Coming from a house to an apartment can be challenging, but Eastbank Riverwalk has made it feel like home. The management and staff, including maintenance, all feel like family. The amenities of this place put it over the top, and of course the river walk only adds to its charm.

EastBank is such a peaceful place to live. I feel safe here and love my neighbors. I love being across from the river walk. Having that view every morning is so nice. We have so many amenities you can’t go wrong living here. Samantha made it so easy from showing me my apartment to signing and moving in. All the staff at EastBank in Flower Mound are so nice.

I have enjoyed living here. Maintenance has been the best I’ve had at any property and I’ve lived at several apt complexes. Jose is quick to address any issues I’ve had. He always greets me when he sees me on property. I always see him going above and beyond to make sure the property looks clean! Can’t wait to hang out by the pool this summer!

I’ve lived here for 3 years, going on 4. There have been many changes, but all in all, it’s a great place to live. Close to everything , right by the path, and a great sense of community. I’d be interested in seeing more events for Eastbank and river walk . I think it would be a great way to meet neighbors and connect. Maintenance here is always friendly and respectful. That’s José for you heart work you always try to serve when we need you all the office members are nice, and with the happiest smile🥰

Just got back from the tour of Eastbank Riverwalk and I had the best experience which you get very Seldom in these visits, I am in the Search of an Apartment from quite sometime which made me to get to Eastbank, I am so glad that I have done this and got to met with Eileen Chun the Community Manager, She is absolutely an amazing Agent who has taken time to understand my requirements and able to take me through the entire Leasing Process.Eileen has given a complete breakdown of rental amount (including the hidden costs) for taking up the lease and She has demonstrated knowledge of her expertise on the tour. She was so good in each and every corner of the Apartment explaining the very basic details of the flat, man she was so passionate of the Business.People rent Apartments coming across from every part of the US and sometimes from a different country and the information about leasing forms a vital part of the Process of temporary Stay, explaining the pros and cons is needed to mitigate the complications at the end of the leasing Period and Agent like Elieen is well suited and gifted in mastering this Art of Customer/Tenant Support, She created a comfort environment during the whole tour Process and like I said earlier She did with a great Art and Passion.An employee like Elieen is a true Asset that every entity should have so that they can make a difference in the way the business runs and also make a huge Positive contribution in the Client Service.Before I go I would like to highlight this quote “No business has ever failed with happy customers. You are selling happiness.” I truly believe that Eastbank will never fail having Assets like Elieen on their side.

My husband and I have lived here for a few months and have really enjoyed the community. The staff is great and very helpful and responsive. Its very clean and clam. And the apartments are great with nice finishings.One of my favorite things is that it is right in the middle of Flower Mound, I can get to so many places in town in such a short time. The location is so convenient.

I’ve lived here for 3 years. This is a very safe and peaceful environment. To me this is by far the best apartment living experience in Flower Mound. Had zero issues in 3 years. Thankful that I chose to live here before moving into a house. Highly recommend.

Wanted to give a quick shoutout to the leasing professionals, Samantha Harbison made my decision easy to lease here; smooth move-in process and has been great with communication! I was already familiar with the area, as I lived at the neighboring apartment community for a few years and then moved out of Flower Mound for a short while. It is SO quiet (as far as hearing my neighbors) and the floorplans are beautiful (compared to surrounding communitys). No complaints thus far and highly enjoying my time with Eastbank :)

It is rare when residents can post a positive review about an apartment community. We lived here for 6 months after a house we were buying fell through and we really enjoyed our stay. We got used to being in the center of Flower Mound, so we really do miss that after moving to Lantana.Jacob and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The community is clean. The townhouse we lived in was very nice (3 levels). Lots of nice areas to walk around the Riverwalk. My kids got to hunt a lot of Pokemon at the park and walking paths there :)The shops there are still under construction as Im writing this, but Im sure this place will be way better once the restaurants are there. Even without the restaurants we really enjoyed our stay at Eastbank Riverwalk. Thank you Jacob and team!

Samantha is always so helpful and kind! And super professional. I am obsessed with the rooftop lounge- it’s gorgeous! And the resident events are always so fun and well organized. Absolutely LOVE it here!

Excellent complex! Very friendly and responsive staff. No issue with my apartment, was detailed and disinfected on move-in day and they even left me a nice welcome gift. Love that there is elevators, mostly for the move... hehe, but also because my parents cant do stairs and I am not on the 1st floor. Apartment finish out is great for the price point. Cant go wrong here.

I have truly had the time of my life living at Eastbank RiverWalk! I’m a home body by nature and I throughly enjoyed living in a semi-closed community that helped me break out of my comfort zone at the same time. On a nice day, I could take a book to the pool area or to the roof and chill out on a longer chair for several hours- feeling out in public while being Covid safe and not overly social. I work out at odd times and the gym was the perfect size for me! Additionally, the mailroom is easy to navigate, clean, and the USPS worker that drops by is the sweetest woman I’ve ever met haha. I walked 4-5 times a week down the RiverWalk itself and got to watch baby geese and ducks grow up last year! Even in the 2021 freeze, the complex was responsive, informative, and honestly beautiful in the snow! I also perfected my parallel parking on safe, street parking! There is ample parking in the complex, but my building was closest to street parking. The fire department next door is also very comforting if there’s ever an emergency or if I felt I needed an escort to my building. Basically, everyone is friendly, the community is safe, and the office consists of the kindest staff I’ve ever interacted with! I can’t recommend this property enough!

The application was easy to fill out, the response time was very quick. Julie in the office, although new, was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process even smoother.We’ve only been here a little over a week and aside from what sounds like 5 or 6 children jumping and screaming throughout the evening next to our bedroom, everything’s been great!

This has been a great complex to live in! Quick and helpful responses from management The location is in proximity to all things and has the new restaurants that just opened! It’s a peaceful neighborhood and the community is friendly. I moved to a new state due to a new job otherwise I wouldn’t have moved.

The apartments and community are beautiful in an unbeatable location right on the Riverwalk which you can see from Hillstones Rooftop Sky Lounge! They have a friendly and professional staff who are ready to help you in any way they can. If you are looking for modern luxury living in Flower Mound, I would recommend stopping at Hillstone River Walk first!
