    Just toured Eighteen25 and had an amazing experience with Carlzavier. I toured the A5, A3 units and was left feeling very confident I found a place I would be happy living at.They have great amenities, and Carlzavier was letting me know of the ways they are actively looking to include more community involvement.Happy to have toured, was able to schedule same day viewing. 100% recommend checking out.     I’ve lived here once before and now I’m back!! I’m so excited to be a resident at Eighteen25 downtown! The management team and the maintenance team here is amazing and the property is amazing. You really really need to check this place out!!!** Move Out Update **Ive since moved out, but I wanted to share that I had an amazing time living at Eighteen25 downtown. Again, hands down one of the best apartment complexes Ive ever lived in. Great amenities, awesome maintenance team and of course, amazing management team made it all worthwhile.     I’ve been living in this building for almost two years, and it’s been an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which makes all the difference. The building itself is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. From the amenities to the overall atmosphere, everything is top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to call this place home! Highly recommend!

    Eighteen25 is by far the best place I’ve lived in Houston, and I’ve lived a lot of places. Mainly what has kept me here for going on 3 years now is the leasing staff. Sharifa and Karl demonstrate daily that they really care about the resident experience and have always been incredibly helpful, even with the little things like locating a package! Also, the maintenance team quickly responds to requests I’ve made and are very knowledgeable and professional. The cleanliness of the building is something I’ve never seen and the spacious units are very nice and do not seem lived in. On top of that, I don’t know what kind of insulation they used but I cannot hear my neighbors ever! Major plus. One more thing I’ll add is that I appreciate the resident events they have almost every month - it’s incredibly thoughtful and a fun way to meet your neighbors. I could go on and on…Hands down, best place I’ve lived. If you’re on the fence, just MOVE HERE!

    I’ve been here for 2 years and sad to leave soon for reasons of expanding my family. By far the best rent-living experience. Management staff gets back to you quickly!!! I feel so spoiled and they’ve definitely set the bar really high when it comes to communicatons. Mellisa is amazing and patient! I recently reached out (I feel like I talk to her every day at this point/she literally replies within mins via email) because I needed last minute help with my unit while I was at work. She quickly responded and resolved my concern, which gave me a great peace of mind while I was at work. One of the things that’s really important to me is safety, cleanliness of the property, and my mail packages. Eighteen25 exceeds all 3. The property is well lit (esp the hallways to your unit), security in lobby after-hours, and I can always easily locate my packages through our lux service 24/7. The thing I value the most living here is the peace of mind that I get. Management really goes above and beyond and does a good job vetting for quality staff members. It’s like they have the secret ingredient for hiring the right people. Did I mention I once lost my purse in the media room, and they actually located it. Sharifa & Carl are the property managers, and they’ve always made me feel so special when I run into them in the elevator as they know which tenant you are, etc. You don’t feel like just a # on the property. There’s a sense of community, safety, quality service (they actually get back to you, and you can always get help/assistance), maintenance is also outstanding!

    I was looking for a downtown apartment that had a skyline view for weeks, and finally found this gem. Can’t beat the price and location. Beautiful views from my living room and bedroom and all over the property. The staff is so sweet. The pool is amazing at night also. Layla the leasing agent helped me so much throughout the process and is super kind and lovely! She even gave me a little gift for move in I thought was so sweet. Great place views and staff! 10/10 LOVE my new apartment! 😇 look no further! Thanks Layla for all the help! Im very happy here. X

    We have lived here for almost 2 years and we love Eighteen 25! You can’t beat the location of these apartments it’s close to everything, and the VIEWS of downtown are STUNNING! The interior of the units are beautiful, sleek and modern. The staff has been very nice and accommodating. We needed to transfer units to downsize from a 2br to 1br and the process could not have been smoother. Thank you Eighteen25 for everything. We love calling you home!

    I just moved in about a month ago but I already love this place. The staff is so nice and friendly. Savannah was my tour guide when I looking for a new place and she was so kind and made this place feel like home right away. Danna helped me move and was very welcoming and accommodating. The amenities are top quality and everything is well kept. Also, all the community areas always smell good, which is a nice bonus. There are security guards throughout the night and they do walk through so I feel safe. My apartment was in really good condition for move it. No painting over bugs and dirt like some other places. I’ve lived in some very bad apartments but this one is really nice. I would highly recommend this place.

