My fiancé and I love it here. The apartment has a great atmosphere and balcony views. We love how classy the black finishes look. Great club house vibes for chilling out with other residents. The office/maintenance staff are very friendly, accommodating, and willing to help however they can. Work orders are placed thru a portal and are completed in a timely manner. The place is kept very tidy and pets are welcomed and the grass is clean (for the most part). We also love the geographic location— right off of 281 N, grocery store plaza within walking distance, & close by via station. This is our second unit with them and we couldn’t be more at home. If you’re in the market for a place, consider durrington ridge !

We’ve loved our time at Durrington Ridge so far! The leasing team is incredibly friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always timely and efficient, which we really appreciate. The amenities - pool, coffee bar, gym, and dog park are truly top-notch and well maintained. We would definitely recommend Durrington Ridge to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Sofia and I recently moved into this place and it’s been an amazing experience. Matthew, our leasing associate, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Durrington has been such a great experience for my fiancé and me, from our first apartment here, to our transition to our second apartment here, the staff has been great the whole time.The maintenance staff is very friendly and timely with work order request , front door staff always very welcome.The only suggestion I would make is, we would love more community events, more opportunities to get to know our neighbors in a fun environment !

My wife and I have been residing here since September 2023, and we have no complaints. Its a fantastic place to live. Its conveniently located right off highway 281, close to many things, especially within Stone Oak. The management is excellent, and the maintenance service is even better. Ive submitted 5-6 maintenance requests in total, and they almost always address them the same day or the next day. Highly recommend!

I enjoy living at Durrington Ridge. Sunshine,Madison,Marisa ,and Najwa are so professional and have been so attentive to all of my needs from start to finish. This has been the best apartment complex that I have lived in since moving to San Antonio in 2007. I highly recommend this place! I have recommended Durrington Ridge to my friends and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work! Oh and I absolutely love my apartment! The view from my balcony is amazing. Oh I forgot to mention they have the best community gatherings and they are alway cheerful and happy to see you. They make you feel like extended family. I absolutely love my “Durrington Dolls”!

Durrington Ridge is a great community!!Modern, spacious apartments, and very family friendly. I have to shout out the maintenance staff, especially Travis who are always extremely prompt, transparent, and effective. Our AC went out and Travis not only fix the issue that day, but explain to us what the problem was so we had the agency to solve it in case it happens again. Would recommend this community to anyone looking for modern and affordable living.

I love living at Durrington Ridge! I’ve just renewed my lease for another year here and I can’t stop telling everyone how much I love my apartment. My unit is so spacious and feels luxurious; I love the small but unique details like the tiled backsplash in my kitchen. The front office and maintenance team always make sure the property is tidy, and are extremely attentive to any questions or concerns. I also love that the property team takes the time to organize community events and food trucks! I truly feel like I’ve found a gem in San Antonio and I don’t intend on leaving anytime soon!

I recently moved into the exquisite Durrington Ridge apartment complex, and I must say, it has been an absolute delight from day one. The entire experience, from the welcoming staff to the vibrant community and the array of top-notch amenities, has been nothing short of exceptional.The Staff is one of the standout features of Durrington Ridge and Marissa is a great listener. From the moment I first inquired about leasing a unit, the team displayed utmost professionalism and warmth. They were incredibly patient in answering all my queries, providing detailed information about the complex, and helping me find the perfect apartment that suited my needs.The management team organizes regular community events, allowing residents to come together and foster meaningful connections. The sparkling swimming pool is an oasis and cant wait to sit back and relax poolside hopefully in the next week or so. The gym is fully equipped with modern exercise machines, making it a pleasure to work out and stay fit. Cant wait until we start the bootcamps classes here so we can stay fit all year round. Overall happy with the move to the community so far .

My experience living at Durrington Ridge has been incredible. The apartments are stylish and spacious, and the amenities are top notch. Although the pool is still under construction, it will be stunning once it opens at the end of this month. The staff is so kind and always willing to help, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I adore Sunshine and Marissa, I feel as if I’ve known them my entire life. Let’s just say if either of them stop working at this property I will move out!

