    The new manager, Christina, is just what this place needed. She has made such a difference here. She delivers excellent customer service, is extremely helpful, and actually cares. The outside of the apartments look so much better as well. Just wanted to share this and recognize her for all of her hard work and dedication to make living here actually nice. Thank you again.

    Wow Shout out to Christina the new manager who really takes care and looks out for the residents! I’ve been here for a while before she came along and immediately she’s made a big difference! She’s resolved all my issues within a few minutes each time and I’m sure she’d stand up for anyone else who lives here. I honestly never even leave a review so she alone has such an impact. Wish more people were like her. Love her energy too haha

    As my lease is slowing approaching, i wanted to leave an honest review. I live above the office; & here all the ppl that complain about this place... ive had certain issues but maintenance fixed them right away, Ms fe in the office is great shes assisted myself even my twin visiting me . Christina is helpful as well. Gregory showed me the property & is always positive and speaks when i see him around the property. I do wish the mail room was open 24:7 or they had a key card but overall its been ok. Rarely seen roaches , & when its a storm the power goes out; not every apartment is going to be perfect. Im laid back my neighbors would throw parties that lasted till 2/3 am but im a night owl / work overnight so it doesnt even bother me nor my dogs. & i wouldnt recommend the pools other than that. My living experience here was alright

    The people in the office are great and straight to the point, they are making many changes here to the units and the overall quality of the apartments which is great. This is such a convenient place to stay there are grocery stores 5 - 8 minutes away and multiple fast food restaurants.Most of loud noise comes from the cars passing by but other then that no noise complaints.

    I recently juss moved in like a month ago n i can say that the people that were in office helped so much n made it easy for me to move its pretty quite to be on the main street of westheimer really only the most noise you hear is the cars on the street but other than that i like it.maintenance is fast, all 3 people in office are very nice n explains everything to you also my neighbors are very quiet.

    The leasing staff is wonderful!! I came in looking for an apartment and they worked with me in moving me asap on such a short notice. My home was very clean and everything worked perfectly fine. The community is pretty quiet at night which I like! Overall my experience has been a positive one and I definitely see myself renewing.

    Loved Mrs. Aryonna!! worked with me despite my background, so far so good. Easy move in and everything is done electronically. I will be putting updates as the lease continues.EDIT: Very helpful staff, quite neighborhood, security out most of the week. i dont plan on resigning due to the rent increase, id love to stay but a little out of my range. really good area 10/10 would recommend.

    Just renewed my contract for another year.. I use to stay here back in 2012 and no lie the front desk was horrible. But this new team is different specially Ms. Aryonna she is nice and take cares of things. Just like any other apt things happen. Every time they do they are fix with in the same day..

    Descent place to live in. Been here for the past 5 months. No infestation of any sort yet. If you try to keep it clean, it stays clean. Quick service and response if asked for maintenance. Neighborhood is safe. Just a little far to get to downtown but that still makes it a five star rating

    I live in apt 226 and I’m overwhelmed with what you guys are doing in this apartment. Things have changed for the best and I’m giving you guys a 5star because you have done awesomely well in this apartment.Mr Luis the new apartment manager is the best thing that has happened to this apartment and I seriously hope you guys are not transferring him to another apartment any time soon because I’m sure a lot of people including me will move out if he leaves. His professionalism, sense of humor and attentiveness to complaints is overwhelming and he attends to issues with immediate effect. I really love his team and I recommend promotion for him (Mr Luis ) because I have never seen a manager as good as he is in my life. Diamond hills apartment is always neat all because of him unlike the former management that left. God bless you Mr luis, God bless you diamond hills, God bless America 🙏🏽

    Excellent customer Service, me and my friend moved in recently and we are very please with the apartment. Love the area. Ms. Ana is very attentive and responsive with our requests. I have never met someone so helpful and kind. i recommend this place to all my friends. Price is good. I like this area we are close to everything. Great value.

