I am more than happy with the way encore motif and all of the staff have taken care of our familyFrom security to helping us when our ac was down they fixed it rite away and only happened once they even offered a portable ac to keep us cool . The new system for entry way in the buildings is so helpful and keeps us safe . The pool amenities and game room were also really nice their is 2 pool tables , The dog wash station works great also .. the hallways were also very clean always . And one great reason why we choose to live here there has not been any theft that I knew off … or any card missing tires … if I could give 10 stars I would . Thank you encore management & staffWe are so happy here we renewed our lease

I never really write reviews even when I’m asked but I just had to share my experience here.This was the easiest move in process I have ever experienced and I’ve been leasing since 2016 during my undergraduate years up until now so I experienced multiple different apartment complex move in processes. The ladies at the front deserve so much recognition, they are superstars! They are always kind and supportive and most importantly efficient.I went from Tessa at Katy, which was an utter nightmare ( I deserve financial compensation for the stress I went through there)to such a wonderful experience here.I will definitely be recommending these apartments to everyone I know.Only Con is I can’t find a parking garage, I’m currently on a waiting list - so if that’s something you really need, maybe call and ask if there is any available before you decide to proceed.This is my 100% honest review!

I went on a tour and loveddd it! The place is clean and well kept for a new property. Grant it the gates where open she did reassure me of the new mobile app system they are getting. I’m actually super excited about that! I can’t wait to move in and experience the resident events and food trucks they schedule to come out

I have had the best leasing experience at encore motif. From the exceptional amenities to the stunning pool layout, this place truly stands out in the area. The complex is located near the freeway and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and stores, including Costco, its incredibly convenient. Plus, being able to walk to grab a drink adds an extra layer of convenience. Malayasia, in particular, has been an absolute gem, always informative and helpful. With the resources at hand, the leasing office as a whole does a great job at going above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of.

I absolutely love living here. My family, including my son, are thrilled with our decision to move here. The community is quiet, beautiful, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that are convenient for our daily needs. The location provides easy access to major highways, making it a great place to live with your family.Malayasia, the on-site manager has been incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience for us. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly home.

My wife & I went and toured these 10/12- Toni helped us! She was absolutely amazing! Went over every single option with us, helped us through the entire process, and was wanting to help. Everyone I have spoken to during the process have been so great! The complex is kept up nicely, and a lot of amenities.update 11/12/24 - SHOUT OUT to Toni & Claudia, they have worked diligently on helping my wife and I with our application, we were having issues on my end, and they went above and beyond to help us! I was recently looking for an apt in the area and i was very worried due to me being in Cali while doing so. Although I found another apt I was very split between this place and another, I simply went with the other because I was able to do a video tour of the actual apt which i was applying to, but I wanted to share my experience with Toni. She was the only one I spoke to there and she was always super kind. She was very knowledgable about the apartments and the amenities they have and I appreciate her kindness and patience even with me telling her I had other options I was also looking at. If you’re considering moving here, I’d like to share some insights!!**Location:**Motif Encore is conveniently located in the heart of Katy, which means you’re close to everything you could need need , trader joes, HEB, shopping centers, beauty supply, restaurants, and gym! The quick access to I-10 is a huge plus for commuting, especially if you work in downtown Houston or nearby suburbs. Despite being so central, the area is peaceful.**Safety:**Safety was a big concern for me when apartment hunting, and Motif Encore delivers. The property is gated with controlled access, and there’s 24/7 security monitoring. I’ve never had any issues, and the management frequently communicates about safety tips and updates, making me feel secure.**Apartment Features:**The units here are modern and stylish, with open floor plans, high ceilings, and great natural light. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and spacious walk-in closets make it feel more like a luxury home than a typical apartment. The insulation is fantastic—I rarely hear my neighbors, which is something I value. Maintenance has always been prompt and professional, resolving any minor issues within a day.**Amenities:**The amenities here are top-notch! The resort-style pool is stunning and never feels overcrowded. There’s also a well-equipped fitness center that’s open 24/7, which has been great for my morning workouts. They have a nice clubhouse with a coffee bar, a business center, and a lounge area where I study everyday. I also appreciate the valet trash service and package lockers, which make daily life more convenient.**Community:**What sets Motif Encore apart is the sense of community. The management team hosts regular resident events, from pool parties to breakfast events and holiday celebrations, which is a great way to meet neighbors. Everyone I’ve met is friendly, and there’s a sense of pride in keeping the community clean and welcoming.**Parking:**Parking is plentiful. Whether you opt for a garage, covered parking, or the general lot, I’ve never had trouble finding a spot near my building. Visitors have designated parking as well, so that’s never been an issue when friends or family visit.**Noise & Environment:**The environment is incredibly peaceful and clean !!! You walk in the elevator, spotless noise level is minimal, even though we’re near a busy area. The grounds are well-maintained, and there’s plenty of green space for pets and walking. Speaking of pets, it’s a very pet-friendly place with a dog park on-site, and I’ve seen lots of happy pets around the community.**Management & Customer Service:**The management team is outstanding. From the moment I toured the property, they were professional, transparent, and accommodating. Any requests or concerns have been handled quickly, and they genuinely seem to care about the well-being of the residents.**Rent and Value:**While the rent here is slightly above average for Katy, I feel like the value more than justifies the price. With all the amenities, the modern finishes, and the excellent location, I truly feel like I’m getting more than my money’s worth. Motif Encore has exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a safe, luxurious, and welcoming community with all the features you could want in a modern apartment complex. If you’re looking for a new home in Katy, I highly recommend checking it out.