What an amazing property! The great amenities, beautiful floor plans and great location were only exceeded by the professionalism Marissa Vaughan exhibited when I visited the property. Her excitement for the newly built property overlooking the Stone Oak and 281 N area was contagious! Not having rented in years, I had some very basic questions which Marissa patiently addressed, even giving me information about transferring utilities and internet service to ensure a smooth transition. I have been at Durrington Ridge for almost a month now and it has exceeded my expectations! Love being the first person to live in my apartment, my garage and the responsiveness of the leasing office. Service didn’t end at the signing of the contract and I am lucky to have made the decision to make Durrington Ridge my home.

The leasing office people are attentive and super nice.Our shining star, MADISON, was on top of things from the moment we walked in to our move-in, to figuring out all the little nick knacks and adjustments that come post-move in. She was kind enough to answer all our questions and thoroughly at that! The amenities rock- from the common area, to the gym, to the pool. I especially appreciate the pool for lap swimming and the office makes sure people follow the rules for upkeep. We are close to a VIA bus park & ride-no safety issues thus far although I hope they figure out some type of security monitoring as the complex grows. Within the apartment, the a/c unit is noisy for my taste and wish there was a little more storage space in the apartment but overall great feel! Happy to be here!

Love love love this property! Every floorplan is perfect! The finishes on this modern masterpiece are incredible. I am a realtor and I see finished everyday, not too many places were created for the most picky renter! The staff here is amazing. Sunshine the manager is always present and takes care of all my clients. Marissa is a leasing agent and she always, I mean always is smiling and bubbling, happy to assist my clients. Be careful, as she is a closer! Anywho, if you want to be treated like VIP and live the high life, and still save money, Durrington Ridge is your spot! Durrington Ridge is the way to go! Najwa is absolutely phenomenal. My boyfriend and I just moved to Texas from Minnesota, essentially hoteling and living out of suitcases. Najwa gave us our tour and from the moment we met her, we could tell this was a community we wanted to be part of. Her energy is so genuine and infectious. She made us feel comfortable and told the truth. We applied same day after touring (Saturday) and Najwa had our lease signed with all paperwork submitted by Monday, and we were able to move in Tuesday. The sense of urgency and timeliness was so appreciated. Najwa goes above and beyond to make Durrington awesome. I fully believe that is the type of management that you can expect moving here.Additional pros besides Najwa:- beautiful grounds, very well kept, no/minimal dog poop piles (seems like a problem at apartments in Texas and I realized how big of a priority clean grass for a dog is, you’ll be safe here)- people in the community were out and about and friendly- porches can’t have a ton of junk of them (it’s enforced) - big pro for me because I want the community to look nice- amenities are awesome- apartments are clean, new, and beautiful- leasing staff is speedy and responds to emails VERY quickly- nice referral incentive and 2 months of rent free incentiveCons:- location could be a con depending on what you’re looking for- apartment is on a busy one way road so if you miss the turn, you’re going around the block 😅We’re just moving into the apartment so I don’t have anymore to add but will update in the future as I learn more.

My experience with Durrington Ridge has been nothing short of incredible! From the moment I stumbled upon their leasing sign, I was greeted by Jess, who took the time to give me a tour despite her busy schedule. I came back a few days later to gather more information and never felt pressured to make a decision. But guess what? I decided to apply, haha! Then, Matthew from the leasing team reached out and shared the exciting news that my application was approved! I even got to meet the Regional Manager, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was so kind to my daughter and had a dance party with my daughter to celebrate our new apartment LOL !!! Once I moved in, I had a few questions, and Julia from the office was more than happy to answer them. She was warm, inviting, and incredibly helpful as well. There’s also another lovely lady who’s new to the leasing team, and she was just as friendly and kind. The entire team is. I’m so grateful to call Durrington Ridge my home, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
