My stay in Encino was full of great things! One thing I would like to mention the service was soo good and the apartment was all time clean, safe and the best one that you can ask for in College Station! This is my first apartment review and I must stay they earned it! Go to Michael if he is still there and he will take care of you with a happy smile!

Nothing negative to say. Loved here for a month now, and the living experience has been great. The property is kept very clean, quiet, and pool is well maintained. Staff is quick to respond to issues. Michael the leasing agent was super friendly and helpful. Definitely the best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with.

Absolutely love Encino! They have bent over backwards to accommodate such a short move in period for my family. We didn’t think we were going to get to live here because everything was filling up so quickly. Gena kept in touch with us to make sure we got exactly what our family needed. Not only was she super helpful but the leasing process was very smooth. Everyone in the office was very nice and welcoming. It hasn’t even been a full three months yet but I’m already anticipating staying another year! Thank you thank you to everyone who helped out!!

Ive loved living at Encino Trace!! The property is beautiful, well kept, and maintenance is super quick. The office staff is awesome and very helpful. They will always go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I definitely recommend leasing here!

New Property!! Very nice amenities. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and very responsive/helpful. As with any new property , there were a few minor hiccups in the beginning, but overall a great experience. Pool area is one of the nicest I’ve seen in an apartment with big screen TVs, grills, fire pit and covered gazebo and lounge area. Pool table, gym and tanning beds are also very nice. Apartments are styled well with garage and covered parking options. Complex is still under construction, with dog park and games area to be completed . Good mix of residents of all ages, not really a tamu complex although there are students who live here. I would definitely check out the property if your looking to rent a newer more modern place in CSB that is not college oriented. Good location right off hwy 6 on Harvey Mitchell.

After living here since the beginning of august, I have absolutely fell in love with this place. The front office staff are the nicest people I have encountered while moving into an apartment. I went through and read some of the negative reviews and can’t possibly fathom how any of those reviews could possibly be true. If you’re looking for an appartment definitely start with Encino Trace

Apartments were very clean upon move in! Great community throughout the entire complex! The amenities are always kept up very nicely! Both pool and gym are always clean!
