Im really want to move here. They are beautiful but my credit isnt the best. How extensive is the credit check? My credit isnt horrible and my rental history is great. Ive been with Berkshire Hathaway for over 11 years now, but the properties Im coming across with them keep going up in rent. I hate to leave but I dont have a choice. -

I called the office for a maintenance to fix my toilet at 2:01pm and Steven was here at 2:06pm. Love how fast he came & how fast he solved the problem. He also changed my light bulb for me. He is very professional & polite. I’ve been here for six months and hardly have any issues with my apartment. The staff here is so friendly & professional! -

One thing I like about Envue apartments (thus far) is that it’s in a very quiet area. There are a few moments where it has been loud, but overall it’s pretty peaceful. Price wise- the rent is reasonable and affordable. There is a gym and pool on site. It’s located near Aldi, Walmart, HEB, hospital, and some outlets etc. which is really good if you don’t like having to drive out far.A special thank you to Hidy and Mr. Leonard. Hidy was very friendly, helpful, and attentive with the move in process (lease, getting yr keys, etc.). I also appreciate Mr. Leonard, who is part of the maintenance team, for addressing maintenance issues I encountered when moving in.An opportunity for improvement for management is that the apartments need to be inspected and cleaned a bit more throughly prior to new renter/tenants moving in. It really makes a difference. -

When we stepped into the office, we were welcomed the regional manager (sorry I can’t remember her name) and said she would get someone to help us. Steven was knocking on our door within minutes. He knew what to do, got his tools and did his job. A few minutes later, within a few minutes we had water on the floor again. Steven was still in our area and returned. We didn’t realize that there was so much water buildup in the furnace are. He went to get a vacuum. He had it done quickly, vacuumed the furnace closet floor and the water in the dining area. Done.We learned a couple of things. Call the emergency number even on a weekend. Also that the people who helped us cared about our plight, and went the extra mile to make sure we were cared for. Thanks for everything. -

Don’t plan on getting back any of your deposit. I paid two ladies to clean the apartment when I left. They even cleaned the carpet. I left zero trash! Had I known this, I would’ve left my trash for them to throw away and I would’ve saved myself some money by not paying two ladies to clean it. -

Steven and Leonard, have both been attentive, professional and very service oriented.This most recent visit Steven was focused on performing the tasks that we needed to have done in the shower area in the closet and at the kitchen sink. Again his attention to detail and professionalism have been a relief to us and we feel very good about our experiences here at the Envue property. -

EnVue Apartments was a nice place to live for a first apartment. The complex is in a quiet location but still fairly close to Texas A&M campus and a campus bus stop. It is also across the street from a great grocery store, Aldi, which I highly recommend. Although other reviews mention sketchy neighbors, I did not experience this. My neighbors were friendly and made conversation as we would pass on the stairs. The maintenance crew responds quickly to requests. However, the pool would close for cleaning for long periods of time and a couple washers and dryers in the laundry room were out-of-order the entire year. Overall, it was a nice apartment and a reasonable price. The best part about living at EnVue was definitely Yvonne, who works in the office. She always had a smile and answered any questions I had and helped me through my first apartment renting experience. Thanks, Yvonne! -

I lived at Envue for about a year and they were always really good to me even from the start. I had a lot of trouble finding a place to live when I first moved to Bryan. Thankfully I came across Envue in my search. From that point on it was nothing but a good experience. My neighbors were thankfully really nice. The staff was always good to me, Yvonne especially! The manager Will even helped me take out my car battery once. Any maintenance issue I had was fixed promptly thanks to their friendly maintenance crew. The apartment itself was in good condition and there was nothing I loved more after a long day than to be at my apartment. Also the location was great for me as a grad student on a tight budget! It was close to a 24hr Walgreens Pharmacy, Walmart, ALDI and Planet Fitness literally all just a short walk away. I truly appreciate everything they did and I’m so glad they had space for me to live. I recommend checking them out if you need a good place to live. -

Best apartment complex me and my husband has ever lived in. Maintenance and pest control is super quick to show up and get the job done. Front office always answers the phones in a friendly manner. Clean apartments with great layouts. Pet friendly neighborhood. We love living here! -

Love living at Envue apartments. Neighbors are quiet. I have a very close commute to work. The grey walls and wood floors make it a very open layout. My ac is cold in the summertime and the fireplace makes it very cozy during winter. Management and maintenance are friendly and helpful. -
