    I went on a tour here the property was beautiful! The atmosphere was very nice and quiet. The best part is Tamekia. She was very sweet and nice. She answered all my questions and knew her stuff.

    I love this property, it had everything I was looking for, great location, well kept grounds and an amazing leasing staff. Oh I cant say enough about Tamekia she was knowledgeable, informative and sp sweet I felt like family. I cant wait to move in. I believe first impressions are everything so Tamekias smile and that beautiful property sealed the deal for me!!

    My experience at Ellison Heights has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff here (especially Eric) goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction, making every interaction pleasant and efficient.The amenities provided are top-notch, catering to every aspect of comfortable living. Whether its lounging by the pool or breaking a sweat in the well-equipped fitness center, theres something for everyone here. The attention to detail in the design and maintenance of the common areas truly sets this complex apart.As for the living spaces, they exceed expectations. My apartment is not only spacious and modern but also thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes and appliances. The attention to soundproofing ensures a peaceful environment, despite being centrally located in vibrant Houston.Location-wise, it doesnt get much better than this. Situated in a prime spot in the Heights with easy access to major highways, shopping centers, and dining options, Ellison Heights offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

    I have been searching for a new complex to move to for months now. I had been eyeing this property b/c it’s in the perfect location but I have been checking the reviews daily to see what others had to say about the leasing staff, amenities, and the look and feel of the property since it’s new.I do not currently live close to the area so I was banking on the reviews to give me motivation to actually drive there. I found some time to go tour the property and it is absolutely gorgeous. Jose was so kind, thorough, and answered all of my questions. He made me feel so comfortable and welcomed at the community. Someone just left a review and it wasn’t very good lol but hey we are all human and maybe he was just having a bad day. I loved him. His demeanor is genuine and you can tell he’s very passionate about what he does. The professionalism he displayed was what really made him stand out. Thank you Jose!

    Great place ! Great location, quiet, caters to grownups, not those looking for a frat house type place, which is what I want.The best part of living here is the management in the front office on site. They’re very responsive, they care about the people that live here, and they try their best to make things right. No place is perfect, elevators break, parking gates need adjustment from time to time, etc. That’s every apartment complex, Everywhere. At least here when something needs to be addressed the front office staff does everything in their power to make it right as fast as possible..Most notably, Eric is exceptional to work with, always funny and happy no matter what is going wrong, or most often going right. He cares about what happens here.Would I prefer to live on a beach or villa on the Riveria? Of course , but Ellison is clearly a great alternative until I win Powerball, and where I have renewed my lease twice already.

    After living here for a year I can say that this is truly an incredible location. The access to popular areas and proximity to schools is unmatched. While we did have some building challenges with elevators at first the staff did their absolute best to resolve them quickly. I cannot stress enough how much of an impact Eric, Dina, Taz and the rest of the staff have had on my experience here. They are simply great and always accommodating to any maintenance and clerical requests. Social events are abundant and the building amenities are fantastic.

    I really enjoyed my time living here. What made it hard to leave was the people working there, everyone was always so kind, Dina and Taz are truly some of the sweetest concierge people ever & Eric is a fantastic manager. Every complex is going to have it’s issues, they did their best to notify everyone when things weren’t working and fixed it as soon as they could. Overall my stay here was very enjoyable, only moved out because I wanted to try out living in a different area of Houston :)

    Matt, Ileana, Dina, Taz, and the maintenance team are AMAZING! Ellison and Foundry are architectural marvels that evoke lavish luxury beyond all comprehension. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Ellison Heights Apartments is a top-notch place to call home! The facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming.     Ive been living here for over a year. Great location, great vibe, and friendly staff. Eric, the resident services manager, and Jill, the manager, have taken care of any issues I have had. Ive only needed two repairs in 18 months and both were taken care of the day I sent in a request order. The concierge staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. A few of these negative reviews Ive read do not reflect my experience at all, and I am surprised to read them.

    I have lived here for about 3 months now and it is my favorite complex so far. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and so nice. Also the front office staff is very helpful and super welcoming. When I have friends and family visit, they always talk about how nice and welcoming everyone is. The complex is also in a great location, I am able to walk to pretty much everything (it also helps that HEB and Starbucks are easy to access from Nicholson so you can avoid Shepherd haha). All of the residents are respectful, I havet had any issues with any of my neighbors, which is a first. I still have a good chunk of time on my left on my lease, but I can definitely see myself renewing.

    I toured with Eric, the resident services manager and am very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. The location is great and so close to all of the amazing restaurants and stores in the area. The Ellison is very clean and absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend living here.

    I recently toured Ellison and was very impressed. The gym was perfect and the interior of the units amazing. Taylor was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. He followed up and was very helpful during the application process. Im really excited about moving in soon.

    Its been night and day since Foundry/Ellison got a new manager (Jill) and leasing agents. Things get done around the complex, and they are excellent communicators. I am currently residing at Foundry, but will be relocating next door to Ellison and cannot wait! Eric has made the moving process so easy and has truly saved me from a headache this holiday season.

    Just toured this place and it is absolutely Top Notch! The sky deck and all the other countless amenities really blew my mind it was quite phenomenal and decorated so beautifully.     Incredible staff & state of the art spaces. We recently did a collaboration with them on site for a Miss Universe franchise & they were amazingly generous on their professional courtesy & hospitality. Simply the BEST!!!!!

    I am thinking of moving to this property but was weary of touring in person due to COVID.luckily they offer virtual tours! i really wanted to see the property in person but the virtual tour was so good i dont think ill need to.my guide helped me visualize the space by going through the tour visuals with me over the phone. with our conversation i was able to get a really good feel of the space.i will update my review if i sign a lease but for now i cant say enough good things about this property and the people who work there. the manager (I think her name was Jayci or Jamie) got on the phone as well and thanked me for calling...nice touch...

    I haven’t toured inside the building just yet, but so far it looks incredible I really like this building the area is amazing and I can’t wait to tour the models, I have already spoken with a leasing agent, Taylor he was really helpful on giving me info about Ellison and the near by area. My wife and I will be leaving our current building by June and Ellison heights is definitely going to be one of the first options!

    This is such an amazing community! I love living in the heights. And I have been looking for a community with amazing views of Houston. And I finally found it! Ellison Heights has finishes like no other, views like no other, and the staff is amazing. This is definitely the community that I will be leasing at.