    I would not recommend this apartment to anyone I know. I have now lived here for two lease terms and have only seen a decline in the area and overall living experience. I will preface this by saying none of the issues stem from the management team and staff, mainly the issues that I found with living at this location.From the constant noise of sirens from living near a hospital, police headquarters, and fire station to the general traffic that is constantly in the area, which is a given living downtown. A thing that I didn’t know was that there is a homeless healthcare clinic next door and the high homeless population that lives in the area. Not to shame people for their circumstances, but there have been too many incidents that I have witnessed to or been directly involved with to be comfortable. I have too many examples of walking around the building and coming in contact with someone using the side of the building as a bathroom, followed into the garage by individuals, and harassed on multiple occasions. The worst event was when I walked in on a man sleeping in the stairwell and had defecated in the entire space. Ridiculous for this to ever happen especially when they’ve raised the pricing of a single bedroom to over $2,000. Nothing about the apartment is luxury besides the rooftop pool and the downtown view. Like I said before the issues I had in my experience don’t have to do with anything that management can directly control. I just believe there are other options in a better environment at a much better price, as a friend.

From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and addressed all my questions with patience and expertise. The staff managers (Carl and Sharifa) are the best and super helpful. The additional staff members are also very helpful and sweets. I enjoy the events that they have for residents; which are usually top notch. This is home for now...

    Me and my lady have lived at this place for 2 years, actually moved out today. I have no complaints at all. Sharifa, the leasing manager moved us in on the tour when she was an assistant manager. She really gave a great display of the property and we we’re sold from that day. Any problem you have, maintenance will be there in less than 24 hours to handle the problem. The property is beautiful, architecture is high-grade and the customer service is a well deserved A+. If I could give it ten stars, I would. The only *minor* issue would be how loud the fire alarm is. But it actually makes sense to help people get out during an emergency so it’s not really an issue. That leasing staff deserves awards, Carl was the MVP every time we had any problems and we had only got to know him for a few months. From a person that has lived in horrible leasing properties, these guys really put the icing on the cake. I’m the future, I may release here again. It’s worth the price for the location, amenities, and services they offer!!!

    Planned on moving here however my plans changed. The staff was very helpful and responsive through the entire process. Layla was very gracious during the tour. Even current residents I even met were nice and welcoming. Kathryn* answering my calls and keeping me informed was great. Loved the amenities.     For your Eighteen25 needs go to Darrell! At the end of the day this place will sell itself, but in case youre not sold, let Darrell take you around and show you why this place should be your next home. This place really is a solid community with people from all walks of life. Youll catch most of the neighbors hanging out with the pool and they all act like theyve known each other for years. So glad I moved in, and dont think Ill be leaving anytime soon. Thanks Darrell!

    My girlfriend & I struggled extremely to find a nice place to live. We wanted something nice and comfortable with a good staff to help in any time of need. The staff is amazing! They are super friendly and help with no hesitation! The location is PERFECT! Plenty of restaurants with an amazing night life! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious apartment! A++

    My apartment is fantastic! I had it outfitted, and they did an excellent job. The communal areas are always neat and tidy, and the residents are pleasant. Excellent location between midtown and downtown. The disadvantage is that maintenance is time-consuming. It is difficult to reach the office after hours, and they do not reply my calls. A large number of homeless persons live nearby.

    I’ve been here almost 2 years and I love it. Management and staff treat you like family and maintenance always on point. I’m not a dog fan but I’ve never seen dog mess or thrash anywhere. If you’re looking to move midtown area, this is the best complex to move into.

    I lived at 1825 for 2 years, throughout that period of time I got to work with 2 different management teams, both of which were absolutely amazing to work with. Ryan (even though you are no longer there) thank you for everything. Layla and Kathryn - you will be dearly missed, and Carl I cannot thank you enough for the quick responses and immediate solutions to ANY issue I encountered. It was a pleasure to call this place home for the past 2 years, what a wonderful family/team you guys have there.     I like living here, the location is perfect, the complex is beautiful and neighbors are nice & friendly.The staff: I signed my lease with Ryan B, awesome person. Taylor Duncan was excellent!Sharifa is the most amazing person beautiful soul. Carl is really helpful at everything, he can explain things step by step, excellent person to fix everything faster, Miss Kathryn Nguyen is always kind & special, she know’s the residents by name she is the best really professional in everything, always good vibes.Layla is the sweetest she always smiling,friendly & helpful!

