I came for this apartment for enquiry about one bed room . The price is reasonable and very nice environment. All of the apartments are super clean . The leasing office is beautifully decorated with plants, giving it a garden-like atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful—Manager Namee & Sun Yi were very kind and accommodating, and Leasing Consultant Jackie provided excellent customer service when I inquired about a one-bedroom apartment. Overall, a great experience!

I absolutely love this apartment complex! I’ve lived here since 2022. The complex overall is very quiet, you wont have to worry about anyone blasting music at all hours of the night or anyone being disruptive. Management is very helpful, friendly and attentive to everyones needs. The complex is constantly making improvements for the tenants. Every time I have ever had an issue with my apartment or needed something fixed, maintenance would stop by the same day I made my request or the following day, which I am very grateful for. The pool area is so beautiful and relaxing and the tenants that frequent the pool are all so friendly and respectful. I really love that they keep the grounds clean. I never see trash laying around like other more expensive apartment complexes. The rental rates that they offer, are unbeatable! All I can say is this place is an absolute gem and I am so grateful that I stumbled across this little oasis I call home.

I recently moved into this apartment, and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience so far. One thing that stands out is the exceptional maintenance service. Today, after noticing an issue with the heater, I submitted a work order. Joaquin went above and beyond by coming back to the apartment after his shift to check the heater. He not only explained how to use it properly but also made sure it was working perfectly. Even after leaving, he returned two hours later to double-check that everything was still functioning smoothly. Todays temperature is extremely cold, so his prompt and thorough service was especially appreciated. I’ve never experienced such diligent and responsible maintenance service at any apartment before!

I am excited to be moving into a great apartment that is only 6 minutes from my job. 🙌🏻 The process from start to finish was super easy and hassle free. Thank you Sunny so much for the time in explaining the process, and ensuring I was able to get everything prepared before moving in. Great little spot hidden away off by Kirkwood and i10. Its quiet and safe. Theyve done a good job keeping it up. The place was built in the 80s and has many of the trappings of the day, but the spaces are large. Rent wise, its just ok. Theyve been steadily raising rent each year to the point that you can find newer and eith more amenities elsewhere, but overall, I think you still get a lot for the price. The pros are that its super convenient to town and as I said its kept up, lastly the price isnt bad. Cons being that its dated, the pool is kept locked up most of the year... memorial to the end of summer mostly. There are washers and dryers on site, but they will shred your clothes. All in all, if you work locally and want a safe spot with larger floor plans, this is your place. The staff are super friendly, and the maintenance crew responds quickly. I do like the place, and were it not for the rent creeping up, Id say its 100%.

Lived here for two years, it was very peaceful. Neighborhood has access to lots of local after hours venues, without the hassle of being right next to them! Good area for families, good school district. Easy access to the main interstate for commuting. Staff is always friendly and attentive, my apartment was comfortable.

I’ve lived here nearly a year and have been lucky to find a great hidden gem tucked away in the Energy Corridor. Close to Memorial City and Bunker Hill. Close to Katy. Easy access on and off IH 10 without the highway and city noise. Very quiet and peaceful complex. Never feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Management is friendly, communicate well, and quick to help with the minimal issues I’ve had. Having a home where you don’t have to worry really makes a huge difference when it’s time to relax at the end of the day.

This apartment is SO awesome and beautiful! I love the location, and how hidden and serene it is. My boyfriend and I have been living here for just a couple of days, and we absolutely love it!! 😇 Ms. Jackie is so sweet, genuine, bubbly, and helpful!!🩷 She made this process so easy and always made herself available to answer any questions. Love this place, very quiet and friendly neighbors. Management is very helpful and understanding. Things get fixed quickly and maintenance man is very nice. Ive lived here since 2015My only compliant is everything is extremely old and no crown molding etc for the price we pay.. but other than that Im happy here and its a great location and feel safe here 😃. The lights at night are nice and bright and fix the lights quickly when theyre out. I usually let them know if I see something out or misplaced or if something needs attention. I probably wont resign this year only because income changed and my rent will go up soon. I like to stay here😔.Wish there were more dog pooping stations? That had trash cans attached? Maybe people would actually pick up their dog poop? -Expecially towards the back the the field.by

I love living here. Great community, safe, quiet, peaceful, relaxing and definitely a hidden gem. (Stay away if you are noisy!) Even during the summer, the pool is relaxing, no loud groups, just peace.Management is extremely helpful especially Jackie. Maintenance team is great, they respond quickly. If you’re looking for up to date appliances, amenities, etc. then this isn’t the place for you, but honestly finding a community in Houston that is safe, close to the city but hidden is hard to find.Overall great place to live!

