I will soon be here one year and it’s been great. Friends have become family. The staff is wonderful. The facilities from individual apartments to the clubhouse, pool, exercise and yoga studios and many more fills the days with fun activities. The guest suite that can be rented is beautiful and more cost effective than anything close by. If you are looking for a great place to spend the next season of your life, Everleigh Lakeline is the place to be.

Aubree was incredibly patient and kind in helping my grandmother search for her new home. Although we ultimately decided not to move here due to the location being farther from her doctors than we initially thought, I absolutely recommend touring this community.

Active adult (55+) apartment community. (Update. I visited a residents 2-bedroom unit. Quite nice!). The common area is spacious and very tastefully appointed. It, and the grounds are always well groomed and immaculate. About 25 residents use my airport shuttle service. Every single person (even their visiting family and friends) are some of the nicest people Ive ever met! Each person speaks fondly of the facilities, other residents, activities, management, and on-site maintenance. Not in a polite way, but with genuine appreciation. If you are considering moving to an active adult community, you really need to visit them and see for yourself.

I love living at Everleigh. Staff is wonderful and caring. It really means a lot to have activities scheduled daily. Keeps us busy and happy interacting with others. It is super important to stay active when we get to be older. Plus good friends here are like family.

I have lived here for about 8 months now. I love the diversity and the feeling of community at Everleigh Lakeline. The management is fantastic. The common areas are clean and beautiful. Lots of opportunity for seniors to socialize. There are exercise classes, art classes, Thursday evening happy hour etc. Close to shopping and other amenities. I am fortunate to have found this place

I absolutely love my home here at Everleigh. The staff and environment is ever so real, with an OPEN DOOR POLICY,,,,. It is very nice having everything you need in the house. The space, activities and neighbors with all the necessities nearby and then some, makes living here so worthwhile. Dining, entertainment and shopping just a breath away.

I have followed this gem since construction. Ive compared nearby options as well.Finally, we downsized my active parents to this property and it has been amazing. The exterior may not be eye-catching, but the interior is beyond wonderful. The residents are great, social programs are excellent, and the management is top-notch. Ill considering living here when I hit 60.

While looking for a place for my mom to relocate nearby, she located this beautiful property. We were able to go and enjoy the property for an evening. All I can say is WOW! However, the most enjoyable part was engaging with the consultant Brandon. His passion for this community exudes through his amazing personality. From the time he said hello we were sold. I’m looking forward to my mother residing at this beautiful establishment and building new friendships within the community.I can’t say thank you enough.

We have new management and it has been a delightful improvement from the previous manager. Melanie, the new manager, and Melinda the activity director are lovely and very invested in making Everleigh a good place to live. we are hopeful items that have been overlooked will be addressed.I enjoy being a resident here because of the people who live here. The residents are not the usual anonymous resident. We all have an interest in keeping Everleigh a nice place to live. We care about the appearance of both inside and outside. The new staff does their best to improve the experience of its residents. I enjoy the activities here. Delivery Services Driver: After a long day of delivering packages it’s always nice to be greeted with a nice warm smile of the staff here. I always feel welcomed and they always offer me snack or drink to hydrate. Yvonne is always so nice and always thanks us for delivering the packages to her residents. I always enjoy my stops here and feel part of there community. Thank you for the water, bathroom breaks and snacks you always offer us. The apartments are beautiful and all the residents always appear so happy. When my Parents start looking for a place I’m bringing them here!

Everleigh Lakeline is hands down the best place to live for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and wonderful community to call home and family! Yvonne is INCREDIBLE! She has been the biggest godsend to our family. Yvonne ensured our mom was setup to have a seamless transition to her new apartment, and helped us select the right apartment that would best accommodate her living space. She was incredibly professional, beyond helpful, and extremely resourceful through the entire leasing process. If you’re looking for a safe place with wonderful people, Everleigh will not disappoint. In addition, every day the staff puts on wonderful events that brings everyone together for fellowship and community. This is best decision we could have ever made for our mom. We are so happy to call Yvonne and the entire community our family!

Great atmosphere for senior living. Lots of activities, gym, pool, crafts, theater, games. Clean lovely common areas. Emphasis on keeping people socially engaged. Helpful staff.

I moved to Austin 2 years ago and after an exhaustive search of properties all over the metro area, Everleigh Lakeline was the place I chose to call home! Amenities galore; like living in a hotel! Having chosen a floor plan facing Lake Creek Parkway, I am continually amazed at how the apartment was constructed to greatly minimize traffic noise levels within the apartment! From day 1, the staff has gone above and beyond with any and all needs (shoutout to Yvonne and Louis!), and the rare maintenance repair is taken care of pronto! Located within a short walk or drive to absolutely anything one needs makes this property even more desirable! I am one VERY happy resident!

I moved to Everleigh in April and have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences here. A variety of exercise classes, weekly happy hours, pizza night and a continental breakfast 5 days a week gives all residents a chance to meet and greet the community. We also have pickle ball and ping pong. I am very happy I chose Everleigh Lakeline as my home.

I love being at my new home, where it is FREEDOM to ROAM without restrictions. I love the informative information regarding the pandemic to help us to keep safe and protective. After all, were full-grown adults and do not like to be told what we can and cannot do at our home. I absolutely love the area which blew me away as I rode around to find out that within a five-mile radius I can find anything I may need and want. And this is absurd to be able to go get whatever at any time of the day because EVERYTHING is so near. Yvonne is so sweet and kind, which is very important to have on the staff along with the kindest young man, Mr. Williams I believe. This building is absolutely beautiful and I cant wait until its finished especially the outside.

I am relocating from Los Angeles to Austin in the near future and came across Everleigh lake line property in Austin. After calling and inquiring about future rentals I was greeted by such friendly staff, two of who were Neal Leissner and Yvonne Basem. They both have made planning to relocate to their Austin residence very easy and I have been receiving updates on progress which makes planning very convenient.I would highly recommend this residence to anyone I know.

I have lived at Everleigh Lakeline Austin since early November, after my husband passed from Covid. I have been able to recover from my loss here, without feeling alone. The staff at this location always goes so far beyond what is expected. During this Winter Storm, they have worked nonstop to address our needs in very trying, unprecedented circumstances.

My Experience With Anevey Was Excellent She Help Me With My Delivered Groceries From HEB Supermarket That The HEB Driver Decided To Just Drop Off And Leave With Delivering My Groceries To My Apartment! Anevey Has Always Help Us Whenever We Need Help!
