I needed to find an apartment in Austin on pretty short notice. I was put in contact with Isaiah, and he was extremely helpful and professional. It should be noted that I did not have to pay for their services, which may bias my opinion somewhat. Regardless, I had a very positive experience with Executive Apartment Locating, with no complaints to speak of.

Isaiah was by far the best locator I’ve ever had, he had a list of apartments for me ready in a matter of 20 min with everything I was looking for and in my exact budget and made sure to look for places that were doing specials and in the exact location as well! He’s all around super professional and even took pictures for me of the unit I was touring so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it at all! If there was any question that I had he was super through and explained every detail to make sure there was clear communication! He really has gone above and beyond to helping make this process so smooth, highly highly recommend him!!

My husband and I are relocating to Austin for his job. We are new to the area. We flew down for the weekend to look for a place to live a month prior to his start date. Our first search began with us calling a number of apartments and scheduling tours. There are so many to choose from and basically no end in sight. One particular apartment complex that I called suggested Oscar at Executive Apartment Locating. He was very professional, accommodating, friendly and organized. He immediately set up some tours for us the following day. He accompanied us on the tours. By mid afternoon we had signed a lease and are all set to go. He was truly a blessing for us. Im new here in Austin so I dont have any clue on how and where can I find a nice, affordable place to spend my 3 months stay. I just moved out of my Airbnb place which I just had an unpleasant experience. When I met Oscar, he was able to find me an apartment within 24 hours! he helped me get a good deal, gave me valuable information about the city, location and tips on renting, but most of all, he treated me as a friend and even let me stay in one of his place while the approval rental process is ongoing. Mark was so extremely helpful in finding an apartment for my husband and I. We are relocating to Austin from Seattle and had no idea what we were doing. Mark was very responsive and kind even when I clearly didn’t read his emails all the way and had to text for clarification. He was quick to make a video tour of two apartments we were interested in which was amazing. This man has some great videography skills.
