I went and toured a few apartments here and let me tell it was best experience I’ve ever had at an apartment complex ever. Brooke was outstanding! She was so kind and I can tell she cares about helping people. I think everyone company needs to have a Brooke. That’s dang good she is.Also the apartments pristine condition. Just felt like home every time I stepped in. Such a beautiful feeling complex definitely would live here when I get the chance!

I recently tagged along with my friend, as they were touring this facility, to help give any advice, or input that I could! I was extremely impressed by how well it was kept, the layout, and the overall customer service experience.The agent, Brooke, was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the facility itself. It felt great talking to someone with some common sense, after a long day of searching.I’m hoping my friend chooses this place to live, I think anybody would love living here! And once my lease comes up at my current place, you better believe I will be running over to Encore! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Moved in these apartments recently and it was the most smooth process/experience I’ve ever have moving to a new place. The location is great, I always feel very safe. They are very on top responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner and they have fun activities/ events going on. Nothing but good things to say!

I have lived here for nearly 3 years, only moving because of a new job, and to be closer to friends and family. Overall, a pretty good experience. I havent had any issues with any noise, but I do have an apartment far from the pool and on the top floor so that helps. For those complaining about noise at the pool late at night, you live at an apartment complex, what did you expect...?Get a unit away from the pool and youll be fine, did the same thing at my new apartments Im moving too. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance team does a good job of maintaining the property and are quick to respond if you do have an issue, which I only had one, but it was a simple fix with my garbage disposal, and they fixed it in a day while I was out of town. Overall, I had a good experience.

I do not mean this lightly when I say this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at. Truly one of the most organized, safe, clean, and welcoming living environments I’ve been in. The apartments themselves are very beautiful. If I ever have a promotion with ANYTHING the solution will be fixed within hours to days. I highly recommend considering living here!

I’ve lived here for 2 years and 2 different apartments. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom recently, I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. Heather and Taylor have been nothing but kind , caring and very helpful with all of our concerns throughout this 2 years. This is our first apartment complex we’ve lived in together and we’ve absolutely enjoyed every moment. Maintenance is always on top of everything right away also ! Seriously can’t complain. Loved both of our apartments current and last !

I love this apartment complex!! It’s very nice and quiet they have fun events now and then to attend, the pool is my favorite and Brooke gives wonderful tours and is always helpful with anything.

My daughter has been looking for a new apartment and we stopped in to tour Encore Rise on Saturday, 20 April. We were greeted by Taylor when we walked and she toured us to the model and all of the amenities. The property is clean, beautiful, seems quiet and the location is amazing. Taylor was very thorough and detailed, answering all of my daughters questions and taking great care to ensure she was happy. My daughter is now a future resident and I believe she will be extremely happy living here!

I just moved in two weeks ago and Taylor was the one who assisted me - she was AMAZING. She was super sweet and made the process very simple, she followed up with me and communicated every step of the way. The entire staff in this office is also super sweet! And I LOVE my apartment! Encore Rise has a team of amazing staff who really cares about their residents continuously, not just when I started to move in. The staff members I had the pleasure of working with were Heather and Taylor. They demonstrated a high level of care and thoughtfulness in ways that I didnt have to explain my needs, they already thought about it before me. This level of thoughtfulness in their customer service approach was so helpful with reducing my stress during my move across states. I also wanted to thank one of the newer staff member, Christian, who was very helpful in ensuring my packages didnt get lost when I first moved in. All together, I am really enjoying my stay at Encore Rise so far and thinking about extending the contract of my stay. I think they all reserve a raise to celebrate how much they care for their residents there.

