Love this place. Been here for a few months now. Everyone on the staff is a pleasure to work with and quick to respond. It’s in a nice location and it’s well maintained. Nice little amenities for the pup too. Although, it is a new build and I’ve had them out a couple times for some small electrical issues. Other than that, we’re very comfortable here. :)

I love living here!!! The entire staff is amazing! The maintenance team is very respectful and responsive, Jimmie, Edward A, Edward T are very helpful and eager to do what is needed. The property is so clean and pretty. The staff really make you feel at home!!!

We just moved in and Jordan made the move in process so easy!! Very informative, communication was great, and apartments are chic and modern. The amenities are fantastic as well. Omar was also extremely helpful and pleasant. We look forward to living here

The location and amenities are fantastic. But what really makes Flatz 512 stand out is the staff.The team is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. A special shoutout to Hipolito Covarrubias—he’s absolutely amazing. Hipolito is one of the most attentive and kind employees I’ve encountered. Whether I have a simple question or need assistance with something, he’s always there to help with a smile and ensures everything runs smoothly. His dedication and professionalism truly elevate the living experience here.

Called about a month ago to get info for these new apartments and Jordan was so kind and informative! I am so excited to tour in person they have everything I am looking for and the other leasing agent named Paul has continued to keep me informed through emails as we get closer and closer to my move in date! I can already tell this is gonna be a fun and happy environment for me to live in!

I called the apartment complex and spoke to the manager Omar. I explained that i was going to moving to the area in Dec. Omar was by far the best man for the job. he was extremely helpful by walking me through apartment that fit my budget. And i was very grateful how patient he was, as he answered all my questions and got me squared away to move in! cant wait to start my new journey with my dream apartment! Thank you Omar and your team!
