    Deerwood Apartments rates 100+.Staff is very attentive. Mr. Troy the concierge always has a smile on his face, he goes above and beyond to help. The overall place is amazing. I’m so excited to become a new resident.

    Loving the community so far. For the most part it’s quiet and my neighbors are cordial. Parking garage is nice on rainy days! Looking forward to using the pool this summer. The office staff is responsive and concierge is helpful.It would be nice to have better outdoor pet space. The areas we have is dirt that turns into a muddy mess when it rains, leaving little to no space for my dog to use the restroom.Overall, I would recommend living here.

The Management Team here at The Deerwood are all Professional Members From The World Class GREYSTAR Team, This Professional Team is to be envied, This profeddional management team will maintain your residence here with 24 hour security, and I am extremely pleased that by having the peace of mind in having a top rated reliable maintance men that are friendly and courteous and you will love your neighbors as I must say you will be quite surprised how this property is beautiful;y maintain with lush landscaping and the surprise is that this property is AFFORDABLE.     My tour visit to Deer wood apartments was absolutely amazing. I met with a warm welcome by the concierge, the fur baby princess D and leasing agent Meghan. Meghan was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. My questions and concerns were addressed patiently and efficiently. Meghan made me feel very welcomed, like I belonged. She took pride in explaining all the positive attributes of the property. I was very impressed with how clean and elegant the property was. It was centrally located and surrounded by nearby stores. I am waiting to see if something comes available for my move in date. I am confident that Ms. Meghan will reach out and keep me posted. Thanks Meghan!!!

    After living at Deerwood for over 5 years, I can say with all confidence, theres an amazing staff here. Gio, the manager, Cindy, the assistant manager, and Troy the concierge manager all work together to create a beautiful, peaceful, and efficient living environment. Theyre always quick to respond to any challenges and theyre all very caring and professional when they do so. I recognize that a great location and great floor plans, could easily get lost without a great staff. I absolutely love a beautiful and peaceful living environment, and when people visit me...thats one of their first comments. Im grateful for the entire Deerwood Staff and their commitment to great customer service, and it has kept me renewing year after year.

    Way Beyond Your Expectations For Apartment Living As Well As Way Beyond Measure For Your Expectations As The Management, All Of The Staff Here At The Deerwood Are Extremely Friendly, Courteous, Having A 24 Hour Concierge Service With Plain Clothes Security Patrolling , With Extremely Helpful Staff Members In Every Department Truly Help The Seniors For Whom Are I T illiterate (navigating computers )“ like me” Sadly I Know Just A Little Bit Too Get Me In Trouble However The Manager Cindy and her Assistant Are Very Helpful And Friendly Especially In Listening and Understanding Your Issues When Navigating The Apps For All Communications Both Your Cell Phones and Your Laptop’s! . I love this place and Hopefully Soon The Greystar Management Co. Will Soon Too Decide Too Erect A Dog Run Area and I Am Proud To Be Residing Here At The Deerwood In Tanglewood!!

    Best Apartments I’ve lived in so far!! Management cares and they are always available. Maintenance is always quick to take care of any requests. They do a great job and don’t have to usually come back multiple times for repairs. The 24 hour Concierge Team is the best and having full service Concierge is an amazing amenity. You cannot beat the location and although the apartments are older than many in the area, they are bigger in square feet and the closets are massive. All the amenities you need at the best location makes for the best Apartments in Uptown Park area.

    We’ve lived here over a year and have been very happy. Quiet community, food trucks every Thursday, reliable concierge, security, and a leasing office that cares about their residents and enforces rules so everyone can feel safe and enjoy living here.

    I have currently been living here for 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences with the entire Deerwood team. The entire concierge team is amazing, maintenance is basically immediate and office staff is always helpful and very accommodating. I also love how quiet the overall community is and how friendly all my neighbors are. I am very satisfied with my experiences here and would highly recommend our community to anyone looking for a great place to live. And I almost forgot to mention, the units are a great size!

    Went out to tour the Deerwood I was greeted Troy the the concierge he walk me back to the leasing office, where I met Christi a temp that was just there to help out and Cindy the Assistant Manager. I was give information about the community I wanted to see a B apartment but they did not have one Christi showed me a D their model she said was close to it just a littlebigger she was not wrong, she then showed me the amenities. Beautiful Community and Great office Staff.

