My parents are moving out after many years of living at Everleigh Forestwood. I must compliment Elvira (on the management team) for being very efficient and courteous with us. She was clear about the Move-Out procedures and helped us complete the paperwork, etc. to expedite the process. You will find her to be terrific to work with! -

For those mentioning guns. They have placed security 24 7 and at the exact location of the incident. That I’m aware of, the instigator has been moved out. I’m here guarding and it’s amicable and peaceful. -

We have lived here for two years. I am impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the maintenance staff. They are prompt with addressing and repairing reported deficiencies. This is a very nice place to live. -

We moved to Everleigh Forestwood following the October tornado in Dallas. It was an excellent decision. The team at Everleigh has been very flexible and responsive. The property, obviously, is new and very well maintained. Any service requests are promptly acknowledged and resolved. For those interested, there are plenty of opportunities to socialize with other residents. But, the property also affords tremendous privacy. We had a two bedroom/two bath that was well designed with a terrific view of a beautiful courtyard with putting green, community seating, and cookout/entertainment area. The management and leasing team is professional, but friendly. Definitely a 5 star option and highly recommended. -

Stunning community in every way! We toured this community and fell in love with the amenity spaces they have to offer. Each space is tastefully decorated and laid out for events and entertainment. The Everleigh Forestwood team was pleasant and helpful throughout our visit. If you are in the market for a beautiful active adult community, I would highly recommend visiting to see for yourself. -

My mom and dad LOVE Everleigh Forestwood; the staff is so professional and friendly, the community is BEAUTIFUL and well-maintained. They havent lived in an apartment in over 35 years (or maybe more?!) and they couldnt be more impressed with Forestwood. -

I stop by to check out a 2 bedroom . I was shocked how beautifully the place was. I was greeted by Fran she was very friendly and entertaining . Chris gave me a tour . I was shocked the manger did the tour he was very nice and gave us more then enough information . Looking forward to coming to the cocktail hour next week. -

The Everleigh staff is AMAZING and property is GORGEOUS! Always top notch. Reminds me of a 5 star resort! I would highly recommend to any active adult who wants to reside in luxury. -

This place is doing it all right. My mother in law moved here after spending a year somewhere else, and the upgrade was fantastic! The staff here is the best, patrons are also great, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the facility. I highly recommend this place. -
