I reside here at Diamond Loch, and all I have to say is I love this community! Everything from my neighbors to the amenities to the office and maintenance staff are awesome! Everyone I’ve ever encountered in office has always been so polite and friendly. I’ve never had any issues with work orders and truly enjoy living here. This is my 4th year signing a lease, and I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Ashton and Jazmin in the office are wonderful. They take care of everything. They have helped me with so many problems and they work to get the community to work together, and the maintenance crew is great! I never have any problems and they clean up and take care of everything.

The apartments are great and management is great also ! Been here since September and application was easy. Moving in was easy !Anytime I have something that needs fixed or looked at always done with no issues same day or with in couple of days . Maintenance guy is nice too! Don’t know old management but the current one that’s here seems to be doing things for the better of the apartments and enforces rules for people to pick up after them self and so the apartments don’t look like trash and that’s great. 😊 Lisa and Ashton are amazing .

Love the area I have live around here for years. Apartment is cute, and the office staff is polite and inviting. If you have ANY issues with noise, DO NOT rent a bottom floor, no matter how much stairs bother you. If you risk it, BEWARE. if the upstairs has children? Heads up- bare floors, with constant stomping, banging tantrums! That will break even a Saint.

Miller is mentioned in 100 other comments and he deserves to be. The apartments are nice, bug free, all dogs welcome (big bathing room), and quiet neighborhood. Office and maintenance are awesome! Stephanie and Haven will make you feel welcome, and they’ve gone above and beyond to help us. Miller has provided the best maintenance I’ve experienced. He can fix anything and he makes you feel like family. He’s quick and he’ll come on his day off. Thank you all for making our lives comfortable. Best deal on rent too for a good apartment near rufe snow/377/820/35

I had never looked at the reviews before, but last week I googled the complex to get their phone number and saw these awful reviews. I think many people only place reviews when they are angry, so I thought maybe I should give a review from someone who happily lives here. I moved into these apartments about 2 years ago. Since I moved in I havent had many problems. My son and I honestly enjoy living here and hope to stay a while. It is close to the schools and the people are really kind. The neighborhood next to us does it a big Halloween shindig for the kids and during Christmas there is an awesome drive/walk through in the neighborhood. It is very kid friendly- and pet friendly too as many people seem to have dogs! They came under new management last year and the only reason I noticed was because I walked in the office after checking the mail to ask someone to come kill the wasps on my porch- which they did within an hour of telling them. I have had a few normal home issues but they were all fixed within a very timely manner. I cannot think of waiting more than 24 hours for anything to be fixed. The new management really seems to be fixing up little odds and ends, like redoing the parking lot and pool. They have fun little events at the office too. My son really enjoyed the Root beer Float Day this summer. Cacey at the front desk is always so extremely helpful and kind! Ive called/emailed with questions about changes or my packages and she always goes above and beyond to help. I feel very comfortable living here knowing i can count on her to help with anything. Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments to someone I cared about. I think they are safe and very nice.

Hi my name is Zach, I put in 4 maintenance orders and the maintenance guy named “Miller” came out to our apartment. Within 30 minutes, he already had 3 of my request already finished and done great! Miller was super polite and courteous while working in our apartment as well. He made sure that we were satisfied with the work he had done before he left and made sure there was nothing else that we needed to do! Diamond loch hires professional employees to run our apartment complex. The leasing office ladies are always so helpful to what we need and answering any questions that we have. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to live with caring employees, great neighbors, a pool, and a gym. Then diamond loch is the apartment you’ve been looking for! 💎

Mr. Miller by far has been the best maintenance technician to come and help me with our apartment issues. Wonderful attitude , very professional, a great sense of humor. Haven and Stephanie are truly great. From the moment my family stepped into the office, they treated us with kindness and efficacy. We were able to move in within a short time frame and everything has been perfect. They are very accommodating with great customer service! So much so that they provided muffins and juice to my children, and anything else we needed! Also, they gave me a care package/move in present that was very handy and so thoughtful! Thank you so much Ladies!!

