I love living at Estraya Boerne! By far this is my best experience when it comes to apartment complexes. The maintenance crew is beyond amazing and so attentive. The office staff is very friendly. I want to give special thank you to Wendy! She went above and beyond getting me moved in at Estraya. She’s always been so quick to answering all my concerns and questions upon moving in.I live on a 3rd floor apartment and it’s a blessing in disguise. The layout is beautiful and my balcony view is top notch. I have no issues when it comes to noise, pest, mold, neighbors, etc. Thank you Estraya Boerne!!

We have lived at Estraya Boerne for over a year now & have had the best experience. The new management team has made the biggest difference in our leasing process, & has worked with us closely on every need. Monica & Wendy are personable, quick to respond, & the biggest help when we’ve needed to upgrade to a bigger apartment. The property is always clean, taken care of, & a wonderful community to enjoy!

My family and I relocated from Chicago to San Antonio, Texas, which made finding a home without seeing it in person quite stressful. Fortunately, we had an amazing property manager, Wendy, who was exceptionally patient and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. This complex is truly a wonderful place to live—the apartments are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, while the amenities are top-notch. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

I visited quite a few apartments before coming across this gem. Estraya Apartments is where it’s at! The amenities are top-notch—beautiful pool, modern fitness center, and well-maintained spaces. Monica is incredible—attentive, friendly, and went above & beyond to make sure I was making the right decision. I can’t wait for my move-in date! Highly recommend!!

We love all the change that’s come within the last few months. Nothing but great experiences here. James is one of the new guys here as I see him while walking my dogs, he’s very pleasant and attentive to ensuring the property here is nice and clean. Estraya is the best property here in Boerne without a doubt.

Monica and Wendy are extremely personable, friendly and welcoming. Made moving in here a breeze! The apartments are a great size and were move in ready! The pool and gym are a great bonus as well! If you’re on the fence come have a look and you won’t be able to say no!

I moved in on Christmas Eve, and the grace that was shown had me speechless. We were in a hotel for 1 week after we just finished our lease. There were not a lot of options for fast move in. My son was sad wondering if he would have a home for Christmas this year, and they made it happen in very short notice. Being military moving from another state with short notice is very stressful. They had a lot of patience with me, and answered all my questions. Their attitudes were humble and made sure me and my son felt at home. They offer great specials on rent, and we even spin the wheel and got a free smart tv. I’m annoying sometimes lol, and sometimes I stop by the office just to talk or say hi. They still treated me with respect, and had a conversation with me anyway. You can’t get that everywhere. It’s important when you live somewhere to be around people with good character and morals. They picked an amazing office staff, and I’m blessed to call it home. You won’t be disappointed.

The office did an amazing job helping us get situated and working around our timeframe to get us moved in. My husband and I were both in contact with the office while getting everything figured out but every time I called I always spoke to Wendy. She had a super friendly and helpful attitude and also executed the lease with us at move in. Since we’ve been here they’ve been nothing but helpful and warm!

Being at Estraya for over a year now has been very interesting. The old management company wasn’t the nicest or very understanding. With all of the issues we had in the complex such as our cars getting broken into, neighbors smoking so much weed it was coming into our home, etc, nothing ever got resolved and we got ignored, we decided to move out. After we moved, we had complications with the house we moved to. Luckily, Laura and Monica allowed us to come back. Laura is a true angel and is the sweetest person. She is so understanding and helped us through this entire situation. I have never been so thankful, now being at Estraya it does truly feel like home knowing that we are no longer being ignored by management and help is there if we need it. Thank you to the Estraya team and especially Laura!

(UPDATE)This month marks two years of residency within the Estraya Boerne Community.Late last summer, ownership changed, as did management. Both a delightful experience. Now that five or six months have passed and the professionalism of management has been backed up with action and results. While previous manager and staff were pleasant, a smile and lip service seemed to be their best attribute.Monica, Laura and Wendy simply put, are the reason I continue to reside here. They are management as it should be, professional people. Living in a multi unit apartment complex comes with its own challenges, that’s life, a relationship with people you don’t know.I’ll continue living here, life’s needs may to pull me to different location, but leaving Estraya because of non effective management won’t be the reason. Needless to say, they have earned my respect. 👍If you are looking for a new location, apartment home, you should check the Estraya Boerne location. Management are pleasant.I’ve never considered stacked apartments as an option for my residence. This complex has been a positive experience from start. Also, the amenities are incredible. If you’ve read this far, check their website, impressive place.

As I am leaving Estraya Boerne after one year, I can say it has been nothing but positive! Management and staff are extremely helpful and understanding with any issues, and even if they do not know the best solution at the time, they will do what they can to help. The apartments are beautiful and the location is amazing! If I was not heading out of town, I would 100% be back for another year!

The maintenance team did a great job of cleaning the exterior of my windows. There was a calcium build-up that wasnt addressed prior to my moving in. It took them quite awhile to do the job, but they kept at it until it was done.

She has gone above and beyond to assist me, and if it wasn’t for her I’d probably be moving out of the property. Super thankful for her patience and generosity. She really cares about making sure you feel at home.
