now and the difference from previous and current management is day and night. The current front office has really turned this property around. This is a good place to live with various entertainment within miles of the complex. This place is quiet and clean. The agents Johnsee and Gabby are very helpful with explaining all details about this consistently improving complex.

Hi, I moved from Irving (Roach City) to Flintridge (No Roaches)and I really enjoy it here. The 2 office managers are great and very helpful. You hear fire trucks and ambulances ride by everyday but they never come here & that’s a good thing.and WIDE parking spots for your vehicles.I had a black Lexus in my Irving apartments and within a month it looked like it had hail damage from all of the door dings because of the small parking spots…. and the Haters too..Keep up the good work Flintridge.

Amanda took care of me very well! She was very friendly and she kept my best interest in mind and it was an easy going process getting everything I needed. Ms. Price was very friendly and contacted me accordingly! The apartments are newly renovated and nice quiet area.

OMG….as soon as I walked in the office it was so welcoming and Gabby, I could say so much about this young lady, she was so polite and when she was giving the tour, it was as if I was talking to a long term friend, so if you do come in make sure to talk with Gabby, she’s gonna take really good care of you

I enjoyed the 2 years I stayed here. It was affordable, they were renovating the units with updated appliances and floors, and they really put a lot of work into the landscaping around the property. Its much nicer than it was a few years ago and the new staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful when I did need to contact them about anything.Marissa and Megan were a pleasure to work with and the new maintenance crew is also always friendly when I see them around the property.

Ive been living here for over a year. The new management seems professional, and capable. During my time in Flintridge, we had 3 different management companies... the first and the current one do their job as expected (not everything is perfect, but things get solved in a reasonable timeframe). I am glad to see that the owners of the apartment decided to remove the second management company as they were terrible. I hope they (the owners) learned their lesson and stop changing management companies willy nilly. They could have saved a lot of people a ton of headaches. However, the current management company has shown that they can do their job well and based on my experience with them I feel confident they will serve the community well.Based on my experience with the current administration (they started in august 2022), I would ignore many of the very bad reviews you see here. If you are looking for an apartment, I think this can be a good place to live: great location, nicer apartments, relative clean facilities, and no noisy neighbors.The story would have been very different if I wrote this review for the second company... they were terrible, almost no redeeming qualities. It is almost indescribable how bad they were. Any human instinct or common sense was too much for them. All my neighbors hated them. People were moving left and right (I am about to leave, but I started my process with the second company). Trash everywhere. Unprofessional communication. I think they thought we were criminals and treated us like we were. Honestly, it is almost indescribable.One final comment to the owners... dont try to save money when selecting your management company, but thank you for listening to the residents and changing Ms. P. and their people.

Our apartment is everything we were looking for. It’s beyond spacious, I personally love the color scheme and all the features, from the patio to the kitchen and even the lighting in our bathrooms. Any issues that we’ve had wether it was due to remodeling, maintenance, complaints, or even guest amenities they did their best to get everything taken care of. We really enjoy the staff unlike our previous apartment they are easy to talk to and work with and truly will go out of their way for their residents. The community is nice and they have definitely put in a great amount of effort in the up keeping. The area is very busy, right down the street from the stadium and you’re pretty central to anything you want to do in the Dallas area in my opinion. We are definitely looking forward to renewing our lease here.

I would like to praise the community staff at Flintridge for all of their hard work. It shows that the entire team truly cares about us tenants, even in difficult times. Meagan has been so phenomenal and quick answering all of my questions and the leasing agent helped me every step of the way during my move in! I have lived in several apartments, and this experience has been the best one yet! I cannot say anything about the maintenance team, because my apartment is terrific so far; Id give their whole team 5-stars hands down!

The management is amazing. We were meant to move in on a Wednesday. Marissa sent an email and 1 hour after closing time to inform us the apartment wasnt ready. Even with that Megan showed up an hour and half before they were supposed to open and call us to let us know. They are an awesome staff and made me and my wife want to move in here. The only knocks on the apartment is dog poop pickup policy could be enforced better at dog park and the ceilings are thin and I can constantly hear my neighbors kid above us all day. I have gotten used to it already though.