    I truly do not know what I love more; 1825 apartments or the leasing office. Every single staff member, including maintenance is absolutely amazing. I’ve never experienced so much warmth and genuineness from a leasing office in my entire adult life. I chose this apartment while living overseas and hadn’t actually seen the unit in person. Lauren and Darrell both worked tirelessly to ensure that I had found exactly what I was looking for and they were incredibly communicative, transparent, and helpful with me the entire way through. Though I had developed a really great relationship with both Lauren and Darrell prior to moving here, I have gotten to know the rest of the staff in the 8 months I’ve lived here and they are so amazing! I cannot stress enough what a pleasant feeling it is living in a building with a leasing office understands the importance of treating their residents like human beings and not just business transactions. In addition to the staff, the apartment itself is absolutely AMAZING. The amenities, the floor plans, the view, the appliances, the location, the fitness center, EVERYTHING. If I had it my way, I would live here forever. I cannot recommend 1825 apartments enough. 🤗

    When I moved to Houston, I knew I did not want to live far from work. While searching for a place to call home, I stumbled across eighteen25. Ryan was so sweet and super helpful. He walked me through the entire rental process. It seems so long ago, now we have a new staff who goes over and beyond the expectations of what the previous staff members would do! I love the amenities but most of all I like the staff who ensure we can call it home! Thank you- Carl, Cory, Kat, Layla, Serifah and the cleaning crew! Thank you!

    I lived at Eighteen25 Downtown for close to 15 months - like any apartment building it has its pros and cons but the pros far outweigh the cons.Pros: Location - easily accessible to all freeways and inner-loop locations. Interiors are bright and modern. The rooftop pool gets continuous sun from sunrise to sunset.Cons: Location - this part of downtown has a large homeless population but I never had any issues.

Great location right in between midtown and downtown.The cons: maintenance is slow. It is hard to get ahold of the office after hours and they do not return my calls.     There are not enough words to express how Incredible this complex is. The facility is just breathtaking, but i can only say that because of how exceptionally clean it is. The staff and management take a personal approach to the appearance of this complex as well as the residents experience.The residents here are courteous and very engaging and truly a joy to be around. Everyone is so kind and approachable.The truly best part is the management. I’ve lived in so many apartments and especially high end apartments in the city and this one takes the cake. Typically management can be rude cold and uninterested after an apartment is leased, this is NOT the case with the management at 1825 San jacinto. They truly stay involved with you as a resident and your needs. They are timely, kind, caring, and so professional with any issues you may have. If you want a very at home experience and an apartment TRULY worth the money you spend. 1825 is where you need to be!!!

    Moved to 1825 coming up on 2 months ago now, and I can say that my experience has been absolutely amazing! Sharifa the assistant manager ensured my move in process was quick and easy. Shelley the manager was super nice with working with me on my application. All around very professional and kind staff who are here to help even after I moved in they still reached out to ensure that everything went well. This place is awesome the location, the safety of everything, the amenities, all around one of the best deals and places to live in downtown in my opinion!

    I ended up not leasing due to a change in location for work, but I loved this property!! The team was so nice and helpful and if I do ever need an apartment in Houston, I know where I’m leasing at! I especially liked Taylor (blonde headed agent) and Jessica (brown headed agent). They both treated me with the most upmost respect and were so professional. I give this place and its management 5 stars for professionalism, class, and friendliness..     I love this building! I moved here about 10 months ago to be closer to school and it is so close to everything in Downtown. I still feel at home! The whole staff here is incredible, the amenities are amazing, and the building itself is beautiful.     Ive been living at Eighteen25 for abotu 15 months. I love living here. The amenities are great, Im super close to the metro rail, and all of the night-life that happens downtown. I feel very safe in our building. Tons of things are in walking distance. The view of the city from my living room is to die for, and the roof-top pool is the best part.

    Overall, great experience, especially with the management team.I have just moved out from the complex, because I only wanted to extend my lease for another 6 months, but they couldnt provide a price that I could afford.Since moving to another complex, I truly miss 1825. 1825 was quiet, ceilings and floors were thick, parking was easy, complex was secure and mostly clean. I wouldnt appreciate it as much until I had to deal with giant roaches and constant foot steps from my upstairs neighbor at my current apartment.I only gave a 4-stars because I had water leakage from the patio into the apartment and water leakage from the A/C. Maintenance repaired them in less than 24 hours, which was great. Also, the water pressure of the shower and the sink was kinda low.I would definitely stay here again if I return to Houston.