I’ve been living here for 4 months now and me and my boyfriend love it so far. I am sad to see all the negative reviews but they seem to be pretty outdated anyway. The apartments have always been timely in handling any maintenance requests with us. I walk my dog everyday around the complex and it is well kept and clean. They are very dog friendly and have a dog park and dog washing station which is awesome. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love stopping in just to say hi to Jessica and Shelby in the office. Our apartment is spacious yet affordable and we love all the amenities the complex offers such as washer/dryer in unit, pool, gym, valet trash, a yard, etc. Overall you get a great value for what you pay. We were looking for something affordable with the right amenities and I’m glad to call diamond loch home!

This place has been great so far. From the very beginning, even before I signed my lease, the ladies in the office already knew me by name. Really makes you feel welcome.From the first time I drove up, the exterior just looked very clean and well maintained. The apartment is great and the prices are tough to beat. I havent had much of a chance to explore yet, but Im liking what I see so far

I honestly love living here. The ladies in the office make the living experience here great. Miller and the maintenance crew are super quick with handling problems. The environment is calming and the grounds are always clean. This place is well taken care of. I wouldn’t recommend any place else. Haven will force a smile on your face with her ora.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate this as that is half the battle.My problems are less with staff and more with the environment. The apartment itself I think was worn down by the past residents and not really fixed. Doors are cut super unevenly and some do not even fit in the frames properly. The windows are gross and one has a huge chip in it that I noticed after returning my move-In check list. The other residents are not the greatest. The walls might be super thin or the residents are super loud. The neighbors around me slam their front doors closed so loudly it shakes my apartment and I’m on the ground floor. People let their kids go snooping in others back patio spaces daily. The lady on the 2nd floor behind my apartment and across the little grass path is so loud that I hear her conversations on her patio all day and all night. Especially when she’s yelling on the phone because her young son spent $200 on Xbox without her knowing. Yes, I know all about her life and have not spoken one word to her.So staff are great. The residents are making me miserable. Definitely not a tranquil place at all.

I just recently moved here and I love the place, the space and privacy is incredible. The staff is amazing and quick, and the office manager lisa and Ashton are a great help. Made me feel like I was home as soon as I walked in that door.

Ive been living here for about three months now and my experience so far has gone pretty smoothly. Zabrina and Jose are both very professional, nice and responsive and the place itself is very cute and well kept in my opinion. Good place to move into if youre on the hunt for a new home.

I have lived here for a year and a half. I really love living here. It has so many great amenities. Although the apartments come with a wash and dryer there is a laundry room. workout room, pet grooming room, a dog park area and a small area for a cookout.

Today I met what seemed to be an angel. Her name was Shelby. My family and I are new to the state and have been on the hunt for a place to call home.The search thus far has been stressful as I have been house hunting with 2 kids under the age of 3 while my fiance works.Shelby went above and beyond her job duty not only to inform me of all the amenities of the property and give us a showing, but went even further when I came back to fill out the application by helping entertain my 3 year old and simultaneously running the office. Talking to tenants, directing maintenance, signing out packages, etc. She really is amazing!Of course at the end of my application my card decided to not work. She was so gracious and stayed almost 40 minutes late past closing to help me defeat technology and get everything situated. I am so grateful for Shelby and all she did for us. Going the extra mile meant so much to me and I hope I get to see more of her.

Mr Miller goes out his way to help you with any problem that arise in your place. I have seen him working on call if there is anything broke. Mrs Spephenie will help you with your move in. Maintance - Miller is courteous, helpful with any questions or concerns that I have. My door key for the patio storage closet would not work. He rekeyed the lock and made sure that my key would open the closet that holds all of my cleaning supplies.

A new manager apparently came on board a few months ago... didnt even know. I had concerns with signing my renewal and the maintenance requests I put in. I was waiting to sign renewal until requests got finished. I was surprisingly shocked that I never had to put in a 2nd request for repairs! They were on top of things. I am glad things are changing around here.
