Always a good experience to deal with any of the staff, but ESPECIALLY maintenance. Jason is extremely professional and knowledgeable! Always quick to fix any issues. I appreciate the attention to detail the whole team shows to maintaining a facility that is welcoming and homey.

I had a great experience with maintenance, Mr. Jason Simpson. I went ahead and put a work order for the boiler in my apartment, within some time he went ahead and assessed the problem. Not only did he do that but he had answered some questions I had regarding my apartment. Was a real professional and a great addition to the 432 Flatz team.

Nice Apartments. Very quiet and insulated. I pay over 1400$ for my Apartment the only thing I dont like is that the Golf Simulator is closed? Whats the point of having it open during work hours? 9-6? Nobody can use it? Why not switch it to until 10pm. Midland has only one public course and it’s saturated with players. Sometimes i just want to work on my swing. You could do like a Reservation Slot? For true golfers. This was one of the main reasons i decided to live here. The golf simulator room has cameras why not leave it open for golfers like me to train especially during winter. You need the key fob to enter. Im not going to rent the whole place either and pay extra.This should be included for the residents we pay top dollar. I hope the owner reads this.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year, and it’s been great! The leasing staff is wonderful and very helpful. Apartments are nice and newer. Amenities are nice and well kept. Best place to live in south midland, hands down.

Beautiful community, cant wait for them to open! Love how there is faux wood flooring throughout the entire apartment and that the modular build helps reduce sound from traveling from one apartment to the other.

Nobody could fix our water heater issue only adjusting the heat on the heater, but JASON came and fixed it FINALLY. He’s the only maintenance man we want coming to our apartment now!!!

Wonderful apartment, very nice. Do not get an apartment along the staircase tho u can literally hear everyone running up and down them it’s annoying.

When I first moved into Flatz432, I encountered several issues. The place wasnt clean, and some items were broken, which made me uneasy about my decision. However, my concerns were quickly addressed after I spoke with Britt. He listened to my complaints, empathized with my situation, and promptly arranged for someone to clean the apartment. This made a significant difference, and I felt much better afterward.Additionally, when I informed the manager, Terri, about the broken items, she immediately submitted a maintenance request. Both Britt and Terri were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made me feel secure in my new home. Every place has its problems, but what truly matters is how the staff handles these issues. At Flatz432, the team is dedicated to solving problems quickly and efficiently.Despite the initial hiccups, the staffs responsiveness and proactive approach to fixing issues have earned this place a four-star review from me. I highly recommend Flatz432, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Britt and Terri.

Five Stars without a doubt! I had an amazing experience with Flatz 432 weeks prior to moving into the state of Texas! Kara B. kept me updated with any changes during the application process and was more than fair and considerate with her communication. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The customer service by ALL staff and managers far exceeded my expectations.Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed as they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I can confidently say that they have earned a lifelong friendship! A trusted friend just rented there. The apartment has everything brand new, the kitchen has an island and I love that, we helped him install some things and he checked everything from top to bottom. It really is an excellent option and the prices are not exaggerated. The pool and gym area are very nice.
