We had a great time in our apartment and Fieldcrest has done a great job in ensuring that we are safe and comfortable and that our needs are met. They have occasional parties that are available for renters and we enjoy it. Ruby is very accommodating to answer all our inquiries.

I have to say that living here at Greenwood has been such an amazing experience. The manager Maggie has been so helpful and knowledgeable with what I needed . Found my perfect home with a creek view and I must say when it rains it is so relaxing

Recently moved here, Best decision I’ve made in my life. The staff was extremely welcoming and guided me along the whole process to getting my very first apartment for me and my girlfriend. Highly recommend fieldcrest apartments. The quality of the homes is on point and the customer service is top tier. Haven’t had a single problem since moving in.

Collin came to fix some things in my apartment and I was very impressed with how quick and knowledgeable he was. It’s very comforting to have a maintenance guy who knows what’s he’s doing. Also the new front office staff are very friendly and seem to care about the residents of the complex.

Amazing MaintenanceLived at Fieldcrest for 10 years....the maintenance crew is amazing...they respond to a work request within 24 hours.The grounds are consistently clean especially around the dumpster areas.

AWESOME SAUCE😍🤩 team here, with New mg Mrs. Melanie is a sweet lady with GREAT communication, and New Maintenance Tech Collin is very experienced, professional, and quick!!, and Erick MG in Maintenance has been going above and beyond for a year now to make sure my son is doing ok here. I just am so grateful, and appreciate him so much, and the whole team at Fieldcrest. I love to look at both sides of the coin now, and yes sometimes there is a leak or ACs not working, or whatever it was, however we have to take into consideration the world is changing and it was very hot this summer, as Erick executed work orders by priority and by procedure, he has always come with a resolution as quick as he can with ongoing communication. But everyone wants everything instantly and sadly thats just not reality anywhere you go. Prior management has had a few learning opportunities but who here doesnt? As tenants, if we follow the rules like every one pick up their dog poop, do not work on cars in parking lots, pay your rent on time etc and simply just respect eachother, rules, and property, we can all be a more understanding community here at Fieldcrest. But people are lovers of themselves, without compassion/patience without compliance, but yet demanding. The times we live in are ever changing, anywhere you go, so many apartment reviews have 1 stars when people are upset, frustrated, and want instant gratification, or assume management have some sort of weird vendetta against them.PLEASE COME TO YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS ABOUT FIELDCREST-not off these angry people, and about this complex because with all the different personnel that Ive met here, they all have been nice and most of all HELPFUL, and Ive been through bad and good situations here. Fieldcrest has been my home for the past 3 years and if rent continues to go up (as it is everywhere Im noticing) I will be moving to cheaper apartments in a more dangerous neighborhood, probably with roaches and I am dreading it, no washer in unit probably, we are spoiled here- however, I will never forget this beautiful apartment that has been my home for years. Its clean and quiet and has been an absolute sanctuary for my family and animals. It will be truly missed my lovely apartment, as well as this quiet and safe neighborhood. If you do not give Fieldcrest a try, you are missing out! My apartment is beautiful! Deep kitchen sink, brand new appliances, new washer and dryer in unit, double bathroom sink, a huge walk in closet, and more! 😍😍

My husband and I just moved in last week. The location and layout is great for us. Not to mention we needed a couple things fixed and Eric the maintenance guy was so friendly and quick to take care of it! We are both pleasantly surprised with how much we like these apartments!

I’ve lived here for the past 8 years and there’s been a lot of changes specifically in these last few years - with management & the interior renovations. My experiences over time have all been really good, even with the new management that’s come in recently. I just had an issue with my lease that was fixed practically immediately by the property manager, Cassidy. She responded to my email within hours and had it fixed ASAP. She was very caring and professional about the whole situation & it’s things like this that really make a difference for me. She cares about the residents here and is attentive.The maintenance guy Robert is also just absolutely awesome! He always knows what he’s doing 100% and has no problem explaining it to you. He’s very nice/easy going & takes the time to talk to you about any questions or concerns you may have. You can see that he genuinely cares about his work too and it shows. It feels nice to live in a community where management AND maintenance both are helpful & attentive to its residents.

The head maintenance guy is very professional very hands-on. Whenever I need anything fixed in my apartment he’s always there at a reasonable time to fix it. Whenever I have a concern, he always try his best to give me a solution to figure out the problem.

I’ve been here about eight years. That’s the longest I’ve ever been at an apartment complex. Every apartment complex is going to have issues, but I have to say with all honesty that I don’t have any major complaints here. That’s why I’ve been here so long. I think the apartment has changed management about five times since I’ve been here but the latest management team would have to be my favorite. There have been many obvious investments back into the property this last year. I’ve never had an issue with pest control or maintenance.In fact, for as old as these units are, I am shocked at the fact that I don’t have any pest problem whatsoever. I recommend this complex.

I have lived here for only a few months, and it has been a wonderful experience for me. i moved here from a luxury apartment complex, expecting to deal with a dramatic downgrade, but have been delighted to discover that these apartments are actually a hidden gem. though i lived at the previous place for about 3 years, i NEVER met any of the leasing team in person (before or after the COVID stuff). now, i make visits to the office just to chat and share a few laughs. the care and concern that Morgan and Korina show for the residents is very apparent, and they are always willing to do whatever they can to address any issues.

The fieldcrest apartments have the greatest maintenance people in the whole DFW area! Their top maintenance man, Eric, is so very dedicated and does a great job every time. Had a problem with my hot water at 10:00 at night and he drove all the way from Allen that late at night. Just to make sure that my building had the hot water restored. If you put in a maintenance request, its almost always addressed within a couple of hours which is amazing. Thank you Eric for being such a dedicated guy!

I didn’t end up leasing here because my plans to move were postponed. But, the staff was over the top wonderful and accommodating! Particularly Marissa, the Asst. Property Manager. The units I viewed were very nice, newly renovated, and reasonably priced! I would return and commit to a lease here in a heartbeat!

These apartments are wonderful!!!! We were completely sold and ready to move in, but unfortunately couldnt do so at the time because of some personal issues that needed to be taken care of first. Will 100% check back when the time comes for us to find a new place. Every person ive met is very nice, and the company that took over is the same as the apartments across the street where ive lived before.

These ratings only show the people who are upset. This place is cozy, management is nice, and yes a train runs by, but after a few weeks it becomes something youre used to. I rather like the sound of a train. This is a pretty apartment complex and nice apartments.
