He does an amazing job managing work orders under pressure with no assistance. We need more like these two! 👏🏼💪🏽🥳. Please get maintenance assistance ASAP to help keep our community and units up to part! I’ve been here 5 years. It really is a reasonable and great place to live.

I went to tour the property on Wednesday and let me tell you, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. From the very first interaction with Ty, I knew that this could potentially be my next home. She was straightforward, funny, such a beauty, inside and out, and gave me gems for my future successes and how to turn my apartment into my home. She genuinely treated me like family, and that’s so hard to come by these days. I even met some of the tenants, and maintenance guys, and they make you feel so at home. Thank you so much Derby Park and a special shout out to Ty ❤️

Shanise Harper and TY are the best at Derby Park Apartments they both have a great personality, the hospitality and vibrant vibe they give welcomes you makes you feel like you’re already home. My tour of the apartment was same day and they answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable of things I wanted to know. Wanted to give a shot out to Latoya!!! Shes AMAZING. Anytime I have any issues, I come straight to Latoya. Shes extremely helpful, her excellent and EFFECTIVE communication truly stands out!! If theres something she doesnt have an answer to, she always makes sure she gets an answer for me before I walk out the office. Her dedication and passion for her work as well as for the residence here is a great example of what success looks like. Latoya, thank you for all that you do, Im so appreciative for you! Derby Park Apartments-If the tenants would only show more respect and be nice to others, throw your trash in the actual trash receptors... the BIG BLUE DUMPSTERS.. (tell your kids what they look like) stop throwing trash on the ground.. and pick up YOUR DOGS POOP take pride in where YOU LIVE!!! . IT would make Apartment Living so much better in Derby Park Apartment Homes!!! But Hey Management cant solve everything or can they? Definitely not 5 star apartments!

It felt good to see so many residents come together & get to know each other. CAF management is doing good with providing activities & events around the property. I love the community. I love the atmosphere. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Im very happy here. I hope to stay for many years but only if the rent doesnt continue to skyrocket. Ive been living here for about a month and really have been enjoying my time the events hosted by both Stephanie and Latoya have been great, from the mothers days flowers, to the most recent pool party this past memorial weekend amazing hosts and cant forget the grill man josh I think was name great employees! I’m new to Texas and I went into the leasing office needing help not relating to renting and Christine was supppeerrr sweet! She was so warm, welcoming, and funny. I work in Property Mgt back home in MI and you just don’t run across people like her working in Customer Service! The Property Mgt. company and the residents are so lucky to have her! By the time I left she’d told me about the area, the school systems and she gave apartment info as well!!! Good job girl!!! It’s time for a promotion😎

I want to applaud Ms Christine Luera for answering all my questions and having such an amazing personality over the phone. I almost gave up looking for a place in this area until I spoke to her. Leasing agent Christine Luera is a jewel. She made shopping around for an apartment a lot easier than i expected. After looking at other complexes and meeting other leasing agents, i had no doubt that i was making the right choice. She answered every question i had and was very knowledgeable about the complex. Her sunshine attitude and easy going personality is a definite plus if you are looking for somewhere to call home.

Very nice quiet and diverse neighborhood. Maintenance orders are completed fast and good office staff. The lady at the desk Christine is very nice and polite and any issue I’ve had she helped immediately without any hassle or attitude! Very nice place to rent if looking for a nice quiet environment that’s right off the highway and surrounding by plenty shopping markets

The office ladies are so friendly and always reply and take care of business in a very timely manner. so glad i chose to move here. had a few problems in the beginning but everything was resolved.neighbors are very dirty and have animals that have fleas. so thats my only problem, but other than that i love derby park.

Just moved to Derby Park, & Christine Luera was a great help choosing the right apartment! I did look at apts in North Dallas, but the price was very reasonable compared to the ones in Dallas...several 100s!! Derby Park is located right in the middle of the Metroplex where I can enjoy a Cowboys/Rangers game only minutes away or a Mavericks game in downtown Dallas minutes away as well! I have been reporting problems for more than 2 months and maintenance has not come. Now I have a damaged bathroom tub, no light in the kitchen and a clogged kitchen sink. I cannot recommend these apartments when they are not maintained
