    I have been living in Deerwood Pines Apartments for a little over 8 years and I love it here. The management always makes sure the property is clean and up to par. Also I love the fact that they have security on site everyday. Its not just a commissioned officer, they actually have a police officer on duty that rides thru the complex at least twice a day. The officer also lives on the property which makes me and my family feel even more safer. I would recommend Deerwood Pines Apartments to anyone looking for a nice quiet upkept place to stay. Great job to management!

    My family and I have lived in Deerwood pines for almost 10 years. We absolutely love the staff here. It truly is a hidden gem. Ms. Sandra always take care of us. I have seen her in action, and she truly cares about this community. Promoting her to be property manager was the best decision the company could have ever made. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a safe place to raise their children.

    My family and I have lived here for 3 years. I have recently signed my lease for another year. Since moving here in 2020 I have had no problems whatsoever. They keep the complex clean and provide very good service when it comes to maintenance issues. Sandra is amazing and provides friendly service all the time. Thank you Sandra for making my living comfortable.

    I have lived in the complex since 2015!! My experience with the facility has been awesome!!! Ms. Sandra is such a beautiful person in and out!!! When you call or come into the office she is always very pleasant and polite with a beautiful smile on her face!! If you call and leave a message she will call you back!! It is such a blessing to have her here!!

    I don’t live here but I visit my client here at Deerwood Pines Apartments pretty often. I visited the workout room with her, office staff were very friendly and even offered us water!!! The gym, office area, and grounds are always very well maintained.When leaving my client’s home I often see the police officer in passing. This past week I was having car issues and the officer actually stopped and made sure that I was okay and had help coming. I didn’t expect the officer to stop and to be so polite.Thank you again and you’ll are doing a great job!If this property wasn’t so far from my office I would actually consider renting an apartment!!! 🤗

    I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. The ladies in the office are very nice, helpful and patient. I have never felt this comfortable about some apartments in a long time. My kids also love the apartments and the environment. I will be here for a while before moving again so this is home for now.

    I am so pleased with the staff. Both ladies are friendly and polite, Mrs. Sandra was helping me in the process of my application. She is so professional, super nice. She took her time to explain the process and always made sure to check I had everything I needed. Love the property, it is so clean. I do not regret my move to the property.

    I went into the office and I was immediately greeted by two young girls in the office. They were so helpful and nice. Emelia explained all the floor plans and pricing to me in real detail. The office was also really clean. Definitely looking to lease an apartment here in the coming weeks thanks to the wonderful staff.

    I recently went to visit Deerwood pines and received help by Ms.Sandra from the leasing office and was really impressed with her knowledge of the community and how kind she was to me and my kids. During the tour the community was really clean from the parking lot to the leasing center. What I loved was that during my visit there was resident appreciation day my kids loved the activities. I would have leased however the downstairs unit I needed was not available to move in immediately. I will definitely recommend this property to fam and friends.

    My Family and I have been here for about 9+ years now and most in part due to the new manager Sandra. She has been our main go to because she is very knowledgeable, focused, and has a great work ethic. She was the reason we stayed through management changes because of her heart and realizing she was really the manager without title the THEN (without full control). I could go on but lastly, I appreciate the side projects she has implemented and has been involved in, with the non-profit organization, to make a better life and community for this area. I was part of one of the non-profits where we ensured that the Deerwood Pine staff received items needed for people in this community. Sandra knows her community well and many of the needs of people who reside here... A manager who can take care of business while having the care and means to provide Great Service!!

    Love it! The staff is great, they are super friendly and nice. Ms. Sandra and Ms. Maria are really helping and sweet people. Also the maintenance are really friendly. The apartments are always clean and up to maintenance. Really awesome place to live at.

    Me and my children been residing here at deerwood for 8 years. Although, it is time for us to upgrade to a bigger home . It will definitely be bitter sweet for us to leave .     Sandra is an amazing employee she is very helpful and nice. Gets to the point and really tries to help future residents pass the application processes.     Hello! I have lived here at Deer Wood Pines Apartments for over 10years and it has been an ok experience living here! But now I must say with DW new management I can really see a wonderful change being done, Old things are being upgraded now, the property is being well kept and last but not least Us as residents are being heard and RESPECTED as should!! With that being said on behalf of myself AND Family and all of DW residents that I know would like to give Ms Sandra Compean a HUGE WARM WELCOME and THANKS Just for being an AWESOME Manager! Ma’am you really go above and beyond To take care of the residents and the property! And we wouldn’t dare leave out the wonderful staff’’ I recently was greeted by Ms Emelia and she was super nice and very helpful! And a big thumbs up for Maintenance Ms Maria and Mr Juan!     Me and my husband have been living here for 8 years and we have seen managers come and go but I can truly say that now we have a good group and Sandra has been a Godsend for us. Juan, the maintenance man is also a blessing for us. They both really seem to care about the tenants well-being and solves all your problems within their capacity. So now this is a rather nice place to live for the least amount of money in this area.All Im waiting on is upgrades since the owners insists on increasing the rent every time the lease expires. My husband has become handicapped and I wish there was more accessibility for wheelchairs.

    Ive been here for a few years the manager that was here in 2016, Mr Juvenal. Ms Connie, Ms Sandra, Ms Maria and Mr Juan are very cooperative when we’ve had a situation. In my opinion they seem fair with all of us. I love living at Deerwood Pines.

    I went to visit my friend there and I must say the property is very clean. Juan, the maintenance tech, is always friendly when he goes to fix the maintenance issues. I will definitely consider moving there when my current lease is up. Great job!!

    Home Sweet Home🌸 I have been living here for years and this place has had it’s ups and downs and is now coming along nicely. I love how residents come together with maintenance and office staff to keep our property clean! I really appreciate how Ms Sandra keeps this place together with her Professionalism and being active in our complex, I often see her walking on any given day picking up trash if she see it on the grounds, She’s friendly to the residents BUT she still knows how to address DeerWoods rules and regulations in a professional manner.Go DeerWood Go🎉🎉🎉RESPECTFULLY: Anjela✔️

    We are residents of Deerwood Pines and we love living here, it is a beautiful place, with tranquility, cleanliness, love, attention and happiness. Very safe to live as a family. I recommend it 100%. Their apartments are spacious and very nice and clean. Her manager Sandra and her assistant Emilia make an excellent team, they make you feel happy with just their treatment and their affection.