    I have lived at this complex for years and I do not plan on moving anywhere else. The staff here has amazing customer service. They are very helpful, Erika always has a door open to the residents and Stephanie is very sweet when needing anything. At times they go out of their way to help me and I am grateful for that. Thank you all!

    The Diamond Hill on Westheimer is a nice place to live. They have affordable housing to all who are interested which includes all bills paid. The leasing office staff is courteous and professional who always treats residents with respect. They are located on the 82 bus line surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores and fitness center. I recommend them to anyone looking for affordable housing in a nice community.

    Luis, the property manager take good care to tenants maintenance issues.. hes very kind and like to follow up with any complaint we may have. Everyone in leading iffice very helpful and nice staff. Same for maintenance people they come and fix the problems we may have in the apartme. I recomend Diamon Hill for those that want to find affordable place to live.

    I have lived here 14 years I come in at different times because I work and Ive never had anybody bother me no one sitting around waiting to rob somebody its a nice place nice people live here and I really dont Im not scared for anything but no at any place you live is going to have problems finally gets fixed and is that you know I like my apartment I do I would want to live anywhere else

    I could say that I dont have any problems with the property, I recommend it because this year I was researching prices and conditions of other properties in this zip code and the prices are really much better here, and the conditions of the property. I have lived here for almost 7 years and I have neighbors who have lived there for more than 20 years and we agree about the property because of the safety and proximity we have on different roads and so far it has worked out well for me, they have made management changes but I congratulate the owners because both of them The last administrations have been one of the best they have had, when I need to have some of the things fixed in my apartment they solve it within the first 24 hours, I recommend the Property for economic comfort and the proximity to different exit points to traffic, regarding the cockroaches I have always thought that this problem is more than anything of the tenant I do not have until now any problem with pests because my apartment always tried to keep it clean and my garbage in the relevant deposit so I live in hygiene and Cockroaches dont have pork to live with me at home. The current administration is putting a lot of effort into making the Property better every day.

    I have lived in this property since 2014 and I inform you that it is extremely quiet, the apartments are very comfortable and spacious, the maintenance service is EXCELLENT. The office and maintenance staff are very nice.....The truth is that there are only two things that I dont like, first, that for a property as large as this one, there are very few visitor parking spaces and unfortunately They are ALWAYS occupied by people who are NOT in the rental contract, but live here... In short, THERE IS NO PARKING FOR VISITORS... and the second is that their gardens are COMPLETELY ABANDONED... They should invest in conditioning it and thus giving more beauty to the entire environment and helping the environment...some trees, such as pines, palm trees and others, have had to be cut down due to lack of care and it is not fair.

    As Thanksgiving is approaching, I want to thank the Diamond Hill Community, especially its Staff, for the great service they provide to their residents. We have lived with my son Anthony for 18 years in this complex and we feel super happy because it is a very comfortable and beautiful apartment where one can live well. And above all, it is in a very acceptable area close to supermarkets and schools. Happy Thanksgiving!! For everyone❤❤ and many blessings🙏🙏

    All the problems that I recommend these apartments because they give preference to the residents than those in other apartments like in the first Napoleons are those of the reca and they do not care about the residents who take their car for no reason. I was a witness when the Manager told the reca that they will not take cars with only expired stickers that they only put on them warnin here they dont take your cars for no reason. How in the Napoleons and all the apartments that are in that area that they ask you up to 3 times a month and the secretaries dont even help you, they are despots here, not here if they help you and you sleep peacefully that your car will not be taken away by the union for anything I recommend these apartments for their attention and the maintenance is also good

    I feel very happy in this apartment complex, the service is excellent, from maintenance to the manager in the office, the service is excellent, the place is clean, remodeled, swimming pools, all the workers are super professional and friendly, they constantly remodel everything, The manager made us lunch for Mothers Day and there is a lot of security here, it is clear that there is an excellent manager and he does his job very well.