    We have stayed here for over a year now, and it has been a wonderful experience! The concierges, leasing staff, and maintenance staff all go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and happy. The apartment itself is a little old, but it is maintained very well. Overall, we don’t plan on moving elsewhere anytime soon!

    Amazing leasing experience with Deerwood Apartments. The staff is phenomenal. Cindy, Gio and Mr. Troy were friendly, informative and helpful throughout the leasing process. The community is well maintained and offers 24/7 concierge. The location is walking distance from a park, several restaurants and shops. Bravo 👏🏾 to Deerwood Apartments!

    My husband and I have lived at Deerwood for three and half years, and it has been the best experience of my apartment living life. Ive lived at a variety of properties over the last 20 years, by choice, and have enjoyed my time here more than any other location. The apartment is spacious, well located. Maintenance is always prompt and courteous, and the 24/7 support of the concierge is wonderful. I cant say enough nice things about the staff.

    The atmosphere at the apartments is exactly what we were looking for. Everyone is friendly and I enjoy walking to the office to get mail or workout in exercise room. Maybe even get a cup of coffee and sit in the business center. Its peaceful even being next to a Houston Fire Station.

    I knew when I was in the process of selling my home that TheDeerwood would be where I would want to nest ! I love my spaciousapartment home *Ive lived here over 2 years*. I cannot say enough good things about the concierge desk associates, the porter who diligently keeps everything tidy, the management is exceptional, the maintenance people do an amazing job of keeping everything working efficiently.......I could go on and on. The landscaping was recently redone and, as a master gardener who was very proud of my former homes garden/landscaping, the company who did the new landscaping did a luscious job of placement and elegant plant selection to enhance the flow of the garden walk. Its a delight to live here!

    We’ve been living at the Deerwood Apartments since 2013 and have experienced quality and exceptional front office services. The front office staff including security have kept us safe and are always available to answer questions deliver packages and help by any means necessary to make our stay feel like home. During these extremely difficult and challenging times During COVID-19, I made a few requests that might seem small but were huge for the essential workers and I just want to say THANK YOU! A grateful resident.

    I’ve lived at the Deerwood in floor plan D for a little under a year, and have loved it! I’ve lived in multiple apartments both in Houston and elsewhere and this is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in. If it’s in your budget, Do. It.Pros:- Maintenance is quick to respond and take care of any concerns. Usually responding same day, depending on what it is.- 24/7 concierge - I could write a book! Troud, Dorothy, and Ernie all quickly learned my name and apartment number and are amazing!! They answer concerns quickly, keep an eye on the gate, and receive all packages that I can pick up whenever.- The apartment itself is quiet. I rarely ever hear my neighbors through the walls and everyone is friendly.- Leasing office is outstanding!! Gio and Cindy have always been quick to answer questions and made move in/adding a roommate later in my lease seamless and easy.- The grounds are well-kept and the location is amazing to get to walking trails, shopping, restaurants, major highways, and the nearby parkCons- The one con is that my apartment faces the fire station, which can get loud. I’ve gotten used to it and noise dampening curtains in the bedroom have helped, but it’s something to consider.

    I need to complement the entire staff at the Deerwood Apartments. My AC went on the blink. It was quickly replaced for which I am very thankful. Eugene and Nacho did a great job in replacing the unit. The follow up of the staff is great. I have lived here for 16 years and find it a great place to live.

    I just recently moved in to this complex and so far I have had a great experience. Feeling safe was extremely important to me and with the 24/7 concierge service I do feel this way. The community is quiet and everyone I have met so far has been really nice. Thank you so much for making my first renting experience a positive one so far!

    Love living at the Deerwood! My apartment is huge and you couldnt find an apartment like this at any other property for the size snd price. The people and staff are so welcoming! Its not like anywhere else I have lived. Its a true community!

    I lived in Deerwood apartments recently for about an year. It was very safe, clean and calm place and conveniently located near park , bank and good restaurants.Fitness center and lobby are excellent and well maintained. Most important management and staff are very efficient and helpful.
