This location has been a great experience renting from. We have lived here since 2022 and have had little to no issues with the property of staff on sight. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues and is always mindful of our pets when entering the building or using pet friendly equipment. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a stable and reliable place to call home. Book a tour if you are considering and just give this place a chance, it will speak for itself. The amenities and facilities are worth the price in my opinion

The leasing experience was easy and Mikal (no longer at the complex) and Gabby were very helpful and informative. Jamie, the Manager, is friendly and super helpful. The apartment and amenities are nice, complex feels safe, and maintenance is quick to resolve issues. For instance my air conditioning went out and they had it up and running again within 30 minutes. However, after living here there are some flaws to be aware of.1. Noise. I moved here off the Square to get away from constant noise. I don’t know if I was just burdened with bad neighbors, but the apartment is loud. It is hard to relax or sleep, day or night, with the disturbances. I submitted complaints and called the courtesy officer. I wish they would enforce quiet hours as I was told they did when signing. However, Jamie, the Manager, was so kind and helpful in finding a resolution to my worst disturbance and I was impressed by her willingness to help.2. Lack of Parking. You’ll be lucky to get a spot close to your building if you come home late. They started to enforce towing, but I haven’t seen that it has helped the issue yet.3. Adjacency to the Landfill. I brought up the concern before signing and was told me that there wasn’t a smell. I have had a few instances of walking outside and almost gagging at the smell. However, it is not constant and has not leaked into my apartment.4. Landscaping. A lot of the landscaping in the interior and around the apartment on the outside is unkept. It’s all pretty and up-kept at the leasing office and at the entrance, but not where residents actually live.Additionally, and this does not affect their rating I gave as they have little control over, but be aware that there is construction going on down the road as well as road maintenance. Construction workers FLY down the road, there is loud semi-truck traffic, and heavy construction noise on the week days.

Its only been 11 days since my five friends and I moved into these apartments. This is a wonderful place to call home. The entire crew always greets you with a smile and is extremely accommodating to our needs, as well as quick to resolve any issues that may arise. Every day, pleasant, courteous staff keep the grounds and amenities clean. The pool area is beautiful.

I currently reside at this community along with my wife and two children. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say...I really love the apartment and the area. I wish there was a playground for children instead of dog parks, other than that...5 STARS!

Our family is currently in the process of moving in. So far the staff have been superb! Mikal is very devoted to giving his potential tenets a great experience. The apartment is awesome and we are super happy so far! The only issue with this complex is parking. There are hardly ever parking spaces available. We are a little worried about that moving forward. Other than that, we are super excited to be here! Super nice place!

Where do i begin? Honestly, Elan Denton is one of the nicest apartments complexes I have ever lived in. Being an out of state move in there was so many tiny details that i couldn’t look over due to such a last minute move. Mikal was so helpful and discussed every detail and was prompt when answering my calls and getting information sent over to me. It’s only been a week but the facilities are nicely maintained and cleaned every day. They have nice social activities for there guest and amazing amenities such as a dog park. My unit is on the third floor and it has a great view. The walls are thick so you can’t hear your neighbors. Everything from moving to living at Elan has been perfect perfect perfect.

Mikal was so wonderful while showing us a tour around these beautiful apartments. He was so informative it was hard to have any follow up questions. I’ve toured most apartments in Denton at this point and this by far is the nicest one, with the most kind staff, the most clean, and it feels so homey!!

I have not moved into the apartment yet but I am so excited!!! I called today and asked to speak to Lauren based on all the amazing reviews she had here. Lauren was nothing short of amazing, even though she was about to leave for work, she took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She got the application started and sent to me super quick. She was emailing me well into the evening (and I know she isnt at work). She has been so helpful and knowledgeable. Based on the ease of the application and how accommodating Lauren was/is/continues to be, I definitely recommend this apartment. I am super excited to move here!

Elan wasn’t out first option when my roommates and I were searching for apartments, but I’m so glad we took the time to check it out. We didn’t make an appointment, but we were able to tour the complex as a walk-in with Lauren, no wait at all. After touring the complex we were extremely impressed at how nice and clean everything was. We saw the pictures of the complex on their website, but we were left speechless when we got to see it in person. Lauren was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. She was very nice, and after finishing the tour my roommates and I wanted to sign a lease the day of. When more rooms become available we are definitely eager to sign and live here.

I moved in about a month ago, and there are a few things that I need to say...There is an employee who works here who has consistently gone above and beyond. From the start, he has been so kind and understanding. My parents had an unexpected health issue, and the amount of genuine concern he showed them was amazing. My parents spoke fondly about Mikal Reed to everyone who called them. He has also answered and solved all of my questions and concerns.So far, Im really loving it here!

Mikal is always upbeat, helpful, resourceful, and ready to work out a solution to any problems that may arise. He is a tenant’s dream and should be in the sights of the Corporate Office for a promotion that rewards his talent.

As others have noted, Mikal Reed in the leasing office is great to work with! He takes time to understand your situation and looks for solutions to help. New apartments are being built all over Denton with similar amenities and finishes, but a strong tenant-focused leasing Team at Elan Denton is what made the difference for me!

I had enjoy my time living there, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a home. I just wish there were more amenities available. But I enjoyed my poolside time or roasting marshmallows by the fire pit.

My husband and I started looking into pet-friendly apartments for a mid-summer 2022 move in date. Carol helped us find a unit that would work for us and we actually applied and preleased one of the three bedrooms that is currently under construction. Because our current lease is ending in the summer, near the date of construction being completed, Carol was always ready to answer our questions when we wanted to stay updated on the timelines, so that we dont have to worry about extending or going month-to-month while we wait for our new unit to be ready. Turns out we wont have to extend at all! The unit will be ready just in time! We are so impressed with how quickly our questions were answered and with how friendly everyone is. We cant wait to move in!
