The community is welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch.Eastline is a safe and clean complex. Safety is a top priority for many residents, and cleanliness contributes to a pleasant living environment. The well-maintained facilities and secure atmosphere make it an ideal place for students.What truly stands out is Stacey Aguilar, the leasing specialist. She has been amazing to work with, always ready to assist and make the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Eastline Residences for anyone looking for a great place to live!

One of the best parts about living at Eastline is the wonderful Manager, Tara Hairston. From the moment you meet her, it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Tara goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels heard, valued, and comfortable in their home. She is always approachable and proactive and she has gone out of her way many, many times to help make my life easier. She is absolutely excellent at her job and Eastline is lucky to have her.

I recently moved into my new apartment and couldnt be happier with my experience, especially thanks to my leasing agent, Taylor! From the very beginning, Taylor was incredibly pleasant and informative, making the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free.I was in the process of breaking my lease at a different community when I first reached out to Taylor. She was always eager to help, providing me with all of the information I needed and answering my numerous questions with patience and professionalism. Her genuine care, thoroughness and attention to detail made a huge difference in my decision-making process.Because of my positive experience with Taylor, I felt confident signing a lease more than three months BEFORE my move-in date. While I love the entire staff here, her support and dedication truly set this community apart, and I’m grateful for her assistance throughout the entire process. Highly recommend! 10 out of 5 stars!

Eastline Residences are incredible, as are the people that work here! We shopped around for apartments for months leading up to our move, and I can confidently say that these apartments and amenities are top of the line in Dallas. The leasing agents, Taylor and Stacey, go above and beyond for active and prospective tenants. Taylor was kind enough to show us her own apartment that she was just moving into when there were no vacant units to show in the floor plan we were eyeing. Stacey was unnecessarily accommodating upon move-in when we had issues with our movers. They consistently go beyond their job responsibilities to make this place a true community. Having lived in other apartment complexes over the years, it’s refreshing to live in a building where the employees are approachable and treat you as neighbors/friends.The location is ideal with walking paths and restaurants within a stone’s throw. The concierge is always warm and welcoming, greeting my dog with treats every time we walk by. The apartments are spacious, bright and modern. We’re shy of 2 months into our lease and are already planning to renew.Highly recommend calling Eastline Residences your home!

I just recently moved here. The staff is so accommodating, and the amenities given to the residents here are great. I especially love the gym and pool. The units are absolutely gorgeous. If you’re considering moving here, you should definitely check it out!

The Eastline Residences are outstanding! Stacey Aguilar on the leasing staff is very professional and knowledgeable. She took us on a complete tour of the available apartments, the gym, the rooftop pool and other amenities when we first visited the property. The location along Central Expressway and the Katy Trail is ideal and close to shopping and restaurants. The property is new, very well maintained and has great views. The security is solid with the 24 hour concierge staff covering the front door and the gated garage. Even after we moved in, the staff, and especially Stacey, were always friendly and available on a regular basis to help with maintenance requests or any other issues. The reliable and friendly staff, the high quality of the apartments, the location and the amenities make this a great place to live!

Weve lived here for a few months now. Its hard to imagine theres a nicer place in Dallas. Incredible views. Incredible amenities. Just walking in the front feels like youre staying at a nice hotel. You wont see it on a tour, but the views at night are better than during the day. I was definitely worried about sound, but Ive never heard any of our neighbors.

Ms Visha is awesome! So friendly every time I visit my friend. The facilities are very nice too! They have a pool that overlooks the dallas skyline that is amazing. And then they also have a courtyard and gym area on the same floor that’s very relaxing. I would definitely live here if I didn’t already own a home.

Absolutely fantastic experience; Ive been living here for almost a month. The staff and leasing agents are awesome- theyre very quick to respond to anything I need and are very friendly. The 24-hour concierge service is also very helpful to have, and they make things as easy for their residents as possible (Stacy literally helped me get my couch into my apartment in heels). They go above and beyond and the property is beautiful and maintained extremely well. Leasing my apartment was also extremely seamless, Stacey was so helpful with helping me get my utilities set up and coordinate movers/handymen etc. Would absolutely recommend living here. They truly go above and beyond and have created a great place to live as a result.

