    My application & approval process along with move in has been the smoothest experience thanks to Brittany. She was extremely helpful, and took her time to explain the entire leasing process in detail. She was friendly and she made me feel like she really cared about making sure I was happy and taken care of, which is really different from my experiences of leasing in Austin. She introduced me to everyone in the office and the manager, and everyone was very nice and helpful. The apartment layout for 2bd is nice with plenty of room. Everything is clean & in working order. Its quite and the people are friendly & nice. I would recommend Encino Pointe Apartment Homes to my family and friends and tell you to call Brittany for an apt to tour. This place has a great positive feel. Im very happy I found them.

    My approval and move in experience was phenomenal I had absolutely no hiccups the process was fast I was approved same week I applied… The current 8 weeks rent free special helped me out substantially thanks to Ms angee I have a new beautiful spacious clean and quiet place for me and my babies to rest out heads , love it here I highly recommend

    My sister lives there, and I find the two bedroom two bath very nice. I am handicapped and theres a handicap space for me right in front of her walkway. No curb to step up or anything in the way. I dont know about how much the rent is, but as a visitor recovering from surgery, I found this Apt. complex very convenient and easy to get around.

    Living here has be great. The staff were always amazing and maintenance always got the job done efficiently. The community functions were fun and a good time.My family loved the time here but its time to move on. Thanks Encino Pointe for everything!

    You can tell the people who work here really care. Before I even moved in, I called with questions and Martha was incredibly helpful and inviting! She helped us tour and move in much sooner than I wouldve dreamed. We met the other office staff and they were all just as friendly and helpful! The apartment was clean despite the quick move-in and felt like home instantly. I have only had one maintenance request and he fulfilled it soon after the request was made.

    The first apartment Ive lived in, so Ive heard horror stories of other places in town. Moving in,The apartment was clean and everything worked. Recently our water heater exploded, and Mike (our maintenance guy) got the job done quickly once the part came in, explained what he was doing, and apologized for the delay. Quicker than most plumbers I have called. I have the same feelings about management as anybody would about any management, but the folks in the front are very polite and as helpful as they can be. Excellent apartment for the price and area.

    Encino Pointe is a great apartment option in San Marcos. The staff in the office is friendly and helpful. The groundskeepers do an excellent job at keeping the apartment complex clean. Maintenance goes above and beyond with same day service. The apartment manager does an excellent job to make sure all of his tenants are happy with there stay.If your looking for apartment in San Marcos, Encino Pointe should defiantly be on your list of options to consider. As someone who lived there for 2+ years I would hands down recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place to live.

    We moved in late August, so far to date Jan. 10th, we still love it. The community is so quiet at night (we moved from Austin, used to hearing sirens and gun shots on the daily). The apartment in and out is the nicest weve lived in. We live right near the playground and take the kiddos there quiet frequently. management is very friendly and accommodating.Update: Renewing lease for 2018-2019. Ive lived here for going on two years. Ready to renew for 3rd year. They have been amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. In one instance my AC went out during the summer at 4:30PM, they had it fixed within an hour and a half of submitting the request. Any time Ive had any issue, they have been so quick to fix.

    I have lived here for two years! The maintenance staff are friendly and on top of it. Sometimes it will take a week to fill an request, but that is common. Parking is great on some days. Personally, feel like there should be guest parking. The management is great (it did change quite often) and anytime I need something fixed/any issue they are quick to respond. It is quiet site, great size rooms and very convenient to stores.Thank you.

    Martha, Kaitlyn Jenniffer and Jessica are are all wondeful leasing associate. They all are so knowledgeable, kind, helpful and always willing to help me no matter what. Everything the leasing associates do for me is done a very timely matter. Jose and Joe the maintenance associates are so wonderful, kind, excersie due care and conpleted all my maintenance request with in 3 hours or the follwing the day. They both show the up most respect to of my home.when completeing my maintenance request. Jose and Joe both show geeat care about not letting my indoor cat get out when the enter and exit my home.Truly is the best apartment complex my son and I have lived at. The entire Encino Pointe associates are just wonderful.Natalie Walker

    I have not lived in apartments for years, I am starting my 2nd year at Encino Pointe and couldn’t be more pleased. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and nice. The office staff is always so helpful and friendly, especially Kaitlyn White, always pleasant and willing to help.

    I have lived here at Encino Pointe for 6 1/2 years. I want to live here as long as I can.Martha the new manager is amazing . She always treated me with respect and any issues that may come up she is right on it. Martha is doing a great job here at Encino Pointe she is making sure the property is clean and what I respect the most to make sure we can live here in peace making sure we all follow the rules to keep us safe . So Martha thank you so much for the work you are doing. Katlin and Jennifer (the office staff) thank you for all you do.     We are more than halfway through our 3rd lease with Encino Pointe and still LOVE it here! The manager, Kevin, as well as the rest of the office staff and maintenance crew are very professional, friendly and actually take the time to listen and answer questions or try to help should there be a need for it. Maintenance requests are handled (from what Ive seen) as promptly as possible based on a few factors...severity of the issue, if its a major repair obviously it gets (and should get) priority...then by the order received and also whether or not parts have to be ordered. The over all environment is family oriented, clean grounds and mostly quiet and peaceful other than the occasional hiccup that can happen literally anywhere! The office also puts out a monthly calendar with activities, classes and services for residents at no charge! I have lived in San Marcos since 1993 and resided at several of our complexes and private rentals....thus far Encino Pointe is my favorite! They really care about the property and their residents here; those are hard qualities to find in this day and age!

    We had some issues with the AC and the carpet. We talked to he manager and he sent someone to fix the AC and to clean the carpet in the living room. He is very approachable and is always willing to help tenants. Staff are also approachable and can answer most of your questions, so we are grateful for their help!

    I moved to encino pointe in December and i have been beyond impressed, the office staff is always attentive to any questions or concerns and when my dishwasher stopped working maintanance came to look at it the next Day after i put the work order but they needed a part which is understandable. Overall i have enjoyed living here, I saw a few bas reviews but Dont let that discourage you to inquire i am a very picky person and these apartments and its staff are amazing, After all you cant please everyone.

    This is an ok place to live. The things I dislike about it would mainly refer to apartment living in general not the actual place. When things are broken they get maintenance here fairly quickly to fix. They take decent care of the facilities. I do believe the pool could be kept cleaner, partially maintenances fault partially residents. They have quite a few people that use the pool that trash it.

    Apartment is very nice, although the paint job on the inside was sloppy leaving bits of white paint around. Also, theres two of us in a two bedroom, yet we only have 1 gate card. An extra one costs like 50 bucks too, so thats kinda inconvenient. Other than that, the complex is nice and the staff is friendly as well.

    Lived here for a little over a year, and would’ve stayed if my job stayed in this area. Kevin and the rest of the staff are always on top of there stuff. Super friendly, they make you feel like you’re part of there family. Great price for a great place. Would definitely recommend living here.

    My daughter lives here and although I heard about issues like, roach problems I must confess this place is great. Rooms are a good size and the apartment was clean when she moved in and has been bug free.

    The staff is professional & friendly. The rooms are clean & the place is Safe to be in. They provide clean rooms & change ur sheets every morning. Customer service was excellent & provide u what u need in less than 10 minutes. They are taking covid-19 pre-cautious. 5 star rating from me!

    Kevin and Laura in the office have been nothing but fantastic to work with. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate me during the move in process. I can not recommend better people to work. The grounds are beautiful also.