Great place to live. One of the best kept secrets in Houston. Manager is very friendly and helpful. She does her best to solve your issues and does a great job of keeping our community safe and keep our apartment in great shape. I have recommended this place to many CO workers. Did not give them 5 stars as no one is perfect but there close to it. Location is excellent, no amenities but I never used them in other apartments. I love that there is no carpet only in the bedrooms. If you are noisy look elsewhere I would say.

Amazing apartment complex! Every time I had an issue, it won’t take more than a day for them to get it fixed! The location is perfect! 8 minutes away from Memorial mall and the fact that is a little hidden behind the car dealerships on I-10 make it pretty secure. Jackie is amazing, she even bothered to call me an let me know that I had some credit on my previous rent payment so she gave me the actual payment amount for following month so I wouldn’t overpay them. Been living here for 2 years now and I will only move out when I purchase my home

I needed a place to stay until I found a house to buy. That apartment was perfect! The staff was always available and extremely friendly anytime i needed anything. When I needed a repair done, they took care of it immediately. The location is a major plus being so close to the freeway but still hidden in the neighborhood. I’ve always felt safe their as well! If you’re looking for a nice, clean quiet place to live then Eagle Hollow is for you! I would definitely rent their again if ever needed! Highly recommend!!! :)

I am going on my second year lease. I am very happy here. I feel safe, comfortable, and all the managers are extremely helpful and nice. These are not luxury apartments, but are very fair and average / nice for the price. I do recommend these apartments.

I have lived here for 2 months now and I have to say my stay has been very pleasant. Place is quite and neighbors mind there own. Management team is courteous and polite. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. I will definitely recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a nice, quite, safe place to stay. Buildings are not new but still somehow maintained to where they are livable and price is not that high.

I recently relocated from Florida to Houston three months ago for a fresh start and didn’t know where to rent and I stumbled upon the opportunity to rent with Eagle Hollow Apartments. Most people only leave reviews when they have bad experience but I want to take my time to say I had a great experience with the staff Jackie and Amena they well very helpful and they help me settle down with ease. Finding a place that’s clean safe and reasonable in price can be very difficult and stressful but I will say this place meets my every needs I highly recommend it to anyone who is on a budget and is looking for a safe clean place to stay with great staff support.

The complex is fairly large, so depending on what building you are in some of these bad reviews may apply, but overall this place is great and decently priced IMO.Ive lived here now for almost 3 months and my experience has been smooth all the way. From working with the leasing office during move in, to the apartment itself. The staff was helpful and friendly to me and I did not find any issues with their attitudes or the way they handled my lease.The unit I rent is on the second floor. At 766 SF it has a vaulted ceiling, fire place, 2 sliding glass doors, a linen closet, coat closet, outside storage room, WD hookups, very large bedroom closet, carpet in the bedroom, linoleum mimicked hardwood throughout the rest of the apartment, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard (which has a small waterscape with fountain).As a whole, the complex is very quiet and located next to a nice neighborhood. A buffer of businesses sit between the complex and I10 which keeps the road noise to a minimum/non-existent. The Addicks reservoir sits right behind the complex. It should be noted that the complex did not flood during Harvey. I began checking into this complex, and visited it, less than 6 months after the storm and did not see any new construction going on.Location, location, location!!! This place is in an amazing location within Houston as it is smack dab in between Memorial City and the heart of the Energy Corridor (although it seems the area is considered part of the Energy Corridor). Lighting is good throughout the complex, and there is a security company that drives around periodically at night and in the evenings.There is access to park trails via a bridge crossing located about half a mile from the complex at the back of the aforementioned neighborhood. The bridge access point provides a link to a hike/bike trail which connects all the way to Terry Hershey park which further connects to other area parks.Check it out for yourself. Before moving here I scoped the place out several times both during the day and at night. Id often park and walk around to see if it felt safe and look for any oddities. I also checked out crime maps in and around the area. Once realizing that it was about as safe as any other average area of town, I decided to make it home.Ive only come across two issues with bugs: 1) Ants in the bathroom. This was taken care of by finding the entry source and plugging it up with some caulk - no more ants! 2) Wasps/Bees. Since the Addicks reservoir sits right behind the complex I believe the trees/open undisturbed land attract a number of wasps and bees. Be prepared to check the patio/balcony for new nests and spray them as needed.