We went to the Eastline Residence about a week ago and were very impressed. The apartment is in a nice location with excellent amenities and breathtaking views of the Dallas skyline. The staff was very courteous, responsive, and answered all of our questions.The leasing agent, Taylor, was nothing short of awesome. Without any appointment, she gave us a very comprehensive tour of the entire building. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and professional, and without a doubt, made a very lasting impression. She told us everything that we needed to know and more and promptly followed up with us after our visit.If you are thinking about moving to the Dallas area, and would like to be in a nice area with convenient access to uptown, downtown, and the SMU campus, the Eastline Residence is definitely worth a look. Ask for Taylor - she is spectacular at what she does and will provide you with all the information you need before deciding to move.

I recently moved here and I cannot thank Stacey and Taylor enough. They have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process (leasing to moving in). Talk about going above and beyond! Great amenities and appreciate how clean the place is kept. There’s room for improvement in the level of professionalism from the concierge though. Location is ideal. Close to walking trails, restaurants, and shopping centers.

Cannot speak for the leasing office but I rented an Air B&B here and it was great. The only complaint is the train would come by every so often and I could hear it as the unit faced toward the train tracks. I rented a 1BR unit and while it was small the views and amenities were great. Very nice finishes in unit. I believe I was on the 7th floor and the halls and carpet were very clean. The parking garage is also very nice. Parking can be a little tight on bottom floors but if you go up a few floors you will find lots of empty spaces. Just ride the elevator back down to your floor. I am a structure and design enthusiast and have to say this building and the garage are worth looking at in the SMU area.

Graham is such a phenomenal leasing agent! He was kind and thorough. We looked at about 10 apartments and he was extremely patient the entire time. He was very knowledge about the property and was helpful from beginning to end. He made us feel comfortable and found us the perfect apartment tailored to our needs. Eastline is very lucky to have him! I’m glad I got to tour with my client as I got to meet Graham. The property is also beautiful with tons of different layouts (including a penthouse) to choose from and with amazing views of the city (downtown and beyond) with floor to ceiling windows.

EDIT: Ive been living here for about 2 months and have loved it. Given how new the building is, there were definitely some kinks when I first started living here. However, as time goes on these kinks are getting ironed out.The staff is phenomenal and incredibly kind. Meghan was my leasing agent and she was great! She had answered any questions I had, and really came through for me when I needed to move in fast. Constant and helpful communication throughout the entire leasing process. She made my first apartment leasing experience an absolute breeze.The rooms are lovely with quite the view, and the appliances are great. You might occasionally hear some noise from other apartments when walking through the hallways, but the apartments are soundproofed quite well. Quite happy with my decision to move into Eastline!

Weve had so much help with Stacey, the leasing agent, since looking at this apartment complex. She listens carefully to prospective tenants to ascertain exactly what theyre looking for, including aesthetics and price range. She did an amazing job videoing the apartment, including all details and amenities. Ive lived in many places and in my experience, Stacey is at the very top of her profession. Id give this apartment complex and leasing office my very highest recommendation.

I’ve been here for over a year now and I have to say management has really turned around! When I first came here concierge/ staff werent friendly, and seemed kind of stuck up. But with the new management everyone has been super friendly and helpful! Matthew is very kind and seems to have genuinely good relations with all the residents. Daisha at the concierge is super friendly and always helpful with a smile!

OMG! First let me say that this property is beautiful. I went for a tour yesterday and it was everything. Alexandra was so professional and helpful. I was shown multiple layouts with different views. My experience on the tour was amazing. She answered all my questions and even showed me the garage, no tour guide has done that since I’ve been looking around. Second, I love that there’s parking (FREE) for guests and the common areas do not need to be reserved for small gatherings. The pool view and sky lounge...man, if you haven’t seen that top view, go and see it. I have to say this property has moved to the top of my list. Even though I have a lot of time before leasing, this is definitely a place I would consider! Thank you so much!

Stacy in the leasing office is the best! She helped me move from Alabama to Dallas for law school and she made it so easy and did so much for me. She helped my parents and i through every step of the process and we literally could not have done it without her.I chose eastline for safety and location. I feel extremely safe here whereas my friends who live in uptown deal with homelessness in their buildings. You can’t put a price on safety. I love that eastline is new. You can’t beat the amenities either as they are all top of the line. I also love being so close to highland park. I felt so welcomed moving in! The leasing team is the best and so is the concierge staff.
