    10/10, I absolutely LOVE living here! The location is unbeatable with easy access to highways, and it’s so convenient for downtown living, with restaurants and bars just around the corner. I was completely SOLD on my apartment layout — its trendy, modern, and spacious! The amenities are stunning, and truly elevate the living experience. Debbie and her team are phenomenal — they’re always great with communication and make an effort to host fantastic resident events. If youre considering moving here, dont hesitate — definitely make the move!

    My wife and I recently moved here with our 2 dogs and I am more than happy with our new setup, environment and friendly community. This has been a great experience so far plus the location is close to a ton of fun restaurants and bars.

    So far so good. Staff is friendly, location is unbeatable “right behind the pearl” . Amenities are ideal. I like the mini market in which you can buy snacks and quick dinners from. The apt themselves are great, high ceilings, brand name appliances. 10 free cups of coffee a month and assigned parking make everything welcoming. Looking forward to community events

    Ive really enjoyed my time here so far. The apartments and property are beautiful and brand new. The parking garage is spacious and well-lit. Buildings seem to be very well insulated. My electric bill has been very low considering being on the top floor. The views from the 5th floor are spectacular. The appliances and finishes are definitely a step above the usual contractor grade, with nice upgrades. The kitchen and bathroom finishes and shower are very nice, and theres plenty of storage space. The balconies are spacious and I love the skyline views — that and location were a big selling point for me.The community staff does a great job of keeping us informed of events, maintenance, etc.The area is up-and-coming and a lot has changed for the better. Its close proximity to the Pearl, downtown, and area food truck parks/restaurants is really nice. Exactly what I was looking for.That being said, I really do enjoy living here and look forward to staying for years to come.

    My major qualm is that a false fire alarm has gone off about once a month on average since I’ve lived here. Other than that and having a package stolen once, things have been pretty great. Another time the delivery person placed the package outside and it still somehow mysteriously made it to my door the next day so it evens out. Staff and neighbors are all friendly, the pool is fantastic, maintenance is pretty fast and extremely polite, and I feel safe on the property.

    I’ve been living here for about 7 months and I truly love it here! The office staff and maintenance team are extremely helpful and quick to get back to you!I’ve seen a couple reviews on here about parking and courtesy patrol but truly I have never had any issues with the parking. They pre-assign you a spot that way you don’t have to try to find a parking space every time you come home which I love and for your guest there’s QR codes in the guest parking area for them to register themselves it’s truly the easiest parking system in my opinion.As for the courtesy officers, I attended the safety meeting the property hosted and was able to meet the courtesy officers and it was extremely helpful! Especially putting a face to the names of the officers who live onsite. They are also pretty fast at responding as well which is appreciated.I truly recommend this apartment complex from the location, property itself, amenities and the staff it’s truly a great living experience.

    The building and apartments are nice, and well-above average standards. Location is great and has improved immensely over the years. The staff is excellent about communicating any issues that will impact the entire complex. They are on top of parking which is refreshing because the place I came from did nothing to enforce parking. Parking here is well-organized and the garage is clean and very well-lit. I am confident that we made an excellent choice in moving here. Having a little walk-up market is convenient because, for some reason, San Antonio fails to encourage a large grocer to build a full-service grocery store in the downtown area.However, thats the good part. Heres lies major point of inconvenience. We have been without a functioning elevator for months on end (the entire time weve lived here so far) I know this is not the responsibility of the leasing management, but we were told 3 weeks ago that the part was in and it would be fixed the same or next day. The elevator is STILL out of service. I cannot describe what an inconvenience it is when your buildings only elevator is not working. Hauling groceries, or anything else for that matter through a garage and down or up flights of stairs is extremely time consuming and inconvenient. Having company over is another problem, we have to make sure they park closest to the elevator on the opposite end of the garage, then walk all the way over to our building.Other than the problems with vertical transportation, I feel that this place is a great addition and a great place to live.

    We moved to this building from another local apartment building and have absolutely loved it. Management is great and respectful, the amenities are phenomenal, and the building is so new so all of the appliances and apartments are really modern and up to date. The neighborhood is a phenomenal location for eating and walking around, very close to river walk and the Pearl!

    Come on down to Encore Grayson apartments.! They have excellent flooring plans for your needs! A the staff is perfect they assist you for any issues or needs that arise.! A the view is great come on down! An check the out!

    Really nice amenities and its new build. If you don’t like loud music, it’s probably not for you but I like hearing the city. Good prices for what you get. Would recommend

    I would first like to shout-out the leasing office team. I’ve interacted mostly with Marissa, she has been amazing. Communication through email and in-person has been spot on.The property is in a very nice area. There are food spots walking distance and the famous pearl walking distance.I’ve read and looked at a ton of properties in San Antonio. A reoccurring problem has been car break-ins and garage doors not working. I have not worried about my car because the building is very secure. Everything is great here!It’s a brand new build so everything works amazing!They have lots of events and it’s great to see! The trash service has been gsuper easy and convenient.Fetch (package mailing service) is a bit confusing at first but super easy to navigate.They will answer any questions in a timely manner.

    I have lived in a couple large apartment complexes and usually there are issues with the management. Marissa guided me through the move-in process and I have never had a more helpful leasing agent!! She was GREAT and made the process so so smooth.
