My sister and I were moving here from another state. The property manager Tony made it easy to go through the process getting all information needed. We would recommend Cypress Gardens to all newcomers for the safe and peaceful environment. Tony is amazing and is very helpful for whatever you need.Thank you Tony for all your help.

I have lived at Cypress Gardens over 2 years and I absolutely love living here! The apartments have high quality finishes, the grounds are clean and well maintained and the security gates work 99.9% of the time. I feel very safe here! The Community Manager, Tony Ragsdale is amazing! Since his arrival the interior halls and common areas are always clean and smell fresh. Hes personable, friendly and professional and makes you feel valued and heard. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony! I have never lived in an apartment that is so well managed! I appreciate all the ways he communicates events, apartment happenings or upcoming weather concerns! Also, Juan, maintenance man extraordinaire is wonderful as well! He usually does repairs the same day requested. He goes above and beyond to make sure repairs are completed and done right. I am thankful I call Cypress Gardens home! Its a wonderful place to live!

Updated Review Of Cypress Gardens 55+Senior Apartments I moved here in November 2022 from California. I worte a Review over a year ago. Now that I have lived on this amazing beautiful maintained property for over a year my experience hasnt not changed except in a MORE 100% positive way especially since actually being a part of a wonderful happy Safe loving caring community of staff, owner and residence that treat and respect you well and more importantly like family. I personally have NEVER lived on a apartment property thats so well kept, organized and maintained in such a well working together management, maintance,Owner and residence. All concerns questions and suggestions are immediately addressed or within a reasonable time frame with respect listening and solutions and resolving whatever needs are to better tenants or repair concerns or problems. Thank You Tony Ragsdale Community Manager, Juan Maintance Supervisor, Property Supervisor Manager and Especially Owner for Working Together To Keep Cypress Gardens Senior Apartments Safe Clean Maintain Well and Always Open To Any And all concerns Issues Question and Keeping Residence Always armed of any thing that can affect or information that is needed in knowledge of any potential problems,changes or development that affect this property!! 10++✨ 👏👍

Ive used and took a look at these apartments in June of 2022 at that time I was living in California I met the manager on staff named Tony Ragsdale exceptional person I moved here on November 3rd 2022 I have never been at a property thats so well maintained such courtesy consideration such a fine young man as Tony Ragsdale this young man deserves a 10 star review he not only cares about your concerns get right on repairs make you feel comfortable extend his self Beyond his working hours theres a 24-hour on-site living on sie maintenance man the property is gorgeous and well cared for senior properties I am so glad that I made the decision to move to this senior property and to Houston Texas. Thank You Tony& Juan the maintenance man and All of the wonderful staff of Cypress Gardens Senior Apartments on Crosby Fwy Houston Texas

Hey guys we have a new look and yea it’s very calming. Great new look 👀 and man new furniture in our computer room. It’s off the chain. When I come home I can’t help but look and say man I love this place. A clean new fresh look like Will Smith say I’m the fresh prince of Bel Air 😁. Love it ! 😊

Ive never had any problems. Everyone has always been helpful and polite, if I have any questions Tony answers it right away, the maintenance man is very thorough and professional.

Living here over five years and a nice place to live. There nice people that are friendly to be around. The manager Ms Kathy is a very nice person that work with you if you need anything.

Ive lived hear for a number of years and at 65 I have lived at various Apts...Cypress Gardens is my home and the manager who was here before our current manager was a good manager who came to retire....but our current manager, Mr Tony is by far the best manager to have...he truly is concerned with our well being...very often going above his normal duties to make us feel that this is our home...I love living here 💕,its safe most ..importantly and a Great manager is what is needed to cause each of us to feel like neighbors not strangers in a building...lf you get a chance to live here...take a deep breath and know that your 🏠...home and I look forward to seeing you...