    Update: ELIZABETH! She’s the person who cleans the entire building, 7 days a week, and it’s no easy feat (building location and amenities are great but some neighbors don’t always do their fair share of clean up). Shout out to Elizabeth and the entire maintenance team (Manny and Rafael and co.) for being timely and keeping the property operating well and looking good. Thank you!!Bottom line: I’m pleased with this choice—Eighteen25 is a great place to live, work from home, and play downtown. But, there is major room for improvement on move-in and resident customer service, (probably related to how new the property and processes are).Ok, the good before the bad:Pros:1. My initial visit and tour was great. I worked with apartment locator, Katy To, and the main leasing agent Stephanie to learn about the property and start my application process. I was sold!2. Weeks later, Darryl worked incredibly hard to make my move-in happen. He was attentive and went the extra mile to work through the kinks*. I appreciated his responsiveness to email, his attention to detail, and his willingness to problem solve. He literally saved the day and won these 4 stars. Lauren was also really helpful taking care of all the unresolved move-in issues I had.3. My unit on the sixth floor has a beautiful view of downtown and is new, clean, modern, well built, and quiet. I chose a smaller unit and the light filled room, alongside gorgeous appliances and concrete floors gives a spacious, cozy feel.4. The building location and amenities are incredible. I’ve used the gym, enjoyed the rooftop pool, and signed up for the personal concierge so far— all easy to use and high quality experiences. I love being within walking distance of all things downtown. Hearing the Sacred Heart chimes are a bonus. (The emergency sirens are also a constant but hey, it’s downtown).Room for improvement:After my intitial visit, communication from the leasing office was virtually nonexistent. Perhaps this is because the building isn’t full yet and there are new property kinks* It just felt like everything fell through the cracks the moment I left the office. The answering service is inefficient for getting questions answered; the process for application acceptance isn’t transparent; and there is no future resident/new resident orientation, for lack of a better word. After several calls and messages, I had to ask the apartment locator to physically go to the office to confirm my application and have them send me a lease, generate a pro-rated rent payment, etc. Having not heard anything for a few weeks, I wasn’t even sure I was good to go until a few days before my move in. Part of the context was that I had a pending trip abroad planned and the entire process with the leasing office was way more frustrating and time consuming than it had to be.At one point, I seriously questioned whether I was making a mistake and if the application process was indicative of the living experience. It is not.Thank goodness living here so far is much better than getting in here!

    I love this community because of location and the rooftop pool! Offers such great vibes. Only downfall, which is really not a downfall in the end, is that fact that security is too tight. Being that you have to have a fob to get into any part of the community can get a bit frustrating at times. Just adds extra complications and wasted time to let friends and family in to see you. Great space to host events for gatherings in their community center.

    Eighteen25 is the best place Ive ever lived in. I have almost complete 1 year at Eighteen25 and have No complaints whatsoever. 5 star is applied to every single way from the staff (Stephanie-Lauren-Chris-Darrell) maintenace (Rafael), services, cleanliness, professionalisms, greatly managed by the management. The pool is absolutely amazing with a breathtaking view of downtown. The two grills next to the pool is a great place to cook a steak dinner and enjoy it with friends. Another plus is the equipment at the gym and the hydro massage chair to enjoy after a good workout. I’ve rented out the sky lounge for a party and was amazed with the breath taking views. PARKING!!!! I love Eighteen25 because there is plenty of parking spots and you’re not driving around for 20 minutes looking for an open spot. I have 2 dogs and the fenced in dog park is definitely a plus!!!!

    Came by to visit this location and I met the best leasing agent ever. Courtie was super sweet, knowledgeable about everything on the property and made me feel like 1825 was supposed to be my next home.     A nice set of apartments, can you imagine how it smells in the hot seasons of Texas above the dog park for that set of apartments on that side. How many people actually clean up after their dog also.Edit: I walk by thes complex almost every day and I have noticed a sturk difference in the maintenance of the dog park since the manager commented on my post. Thanks for improving the quality of grounds.

    The front office staff here are on point!! They are so quick with responses and go over and beyond for us. Different themed social gatherings for the residents occur several times a year. I have met so many people living here so if you like to network even better!

    Love living here! Great views, friendly staff, awesome amenities! Perfect location from the Toyota Center, and all of the Montrose eateries! I think I would have to go out on a limb and say that Chris is my fave!

    When I turned States Witness, they didnt have enough money to put me in the Witness Protection Program, so they sent me options for living downtown with a list of suggested places to move.
