Jacquelyn Morici is professional, knowledgeable, a great listener to anyone’s living needs. Tell her precisely what your needs are and she will deliver. Very personable and approach your needs like it’s her own. Her communication is the latest craze. I have not found in a world ruled by technology and Ai a person you can have voice, pitch, and tone dialogue. Jacquelyn is a new standard in what I thought was a dying thing. She is a business gem and I would recommend her service to anyone. Simply the best.

Great service! Jacquelyn Morici did an amazing job for my roommate and I. She made the whole process of looking for an appartement as easy as it has ever been for us. She was with us all the way until we got approved. She was always transparent and asked specific questions to know what we were interested in, where we wanted to be, our specific budget (and many more) before giving us a list of apartments to check out. She was very invested in raising our approval rate as high as possible. Thanks to her service, we found our new home.

I had only 3 weeks to find a place, my lease is up on October 31st. I contacted Jacqueline October 14th and by October 21st (7 days) I was approved for an apartment, I will be signing the lease today. Jacqueline is a friendly person and was very diligent and thorough from beginning to the end of the process, she works very fast and efficiently.
