I moved in little over 2 months ago and Im extremely happy with my new place. The leasing office has been so sweet and helpful along with the maintenance supervisor Johnny he has been professional and quick to respond to anything my family has needed. The unit and the property are beautiful! So well kept and clean my kids have been loving the trails that back up to the property. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking in the Leander area.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldnt be happier! The space is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed making it feel like a true home.What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are incredibly welcoming, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure my transition was smooth.Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a fantastic living experience. Im so glad to call this place home!

Natalia was an amazing leasing agent and my husband and I were very appreciative of her kindness and thoroughness with our whole leasing process- everything was taken care of so promptly and this was probably the fastest turnaround time we’ve ever had after applying to lease a property. These townhomes themselves are beautiful with a thoughtful layout as well, we highly recommend!

Visiting Escalon Townhomes was great! The place looks nice with its modern design and neat yards. Inside, the homes are big and have nice appliances. Its in a good spot too, easy to get to places you need to go. Overall, its a fancy place to live with everything you need nearby.

Theyve made the transition seamless and have been readily available for any questions or concerns. Its clear that they genuinely care about their residents well-being.The finishes in the home are beautiful. From the elegant fixtures to the thoughtfully designed kitchen, every corner exudes a sense of comfort. Its evident that a lot of care went into creating a space thats not only beautiful, but also highly functional.The layout of the home is spacious and well-thought-out. Every inch of this space has been designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind.All in all, my experience at Escalon Townhomes has been great so far. The combination of the genuinely responsive and considerate staff, along with the home, has truly exceeded my expectations. After an amazing tour in October, we joined the waitlist to save our spot for a townhome at Escalon Townhomes.This past week, we moved in and it is everything we dreamed of and more! This area is a wonderful place and the townhomes are so gorgeous.Also, Natalia and the property manager have been so sweet and helpful. It feels great that they know our names and faces. Maintenance is quick and efficient. We love it so far and look forward to living here. 🥰
