I recently moved in and everything has been great! My apartment is spacious and the views from the balcony are amazing. Felicia, Jeremy, Noelle, Omar, and Alex are all super friendly and helpful.

Great place to live ! Staff here is incredible, friendly, and helpful. The entire place is beautiful. Perfect location to experience downtown FT Worth.The view is the best in the city !

Best place to live in Ft Worth. Central to EVERYTHING!! The pool is “bar none” The best most luxurious leisure area! Amenities galore! Ask for Noelle! Thank you Noelle! I had been looking for an upscale yet affordable apartment in the Ft. Worth area, and found Deca 969!I walked in hoping someone would be able to accommodate me a tour of the facility. Noelle was not only accommodating, but made me feel like I was the only person that mattered despite the fact that it seemed to be the busiest time of day! She worked me in answered all of my questions, and am seriously making arrangements for a new transition to Deca 969! Even the residents were very friendly! I could tell Noelle cared for each resident she greeted and they returned their gestures to her! This is what I am looking for as a resident in a new community! Thanks again Noelle! Looking forward to a great venture!

Noelle went above and beyond helping us find the perfect apartment. The entire staff is customer service focused and it clearly shows. From Omar at the concierge to Patrick in maintenance, everyone here is great.

Were thrilled about the new opening of Deco 969! Its shaping up to be one of the best additions to Fort Worth. The decorations are stunning, and the staff has been absolutely amazing. Cant wait to be a part of this community.