Giving a honest review!I loved Taylor the whole time my family lived here. Taylor was always so pleasant to deal with. Such a sweet young lady. Absolutely love Taylor. It was such a very pleasant place. The only time there were lots of noise is during the summer when people were having pool parties but that’s typical, no complaints there. Now let’s talk about the property manager Heather. Heather has always been extremely unhelpful and RUDE. Heather called me once stating that I had leaking trash bags that trailed down the hallway and it “started” from my apartment which was completely inaccurate especially when the valet trash people drag bags along the floor. So no telling where it came from. Heather was always speaking to me in a manner that I am less than her. She was never friendly and down right RUDE. She is a horrible representation for this company. Christian was very sweet as well. Valet trash sucked! They would never have a set schedule when they would pick up. So you never knew when they were picking up trash. Sometimes 4pm or 3am. Better have your trash out. They also would leave trash violations even when there were no violations. Make sure you take before and after pictures before you move in and out! They charged us for carpet that could be simply cleaned ( I have steamed cleaned myself and also had someone professionally clean for me as well). They stated the carpet could not be cleaned which was a lie. They ripped up the carpet, replaced it and charged us. When Heather tried to show me a picture of what the “professionals” said. The notes that she shared said another unit had to get it’s carpets replaced as well. HOW CONVENIENT. The gates were always broken and if you needed to open the gate for your guest, you had to use your gate opener to let them in.. Let’s not forget about the random power outages. The energy company would blame the complex and vice versa.Ultimately the apartments were nice. I had a pleasant experience outside of the poor management and valet trash.

I have lived many different apartments, and this is the best place I’ve ever lived. I originally moved here when they were brand new a year ago. I had absolutely zero issues then. I moved out to a different city a couple months ago, but due to an unforeseen life circumstance I needed to move back to Conroe a couple months later.They allowed me to tour several units so that I could find the perfect one. I signed a lease, but decided afterwards I didn’t love that apartment. Heather let me put of my lease without any hesitation. Most apartment managers would NEVER let someone out of a binding lease contract the way Heather did for me. Which shows how much she cares about her residents happiness. I was in awe by the way I was treated by the management.A couple weeks after that, I decided that I wanted to tour yet another unit, and Taylor was more than happy to accommodate all my needs, from the apartment tour to signing the lease and making sure everything was perfect upon move-in. I met the maintenance and pest control today as well, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure my apartment needs were met.I highly recommend this complex to anyone who wants to have peace of mind that all of their apartment needs and issues will be addressed properly and to anyone who wants to love their home.

I found this place just driving by. I kept seeing it and thought I would stop in. I really enjoyed the staff and they showed me the apartment. It was very homey looking. I felt like home when I walked in there. The balcony is very nice as well I can sit out there and drink my coffee. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Well, its only been a couple of days but so far everything has been great. I had a few issues with some things in the apartment that were taken care of easily and promptly (the dishwasher wasnt working because a breaker had been thrown). I will be trying out the workout facility tomorrow morning. Look for me! :)

These apartments are amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the maintenance is always doing there job and is one phone call away. The place is always clean and very quite. This is the best apartment that my fiancé and I have ever lived. Also the walking trail and the dog park are always clean and everyone is super friendly. Overall this is an amazing place.

Love how quiet the complex and neighbors are. Clean and not a lot of unsightly vehicles that you normally see littered throughout the parking lot. I like different entry points to the building and most importantly, I can always find a close parking spot to the building!

The apartments are so beautiful and so much cheaper than the woodlands apts. we are super thankful for the entire staff that helped us during the moving process. They made it easy and honest. Definitely a great community to live in, wonderful Staff very friendly and helpful , the community has nice amenities great environment and clean.the apartments well designed they come with washer and dryer where other places charges you to rent them. close to freeway and shopping center and restaurants.

I love the apartment complex nice Luxury spacious pool with lights and chairs in the water it also has speaker rocks around the pool area and a bar with a tv … the gym room is amazing has every machine possible inside there are no elevators which is the negative side but every thing else here is peaceful quite and amazing . We have lived at Encore Rise for almost a year, in two different apartments, and my experience has been exceptionally positive. The apartments are spacious and very bright. The maintenance staff is incredibly helpful and friendly; They always respond quickly to repair requests, showing true dedication to keeping the complex in top condition. Their responses are efficient and they are always willing to help with anything you need, even beyond their usual tasks. The common areas and grills are impeccably clean and well maintained, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere that invites relaxation and rest. The management staff is also very friendly and efficient, always willing to answer questions and provide assistance with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness make the experience of living here even more pleasant. Additionally, they organize events to encourage interaction between residents, creating a sense of community that is really valuable. Encore Rises location cant be beat; It is super close to different stores and restaurants, which makes shopping extremely easy.As a pet lover, I especially appreciate that it is pet friendly, with the dog park and a convenient pet bathing station.