The girls in the office are very helpful. I just transferred from a regular home to one of their upgraded homes and I am very impressed. I have lived her over 6 years and they have made the most improvements out of everyone. Outside looks nice, maintenance is quick, and I am happy. There are the occasional hiccups to be expected, but they always resolve everything quickly for me.

My apartment was great. The price and location were just right. I wanted to transfer into a bigger home, but they do not have 3 bedrooms. Since my family is growing I had no choice but to get a house at this time. I enjoyed my time there and they way the staff helped me. Every month I came in they always helped with the online payment. Over the year they made lots of changes. it was really nice.... Sad to go.

Not a bad place to live. Right by a lot of place including the stadium 🏟. Management crew is nice for the most part and has improved with work orders being completed in a timely manner. Most of professional as well. Some of the residents are unruly and nerve wracking! The walls are very thin too. Good amount of space for the price. I feel like there should be security here to help with the commotion. I hate the fact that the laundry room is outside, My washing machine was destroyed by the blizzard 🌨 we had.

Update 12/3/2020 So maintenance has gotten alot better! Still a very quiet complex no issues with the neighbors. Megan in the front office is always helpful and very sweet along with Marisa I just love them. If I have any issues they will definitely get it taken care of in a timely manner. I still occasionally get a few little creatures here and there! Pros beat the cons in my case so I will definitely be renewing my lease with them again!far so good only bad thing WALLS ARE VERY THIN! and occasional creature try to sneak in due to the weather. Maintenance will bang on the door very loudly I work over nights so I try to sleep during the day would prefer maybe a call first other than that it is a very quiet neighborhood I havent had any major issues besides those Ive stated only time will tell.

I love living here! One you’re in the center of everything. The staff are friendly, understanding, and helpful. This is my first apartment and I think this is best impression I can have of a complex. The only thing that’s not so great is the rent changes every month so just be prepared for that!! Other than that go in the office and speak to either Alicia or Jay, both have personalities out of this world!!!

This is a nice community, great location, and management goes the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy. I did have a problem with roaches at first, but management kept calling in the communitys pest control service, and now I can say no more roaches!I like the way Flintridge hosts special events several times a month as a meet and greet for residents to socialize. Danny did an awesome job cooking burgers and hotdogs, and the Cinco de Mayo event was cool. This Wednesday is ice cream day, so lookout!

I decided to leave a review on behalf of my husband and I in regards to the two years we lived at Flintridge. We just cleaned our apartment out because we moved to a new community on Wednesday. After cleaning the place, we stood there and just took in the space before we walked out of 202 for the last time. We started out in an older unit at the back and we loved it because we were away from the busy street of Collins and since we’re musicians, we sleep during the day because we work late hours. We moved to the front of the complex and that is the ONLY complaint we could even post about. It’s noisy. Sounds like Times Square. lol. We had no issues with management, maintenance, nothing. We LOVE Flintridge and would’ve stayed if it wasn’t so far from my daughter’s high school. You won’t be disappointed if you move here. It’s a quiet complex and the upgrades are super cute! The patios are huge and the curbside appeal has really stepped up since we moved there in 2017. Thank You Flintridge and BH Management.

The new owners invested a lot of money here. With lots great upgrades better lighting, fresh new paint, modern design to cover all balcony and trash dumpsters, added side walks and speed bumps, cut down a lot of trees they even gotten rid of all the nasty ally cats that use to fight late at night and added screens on our windows. They even fixed the hot water to get a lot hotter sooner then before.... great work!!!

I really liked living here, for me it has everything in its surroundings, everything is close, the attention of the girls in the office Gabriela and Miriam, cleanliness, organization, their apartments, swimming pools, delighted.

We are delighted with our apartment, the customer service has been the best and they speak Spanish best. The property is actually clean so far we have had the best experience. Gaby helped us with everything, very helpful, as did everyone in the office.
