Chelsea is on the ball. I called Sunday night and received a return call by 8am the next day. She listened to my needs and responded to all my questions promptly (an hour or 2!). She gave me great advice on getting approved for an apartment as I work for myself and do not technically qualify for most apartments due to how they check income. Happy to say we found the perfect place in under 24 hours. Go with Chelsea if you want someone who will listen to your needs and care!

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew on two occasions to find the perfect apartment in Dallas. As a Dallas native, I am no stranger to the number of apartment locator services out there but I’ve never had repeated experiences where customer service is top of mind; understanding my needs, high attention to response times, sharing resources to help me feel more comfortable in decision making, ensuring I’m in the “know” about new buildings before they’re even finished, etc.Searching for a new place to call home in Dallas can be quite overwhelming with the volume of buildings in the city & vast differences in communities that is hard to keep up with BUT Andrew helps to ease all anxiety around those factors.I couldn’t recommend their services enough if you’re looking for quality, attentive, and responsible apartment location services. We were speaking with her- a real live person- within an hour of submitting our request for help in the search for an apartment. Amazing locator group. I had the opportunity to work with Cynthia Martinez over at the Dallas Apartment Locators, and she helped me find an amazing apartment with great incentives. Before working with Cynthia I was looking all over the Dallas market looking for the right apartment, but for one reason or another they just didnt work, but with 1 interview Cynthia immediately suggested a place right off of 75 and Lovers Lane. The leasing agents took great care of me, the apartment is immaculate, and the neighborhood is exactly where I need to be. I initially worked with Andrew Mancuso a few years ago to locate and rent the apartment that Im currently living in. That was by far the best apartment locating experience Ive had as Andrew was always extremely professional, consistently responsive, and very keen on understanding my needs and preferences to help me find the best property.I recently reached out to Andrew to explore if I should consider moving to a new property since my lease renewal rate had gone up more than I was expecting. While I really appreciate the property that Im currently living in, I wanted to get his perspective on exploring other options in the area.Andrew helped me understand the pricing of other options, and with this information, I was able to conclude that it would be best for me to stay where I was. Andrew then provided me with guidance on how to best negotiate with my landlord. Armed with this guidance, I was able to successfully negotiate additional savings on my lease renewal!I hope it’s clear based on this review that I can’t more highly recommend Andrew and Dallas Apartment Locators!

This was my first time moving without being able to explore the city before my move. So it was suggested I try using an apartment locator. I was in touch with two other locators and I was extremely disappointed with the list due to their lack of fulfilling my simple requirement such as a balcony and being close to work. It seemed they just sent a google search. However, after receiving the Chelsea list of recommended apartments, I was ECSTATIC. Her list of potential apartments was extremely detailed and even included a suggested floor plan. In addition, she was able to set up last minute tour so I could narrow my decision down from my top 4. I had used apartment hunters in Austin, Texas before but they were nothing like Joanie. Joanie Stallo was absolutely amazing. Storrie is fantastic! The entire experience was so modern and simple. I sent a DM on insta, Storrie called like 15 min later provided me with a few choices. She really listened about area and desired apartment feel, she went to the apartment and FaceTimed me so I could see inside and even helped with the application process. I had a new beautiful apartment within a day and being a few states away from each other. Highly recommend the company and especially Storrie!

Ill admit it.I was skeptical about using a locator to help me find an apartment. As a guy, I dont ask for directions, I dont read user manuals, and I certainly dont need help picking an apartment, right?Wrong. In the end, my only regret was that I didnt link up with Dallas Locators earlier in my search.In terms of locators, I was fortunate enough to be paired with Krysten who was 1000x better than I ever imagined a locator would be. At every step in the process, Krysten made me feel like a valued customer. Storrie was very responsive and professional. She did all the tour scheduling and even toured the apartments with me. She made sure all the right questions were asked about the properties that I would of otherwise forgotten.