I’ve been living in these apartments for 2 years & I’ve had the pleasure of working with Malayasia the assistant manager. She’s very quick and prompt with any issues I’ve had. The property itself is amazing haven’t had any issues since living here. Everything is very well maintained & the rest of the staff is great as well!

I absolutely love living here! Elevators are so convenient and these homes are the definition of luxurious living. ALL of the office staff are so helpful, professional, and quick to help with any needs. The leasing agent, Ingrid is very professional and responsive to emails! Big shout out to the Assistant Manager, Malaysia and the Manager Ellyn, I absolutely LOVE them. My work orders are always done in a timely manner and communication is excellent! 5 stars all the way!!

My boyfriend and I had been out looking for apartments all day in Katy, we saw many that did not catch our eyes until we stopped at Encore Motif thanks to Holly. Her customer service was excellent, she was very patient with us as we were getting very tired of touring many places. She is really sweet & accommodating to all customers. The property is very well maintained, and the amenities were very nice & not too crowded. It was nice to get some insight of what our daily lives would look like living here. We are very excited to move in!

Leasing Consultan Hollie is very professional. I just my 4 bedroom home in Charlotte NC and relocate to Katy Texas with my employer. Moving from living in a home after 12 years into an apartment has definitely been an experience. I was very picky and I did my research before selecting this complex. However, Hollie made sure my keys were ready right at 9 am on a Monday. I was able to start moving in my things immediately. The complex is new and clean just what I was looking for. I love the fact that they have elevators, secure gating and a key-fob to access any of the buildings which was a must for me. I was also in a pickle of getting a storage unit right away the day I moved in. Hollie had one ready and she even delivered the keys to my unit! I was so happy because I had to report to work and I left the movers and friends in charge of doing everything else.I feel right at home now. I recommend this complex. Thank you again for Hollie for the hospitality :).

SO HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE TO MOVE HERE!Found these apartments from my locator. He called the property & set my wife & I up a tour. Immediately walking in is a beautiful community with AMAZING amenities! All the women in the office were very professional and VERY welcoming. In specific, Hollie! (sorry if i misspelled) but she is very nice and has the best customer service skills. She took us on our tour and we applied right then and there! She was so helpful throughout the whole entire process! We were also able to meet the property manager, of course very sweet! I look forward to moving in next week! Very beautiful finishes, very modern and sleek!

Hollie was great! She took her time and showed me over six units until we discovered the one that was fitting for my preferences and needs. Hollie made sure I was afforded the opportunity to explore all the options for the model I took interest in that included different layouts, floors, building locations and even color schemes). The community is stunning as are the units. Looking forward to utilizing the phenomenal amenities, specifically the yoga studio and gym. I explored several BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION communities in Katy and the surrounding area and this by far outweighed them all. So if your looking for a new place and take interest in exploring the community, go see Hollie!

The Encore Motif at Grand Crossing brings that mid-town vibe, yet beats steady in the heart of Katy/Cinco Ranch. Prime location with access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, its ideal for Work From Home active families. My family and I appreciate the convenience and luxury of the amenities on-site, the privacy/security of the property, the attentive, professional, and smiling faces throughout the leasing office, and a big one for me is the welcoming environment for our four legged friends as well! Hollie Pyle welcomed us and accommodated us with a unit most fitting our needs and lifestyle. I commend her for never over-promising but surely over-delivering on our expectations throughout our stay here. I’ve appreciated the communication and timeliness of our maintenance staff always very kind and approachable. Everything is NEW, despite being around so much, it’s relatively quiet as well. We look forward to our stay and time with Encore Motif, it’s a tour we will never regret taking. Thank you for the wonderful experience and accommodation we truly feel home every day!

I was definitely nervous about moving , and starting fresh in a new city . I’ve searched high and low and nothing was catching my eye . Until now . Hollie , helped over the phone an had the patience of a saint because I can scramble an egg with my questions . She was so nice . I also had help from Malaysia when Hollie was off showing other units . This is just an incredible group of women . It’s really rare you find a complex who has staff that are so eager and patient with you . I do recommend this complex . I do believe this is going to be a great experience! I am beyond excited .

To start off, this place was very well maintained. All the amenities and common areas were upkept and tidy. Tori was a HUGE help when it came to exploring my options. She took her time to explain the different rates and showed me each room option that would be available for me. Although I did not lease here, it is a very nice place and once again Tori was a very big help and made my experience extremely joyful!

Top tier team matched with a clean environment & thoughtful community events ..we really don’t have to leave home they have above average amenities here that most apts don’t bother to have; my favorite is the jicuzzi & really enjoy living here comfortably. If you plan on moving here I highly recommend going to Malayasia I always admire her professionalism & problem solving & she goes above & beyond
