If you have any sort of “aggressive” breed pup and need help finding housing, Chad is the person to go to! I’ve spent countless hours on my own looking for housing for me and my pit over the years and I wish I had known about Chad sooner. He made the process of finding a new apartment so easy and much less stressful than if I was looking myself.Not only did he give us multiple options of breed friendly apartments, he also found us places that had all of the other amenities we were looking for within our price range. He’s super responsive throughout the process and went above and beyond for us! I sought out DFW Apartment Nerdz back in February for help finding an apartment community willing to work with less than stellar credit. Chad provided me with a great list of options and walked me through the entire process.I just moved into my place this week, and Im grateful for Chads help. I wouldnt have been able to find my place without him. My unit is perfect for what I need at the moment, checked all my nice to have boxes, and has a gorgeous view. Its nice to know that with the right people behind you, you dont have to settle. I highly recommend this locating service. -

My partner and I moved to the Dallas area this past month, Sept 2020. We have a mixed breed dog. Since she has some pit bull in her most of the apartment complexes, we found didn’t take her. Chad was very helpful and provided a good list of apartments that would take our Piper. Chad responded very quickly to any questions and even helped with the move in process! I’m a first time renter and new to the credit world AND also was looking for an apartment that allowed large German Shepherds, and Chad made it way easier to find a great apartment. He was able to provide me with apartment rates and also other information that apartments didn’t have on their websites. I had tried earlier in the year to find an apartment with another locator company, but Chad’s service was way better and I was able to find an apartment through him. He is responsive, very kind, personable (he doesn’t send copy-and-paste messages), and most of all that I noticed, he isn’t pushy at all, which I loved since services like these tend to make me feel pressured. Overall, a great experience and would definitely use this company again if I move! -

If you have any restricted or aggressive breeds, definitely give Chad a call. He helped me narrow down a place that accepted my GSD, was well within my price range, and was in a good part of town within reasonable distance to my work. He was very professional and quick to respond, and very helpful in narrowing down a location since I didnt have time to travel to Dallas to manually hunt for a place on my own. -

USE THEM!! I relocated from a different state & had the hardest time finding a relator or service to help me, due to having a pitbull. As soon as I would say I had a pitbull no one wanted to help. I reached out to over 15 companies!!! I was lucky to find CHAD he was so great responded quickly with detailed information of each apartment listed. Reassured me I would find a place that is breed friendly. I was able to sign a lease in a really nice area before even getting to DFW. I landed and the next day I moved into my new place! This is the only apartment locator company you should use. And I highly recommend you ask for Chad Carter. He is a vet in the industry! He knows his stuff and is prompt in his responses and in helping you. I’ve worked with him for the past 4 years anytime I’ve had to move. I’ve had to move cites across Texas for work. He would tour places when I was hours away and couldn’t go myself. He made calls for me, and didn’t care how many times I called him with questions. He goes above and beyond even offering to help me set up electric, renters insurance, and more. If you need help finding an apartment, condo, or townhouse for rent, DFW Apartment Nerdz is the best company. I found them years back through an online search. I’m so thankful I made the call and that Chad answered. You have nothing to lose or pay for in getting their help. It will make your life easier when searching through the many, many, apartment options. -
